The Longwood Daya’s office did a fantastic job! 5 stars is not enough to rate their service and quality of work. Caleb went above and beyond to work with the insurance company and keep in contact with us. When the car was completed, the people at the dealership said it could come off the showroom floor. I would recommend them again and again. Great job Daya’s!
The service and quality is second to no other! I am always impressed by the professionalism and care shown to the vehicle and customer alike.
Caleb was so great! Great customer service and took care of my Mercedes. I highly recommend him and Dayas for all your car services! They are fantastic.
Simply the best place to take your car for body repair. Highly recommend.
I was referred to Dayas Collision from a friend of mine who works as an adjuster within the insurance industry. Said they were simply the best. And to their part, the customer service wasnt terrible. However, they need to sincerely work on their logistics and information passing between the company. I never actually got to use them, even though I had THREE scheduled appointments.Checking my call logs, I originally contacted them on June 7th and was told to come in only to be told hey, we need this xyz paperwork. Okay, no problem, I get it. I collect the paperwork and call back on June 25th. Im instructed to keep the paperwork and Im now scheduled for July 29th because theyre booked out. Frustrating, because originally on June 1st I was told Id be able to have my vehicle serviced around the middle of June, but again, okay a two week turn time is now a four week. My friend said they were the best and its an insurance claim so somebody else is paying for it -- all good.I never got a call leading up to the 29th, so I call, just a few minutes ago only to be told theyre booked out until September and Im not even on the calendar. Awesome. So finally Im put on the phone with a manager and, lo and behold, they dont handle GM cars anymore and as such wont be servicing me at all. Now, nobody was rude or anything like that. But cmon, I have had my car in my driveway for 2 months, not able to be driven (the issue is a rear brake light with collision damage, so its a ticketable offense), only to be told from the get go they never could have helped me in the first place.Simply unprofessional and inexcusable. Each time I was asked what kind of car I had and each time I told them. The guy I talked to today (July 29th), even remembered me coming in the first time and still nobody mentioned to me that they couldnt help.
Very very professional. Pricey but professional. They know what they are doing
Car came out perfect, like it was never hit.
Highly recommend. Great staff, service and repair work. They did amazing work on my car. They also made suggestions to help me make informed decisions, and gave me choices.
Had a great experience with Dayas. The staff was courteous and kept me informed of the process with my car. I highly recommend them for your body shop needs.
I wish I would have found this place sooner simply the best
They fixed my Tesla Model S and did a great job. There were two minor issues that I had to return to get fixed, but Dayas handled it, even though I couldnt prove that one of the issues was caused by them.I am happy with the service I received and would recommend them to others. The only negative is that it took a couple months to get my car back, but unfortunately that is normal for Teslas.
I had a bus come into my lane and messed up my front side fender, bumper, and mirror. This happened only a few months after getting my Tesla. They did absolutely amazing work. Car looked brand new when they were done. The staff was friendly and professional.
HIGHLY recommend! I have been a long time client due to my family constantly hitting cars. Great attention to detail on my daughters Lexus. It is great to see family businesses thrive.
I would recommend. Took their time and the repairs on my car looks perfect. My boss had his Tesla repaired here so I figured my BMW would be no problem and I was right! thanks team!! great work
Dayas did more for me than I could imagine. I had gotten into a small fender bender and with this being my first offense, I really had no idea what I was doing. After some struggles understand my insurance company and even Dayas policies, I was in some financial problems, especially right now. (COVID-19) My main contact was Paul, and he did the best he could to get my the best price on my parts and I could not have been more appreciative to him and the whole Dayas team. I was able to walk out with my car in MINT condition, better than I had imagined. Even without a *total* hole in my pocket. For being a girl and only 23, I was afraid that the repair shop I chose would take advantage of me. but Dayas did far from that. They made sure I was taken care of and because of this I know who to recommend and continue to go to with my car needs.Thank you Dayas and PAUL! 💓
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The shop and facility are gorgeous! The body work speaks for itself. They are worth the wait. My Lexus looks amazing!!! So excited!
Loved the work and attention to detail. These guys have repaired my vehicles since mid 80s. Recently, my BMW repair came out great.
Great service and repairs. I was greeted by an outdoor waterfall and beautiful office and facility. The paint on my BMW has lots of flakes in the color but they matched it perfectly.
