Great experience here at Mazda. I purchased a 2019 Infiniti Q60. Fully loaded and they destroyed Orlando and Tampa Infiniti on PRICE and responsiveness (both were locked at $3.5-5k above Mazda and they wouldn’t budge given the current market). Also included a lifetime power train at no extra charge. Highly recommend. I worked with Alex and Jose. I did my own financing and was in/out in less than hour.

My first maintenance visit was a pleasant surprise. It was done within the time promised and I was especially pleased to see they sent me a video actually SHOWING me my brake pad & tire readings. The mechanic basically summarized what was done to my vehicle. I had never had a service company do that before and I think it was great.

Sport Mazda North has been taking care of my 1987 Mazda RX7 since I bought it in early 2019. The car only had 109K miles on it and was almost completely original parts. We replaced the needed parts to make it my daily driver and now I have 133K miles on it. The senior mechanic Lloyd always works on my rotary engine. Most recent service was to replace the oem spark plugs and wires (records show it last done at 66K miles/1996), cleaned the fuel injection system and fine tuned the mechanical throttle position sensor. I recommend the Sport Mazda North dealership service department. They get it done!

My husband and I just purchased a used vehicle today from Sport Mazda North today. We had a great experience from start to finish. Matt was our salesman and he was wonderful! Very professional. Very clean and organized. Team was very accommodating and did not keep me waiting. My recall was going to be at least 6 hrs and they supplied me with a loaner at no charge which was a very nice. The SUV was a very nice vehicle that I was issued as well. The tech sent me a video of what was done to my car as well as some other things that were brought to my attention and what I could do to remedy them. I am very impressed with Sport Mazda North.

When you know what you want this is the place to go! They wont mess with you. I had my hard numbers and Jose worked to ensure I got what I wanted for the correct price. They dont try to mess with you. This is my second Mazda from this dealership and I would highly recommend them. Jose is my guy though, great to work with and insanely helpful. Service was excellent. My first time having my car serviced at Sports Mazda. We are going out of town for a while and need my car serviced. They got me in the next day. They also helped me with a problem a month ago. I had a warning lite on and when I drove it made a awful noise. We stopped there hoping the might know what was causing it. The managers and several out service me all looked at it. With in about 15 minutes the manager figured it out. Didn’t change me just wished me a safe trip. They will be my car service from now on.

For me Sport Mazda North is smaller than South, atleast in the building but very nice and clean location. I never once felt pressured by Vice and he was very accommodating with test drives and car knowledge. We had a good back and forth conversations and explained to Vice I will be completely honest with him and expected that in return.It’s very refreshing to walk into a dealership and feel respected and heard. Most important they worked with me on price. To future customers I recommend to research your car and plan your budget. It will make your car buying process smooth and easy.What Mazda can improve in my opinion and experience. Please return messages left by your customers OR if you say “I will find that out for you and call back” please stand by your word. Nothing makes a customer feel more annoyed then promising to return calls and messages only for the customer to repeatedly call just to get the person you need or a question you have answered. My personal experience required me to call multiple times in different days to finally get the answer I needed.Had they returned my calls in a timely manner Mazda would get 5 stars. I always walk down to the shopping center nearby because it usually takes about an hour. I get a text update throughout the entire visit. They found a nail in my tire I wasn’t aware about and gave me my options through text also. I walk back and I sit in their waiting area while they finish up. They have comfy chairs and it’s such a nice customer friendly atmosphere and it is so clean. I get a text that my vehicle is ready, along with a video of the service they performed, including the nail in my tire! (That’s a very nice touch, Mazda!!) There was no obnoxious push to sell us a car. He knew the price range I was in and respected that. We will return there and to Zee for my other sons vehicle purchase.

AWESOME!!! Jose Ramos our salesman went above and beyond to secure the car we wanted. The car was already cleaned and detailed before we arrived for purchase. Also Jay at the service department was exceptional he helped squeeze us into the schedule for an oil change on our current Mazda.
