This is my first experience renting a storage unit and I would have to say that it was so much easier than I thought it was going to be. I used the easy to navigate website to choose what I wanted and then was contacted shortly after to finalize paperwork. I would like to give a special shout-out to Ron. He went above and beyond to make sure that I understood where my unit was with a detailed map, he was able to answer all my questions, and let me know how the facility operated. I would definitely recommend U.S. Storage Centers to my friends and family in the future.

I found them to be very helpful and professional. I was able to make all the arrangements on line and was assigned an access code when I arrived. The facility was conveniently accessed from I-4 in a matter of minutes. I happily recommend US STORAGE to all looking for fair pricing, professional staff and easy access.

Office staff Ron very friendly and informative. Got there 15 min before closing and he spoke with us, showed us 2 units - very sturdy walls inside and clean. Rented one today. Discussed various ways of making payment monthly. Prices much better than some other local storage facilities. Security seems good with keypad coded gate for entry and cameras.

I selected this storage location on the spur of the moment, and I am completely pleased. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The main office offers all of the supplies one might need when moving or packing. Manager Ron Allegro was very personable and helpful and the process of renting was seamless. Ron was tremendously helpful. When heDid not have a 10x20 unit he found me two 10x10s close enough together. He explained the lease to me and answered all my questiins.At U S.STORAGE was the only place Ifound with with a real person to deal with. Every other place was on line only.

I went early to visit two storage facilities to decide which one to rent from. US Storage was my first stop. I was greeted by Ron who had just opened the store and took the time to show me the rental unit. Ron was informative, courteous and professional. I then went to the other storage facility that, because I arrived 3 minutes prior to 9:30 said “ you gonna have to wait cause we ain’t open yet and we still gots a few minutes” I said ok and drove my way back to US Storage.I said to Ron, “I’m not necessarily here because of the storage facilities but because of the customer service you provided.” The guy is top notch, the facilities are not bad at all and their prices are very competitive.

I have rented a few local storage units in the area, and this one is the best. I have left the others due to safety issues of gates not working, poor location, and sketchy renters. This facility is clean and well managed. I feel very safe going to my unit. Ron was very friendly and helpful during the sign-in process and I highly recommend this storage facility.

Got my storage unit yesterday and hands down the very BEST service Ive ever had! Im new to storage and knew nothing about it. So I did my research and US was by far the best prices and the location was perfect for my needs. The center was very clean and easy to navigate. I have to give Greg two thumbs up! Today I rented a storage with US Storage Centers and I was very pleased with the Property Manager Ron Allegro. He was informative, courteous and friendly. The entire transaction can be handled on the phone and when I went to the site, Ron took me to my new storage unit and showed me how to get in and out. The unit was clean throughout. Very pleased.

After experiencing bad customer service at the post office and getting sent to “ the storage across the road” im actually glad they sent me here ron was here and was able to go above and beyond to fit my needs when i needed a box to ship something out ! Ron is honestly an employee everyone needs in their facility ! There needs to be more people like ron! And He honestly needs a raise! He did everything with a smile and had EXCELLENT customer service !

After comparing several storage facilities, I selected the US Storage for three main reasons. One: reasonably priced. Two: clean and properly cooled area. Three: friendly management.

Greg was so friendly and very helpful. We arrived a little before the storage place was open and he greeted us right after he turned on the open sign. He helped my best friend make a box for her Apple computer and even placed it in the car. He’s so kind. Definitely made our day less stressful.

Ron was very friendly, helpful and quickly processed the paperwork so I could move my belongings in within minutes of reserving the space. I had reserved a unit at another storage facility but when I arrived to sign up for the space and move my stuff in I did not feel that my belongings would be safe. I called US Storage and they were able to see me right away and my belongings are now safe and secure! Thank you Ron and thank you US Storage for helping me in a pinch.

I cant say enough good things about the people who work here. We spent the entire day trying to consolidate 2 storage units into one. We were exhausted and Ron came to check on us to make sure we were ok and see if we needed anything. Everyone is so nice here and I would highly recommend them.

My experience with US Storage Centers was very satisfying. They were less expensive than other competitors in the area. I was able to get the unit size I was looking for despite the facility was mostly full. The interior height was better than a local competitor and I have a light in the unit which will help. The manager was friendly and helpful. He was also easy to talk with and made sure I was getting what I was looking for. He also patiently went through the entire process of getting the necessary things done to get things started. Overall Im extremely satisfied.

Office staff is amazing. They remembered my husbands and my name nearly a year after moving into our unit, without pulling up files. They fixed the sliding latch on our unit when it was sticking, straight away. No water damage through tropical storms & marginal hurricane hits. We did see a few palmetto bugs, but its an outdoor unit in FL - theres no avoiding those monsters.

Great place. Everyone working there was nice and welcoming. Moving my things into my storage container was simple and streamlined as well. It also seems secure - strong locks for the containers and cameras everywhere, so I feel safe leaving my stuff there. Definitely would recommend going.

The unit was clean very accessible and stayed dry throughout all of the hurricanes as it was an outdoor storage area. Amber who works in the office was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I like the great deal they gave me for the first two months too!

I had to change my storage after moving and found this place online. They answered my questions honestly and did everything they possible to get me the best deal. To go along with it Ron is absolutely amazing and super funny! His humor helped lighten up not so good and stressful day! I moved a 15x20 POD to Florida from Nevada and managed to get it all in a 10x15 storage unit. The unit was EXTREMEMLY clean when I rented it and everything was EXTREMELY clean when we removed it. There wasnt a single bug or rodent evidence in place.In all the years of using Florida storage units, this is the cleanest experience I have ever had. The staff is very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about their location. They are clean and well dressed. Very professional! I would highly recommend their facility.