Repairs look great. It took over 7 weeks to get my Tesla done but I was told it would be a long process from day 1. I appreciate the honesty instead of rushing repairs.
My Audi looks amazing!! They helped with my insurance claim and even took care of other damage that I did myself. Dayas put all new OEM parts and fought the insurance company to do things the right. The shop is amazing and very impressive.
Great service, the owner was very helpful.
Anand was awesome to work with throughout the process. I was sent over by the Fields dealership and saw these guys on social media. Proof is in the pudding in my book. Quality body shop and great service.
Highly recommend! Audi in Sanford referred us to Dayas and the quality of work is amazing. My wife and I could not tell where the accident was because color match was perfect
They fixed my Audi good as new, and went above and beyond to help with a factory warranty issue they found while fixing the body!Everyone is friendly. They give the cars a lot of respect and even clean them up for you when they give them back. They really like nice cars. I wouldnt recommend bringing your regular car here, but they do have a lot of know how here, so its at your discretion. They may take longer than their initial estimate because they can get busy and your car may not be their highest priority item (they repair all the exotic cars for dealerships too), but they definitely treated my car right.
Great overall experience. Great repair work. High tech and clean facility. They did work on Mercedes Benz G wagon and I am very pleased.
If you have a luxury vehicle in Orlando, THIS is where you want to have it fixed!Disclaimer: I am in no way affiliated to, or compensated by, this business, for this amazing review; I am only a customer delighted by the service and the work I received after this place was recommended to me by my car brand dealership 😜
Great job. I would recommend! The Mercedes dealer referred me. The repairs and color match are superb.
Excellent experience, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful office and shop!! So glad to have my car back to normal after being rear ended. I was referred by the Infiniti dealership.
Highly Recommend!! Dayas did a perfect job on my Audi R8. The insurance claim process was to blame for the delays. I cant say anything bad about the repairs, quality, or staff
Very professional and amazing work.
Thank you Dayas for assisting my husband and I with our BMW insurance claim. The insurance company pushed us to their network shop but we just didnt trust that body shop. Dayas came highly recommend and we couldnt be happier with the repairs!
Made an appointment for 10AM, showed up a few minutes before 10AM, guess they had a meeting at 10AM, why make appointments when your estimate people are in a meeting? Ended up sitting and waiting and waiting while the lady at the front kept telling me that someone would be with me soon. Never happened, ended up walking out. Clearly they dont need the business. I was going to have them do some other work besides what was being done through insurance. All I ask is that if I am the only appointment for 10AM, and I was the only one sitting there, that you have someone ready to go to give me an estimate that would have taken 10 minutes.
Exceptional experience. If youre looking for the best quality repairs, this is the shop to go. Excellent communication, very pleasant to deal with. A+
My insurances companys body shop wasnt even allowed to work my Jaguar so I went with Dayas Longwood shop. Great experience and awesome final product. My car looks good as new!!
They were awesome!!! Left my car like new
My car has a difficult color to match. Dayas took the time to get all the different paint codes from the manufacturers different build facilities. They tested each one until they found the closest match. Nice work! Would absolutely recommend.
For the past 20 years, theyve exceeded my expectations. I will not take my vehicles to any other bodyshop.
Thanks team Dayas. The bad reviews on here never mention the quality of the work, which is amazing. Those must be fake reviews. The same thing happened my own google business page.
I wish I could give zero stars. When I dropped my car off I was told it would take 3 weeks AND I would be given frequent updates. First of all it took them four days to contact my insurance company. Long story short I have had to call and beg to get updates. Emails go unanswered. We are going on 6 weeks now and I still dont have my car. I also have no answers. My insurance stopped paying for my rental at 4 weeks. So now I am paying out of pocket for a rental. By the way...the damage tou Audi was minor. A woman backed into my rear quarter panel!!!!! Avoid this place!!
My wife was involved in an accident in our Tesla and were referred to Dayas by Tesla and the dealership. I actually never write reviews but my wife and I had such a great experience that I felt the need. We were so upset that our vehicle was damaged and thought it would never look the same. Needless to say, the repairs are perfect and we couldnt be happier!! Anand and Carla were very informative throughout the process.
This auto body repair shop touts itself as a high class establishment but is actually only a low-mid end garage/shop that can fix high end vehicles. It is a shame really, because the workers actually perform excellent work so they belong at a high class establishment, not this garage. After analysing their operations it becomes clear that they lack the proper funding to be a high class establishment. This causes delays that they refuse to take responsibility for (blaming delays on the lack of timeliness of auto insurance payments instead), which damages customer service and, in many cases, literally doubles the time it takes to repair your vehicle. With the proper funding and class, they wouldnt have these types of issues.Vehicles sit and incur fees for many days as they wait for insurance payments.Recently, I ended up having a dent in my rear right fender. From the beginning, I triple checked with Dayas to make sure they had all of the required parts for the repair before they started. I told them I certainly couldnt be without my car for a full month, so the manager sent me an email saying it would take only 5-7 days plus insurance delays to repair my vehicle so I would give him the go-ahead. The insurance adjuster ended up delaying the project by 1 additional week. However, 30 days later they estimated another week until it would be ready for pick-up as they hadnt received the final check from my insurance company yet. I communicated with them multiple times that there was a hard stop at 30 days.Vehicles are held hostage until final payment is received. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle they refused to turn it over to me because, although they had guarantees from the insurance company that payment had been sent and a paper that gives them my authority to bill the insurance company for remaining expenses, they hadnt yet received the payment. Additionally, they do not accept credit or debit cards, another indicator of improper funding for a high class establishment.I was required to go visit my bank to withdraw roughly $1,900 in cash for them to release my vehicle to me on time. Lies are lies, proper funding and class would likely have allowed their customer service and timeliness to be accurate. Also, the bumper scratch and panel repair ended up costing over $7.5k.
Concerning the post on November 27, 2010, Daya himself does not do the day to day operations at the shop anymore. I did check with him and the office staff and no one has any recollection of this vehicle; although, we do not have a name to be able to look up the file. We do prefer to always use OEM parts, but we do have to use which ever parts your insurance company writes for. All insurance companies do review invoices for each one of the files. You do have a warranty on the work we have done for as long as you own the vehicle. We would love for you to come back, so that we can address any concerns you may have.
Good to see the old mans boys growing the business. Ive using Dayas since early 80s when they were a smaller operation.
Great experience overall. Car accidents and insurance claims are always frustrating but we were happy with the outcome. We were involved in an accident and the Audi dealer recommended us to Dayas. We were given all new dealer parts because Dayas fought the insurance to do so. I was told they takes a long time and are expensive but after visiting the shop numerous times during the repairs I felt comfortable. Yes, the repairs will be expensive if you use new parts and fix luxury cars! I like how they dont let the insurance company patch things to keep things cheap. I used to be an insurance appraiser so I know how the car insurance industry works. The insurance company wants everything cheap and fast. But if you want a quality job then go with Dayas. I used the Longwood location because they were closer to my home.
Thank you once again for a job well done on my Audi.
My experience is HORRIBLE! Audi North referred us to Dayas after a rear-end collision (not at-fault). Aaron said the whole process will take them 2-3 weeks to fix. The parts they ordered took a while to arrive. The installation and painting took another 2-3 weeks. Getting my car to Audi to recalibrate took another 2 weeks. I kept calling Aaron to ask if he can expedite the process since they held my car on hostage for 2 MONTHS! I have to call my insurance to extend my rental car and they were surprised how long it took them to fix the rear bumper which in my opinion, should only take 3 weeks tops (Audi is a very durable and reliable car, my rear bumper was dented, not too major damage). But Aaron kept saying since the damage is big, it took a while for them to fix it. The total price they billed from the insurance was a price of a brand new car (non-Audi sedan car) just by repairing my rear-end bumper. And not only that, my MMI screen wont turn on after I picked it up (which it does not have a problem before the accident). Aaron advised us to wait for few weeks and it will go back to normal again. NOT! It has been 7 months now and still wont function properly. Aaron said they wont fix it (after I told my insurance I decided not to go with them) coz they believe it was not accident related. HELLO! He just said the damage was big and cost them a lot of money just to fix my bumper. It was working perfectly fine prior to accident and now that you held my car on hostage for 2 months, that is different! We have proof that it was accident related. It scares me to go thru them again knowing that they will take my car and keep it on hostage for who knows how much longer, if I decided to have them fix my screen. I learned my lesson. Never again!
Always professional and the BEST
Great work!!!! Dayas was highly recommended by many dealers and now I know why
Cant even tell my car was in accident. My service guy at Mercedes Benz Orlando sent me over. These guys take their time and the quality shows.
I always recommend to my friends. Great work on my Benz.
If you dont have a high-end car, forget about them. They repaired my Honda Pilot and put me last in line, did a crap job on the repair making me have to return numerous times, and in the end were impatient and rude. I wouldnt suggest them, nor will I ever go back. Not to mention that all they were doing was fixing a key scratch along the entire side of my car and they billed my insurance company for over $3,000. Its places like this that cause insurance companies to raise your rates.
Thank you!! The work on my daughters Audi is flawless!
While my car was at Dayas, a $1500 check was stolen and cashed from an old checkbook that I unknowingly left in the glove compartment. When I called Dayas they were dismissive of my complaint and did nothing to investigate who stole the check. Luckily, the bank found the signature fraudulent and refunded the money. The repair on my car took twice as long as it was estimated to take. Dayas said it would be complete in about 4 weeks. However at the 4 week mark, I was called and told that there was a part that was backordered and it would take another 4 weeks. I expressed concern that they waited 4 weeks to order the part and the company representative (Kris) gave me an attitude and just said that I had to wait. I ended up having to pay for a rental car for 4 weeks out of my pocket because of this delay. I felt the customer service at the place was subpar from the people who answered the phone when providing updates and there was an overall lack of communication. My car took 8 weeks to repair for a sideswipe. I think this is unacceptable.
They do great work!
Great company very professional
DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I wish I woudve read some of the bad reviews before taking my 2007 Acura TL for an estimate for an insurance claim after my wife was rear ended. After 2 weeks and calling numerous times, still no estimate, and I found they were ordering parts already, and no one gave an estimate for repairs or confirm to repair it.The damage came out to total the car, and now Dayas wants to charge restocking fees. Really? For an estimate? This car was considered totaled by the insurance company. I went to Dayas and spoke with Ed and signed the paper to release the vehicle and removed my belongings from the vehicle on Feb. 12th. On Feb 19th, I confirmed verbally with Ed AGAIN to release the vehicle since Geico was still having issues picking it up. Having a cellphone, I have records of all these calls. He says ok, and tells Debbie, the receptionist, its ok while in on the phone. It is now March 13th, and Dayas will not let go of the vehicle to Geico without being paid for feeds up until now. They have been telling the auto auction who comes to get the vehicle, AND the insurance adjuster, that I have not released the vehicle. Ed at Dayas has lied to me and the adjuster for weeks to build up storage fees, and potentially keep the vehicle for profit. These types of places are horrible and unethical. Its a shame they are the only Tesla certified repair shop here too. Im still fighting with Ed at Dayas and his lies, and the insurance company, to get the vehicle released with fees only up to the day it was signed to be released. Ed refuses release it and wants money for the weeks hes been telling lies to the insurance adjuster and myself.I wound up asking my lawyer for help. My lawyer made calls to help me straighten this out. They used the words unethical and rude when trying to deal with Ed an Dayas. They dont even deserve one star in my opinion.
Horrible experience! I have taken 4 luxury cars there over the years, but this past experience was the last! Not only was the work shoddy, but they tore the headliner in my husbands car, and failed to put the wiring back together to the interior light panel, so none of the interior lights are working. The attitude of the staff was also horrendous. They blew us off for several months after a botched paint job, and when they finally called us back to fix it, took 10 days to paint the hood and roof of the car! The worst was a comment made to my husband as he picked up the car, that now you can go sell your car- implying that we wanted the car re-painted only to sell it! We take pride in taking good care of our cars...now we have a ripped interior thanks to Dayas and their crappy work and attitude.
If you care about quality and your car, then go here! It is like spa for your car. Thank you Dayas staff for getting my BMW back on the road!
I was referred by a friend that also had their Tesla repaired at Dayas. There were some major delays because the parts were not available through the dealership but other than that, my experience with the shop was awesome.
Terrible slow and over price
