A friend of mine recommended this place. The rear passenger door on my 2020 KIA had been backed into. After a detailed inspection, it was determined the door would need to be replaced. My initial concern was how the paint and the pinstripes would align. I was kept in the loop by John. When I picked up the car I was amazed. I was really looking for a issue. The car was perfect. Russells Paint and Body was recommended to us by a good friend and I had an absolute incredible experience with Russell and his staff. My car was pretty banged up from a deer who didnt look both ways before crossing the road, there was a lot of damage. Their work was amazing and the paint job they did looked like it was straight from the factory. They cleaned and detailed my car inside and out before I picked up my car. They dealt with the insurance company and the rental car company so I didnt have to worry about a thing - everything was so easy and ran smoothly. I highly recommend Russell’s P&B shop to everyone that lives in Central FL. My 2019 Corvette was wrecked by a careless driver in Port Canaveral. Russell and team made arrangements to have the car picked up from Boniface Hiers Chevrolet in Melbourne (no Bodyshop there) and have it brought back to Longwood - 80 miles away. Best move I made as I couldn’t find a BShop I was comfortable with in Brevard County. Mike handled the inspections and parts and the technicians did the rest. $28,500 claim and my Grand Sport is flawless. Thanks to everyone there! Hands down the best quality of body work Ive had done on a car. Glass smooth paint. Pricing was more than fair and total came in under quote for the ouch on my daughters VW eos. First time using Russells and now wont go anywhere else!

Did a pretty good job fixing my car after an accident. However, They buffed out a scrap from the accident but it’s still clearly visible. Don’t know what they didn’t with the new paint job on part of my bumper but it’s chipping away and I was told it was just bug damage. However my car did not have any sort of damage until I picked it up from them.

I came across this shop because of my car insurance, at first i was skeptical because they werent my usual mechanic & a few months ago when i had work done at a dealership they did a terrible job and my car never drove the same. Russells auto was extremely helpful from the moment they got my car. After driving my car it seems that not only did russells due an AMAZING job on the repairs but they also fixed all the errors previously made at the dealership. Extremely professional staff, everyone I dealt with couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. I own a service business and have a small fleet of trucks. Over the last 25 years I have used several different auto body shops for various problems and Russell’s is hands down the best. Their communication skills were great. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. We will no longer use any one else. I very rarely write reviews but I was so impressed I had to. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work by true professionals.

I was rear-ended in a car accident and received a referral from the rental car company that Russell’s Paint and Body provides excellent service. They were spot on. I drove to Russell’s, dropped off my damaged car, provided them the other driver’s insurance information and was picked up by the rental car company. The initial assessment from the insurance adjuster seemed accurate until Russell’s service professionals uncovered additional damage. They contacted me and the insurance adjuster. The additional repair work was approved and completed. Mike, Russell’s service representative, kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was a no-nonsense, professional experience from beginning to end. I drove my rental car to Russell’s Paint and Body and parked it. My Veloster was cleaned, inside and out, and ready to go when I arrived. Great experience and quality workmanship. Hope I don’t ever need this service in the future, but if I do, I will be using Russel’s Paint and Body.

I took my husbands MDX in for a partial paint job. The hood and the roof were severely damaged by the sun. I received a reasonable quote and had the work done. When I went to pick up the car I was astonished. There had been areas along the side that needed help. He was able to buff out those areas and replaced the pin striping even though it was not part of the quote along with fixing the back up camera that we were not able to see through. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the finished product. Russell has a lot of pride in his finished product. It is evident in his words and work. We had the opportunity to observe interactions between Russell and his staff. All of the staff observed were very respectful to Russell and customers which says something about a business. The one thing I would caution is that Russell tends to overestimate the time it takes to get a job done. :-) Make sure to give him more time than he states. You will be more than happy with the results. When we picked up the MDX we were so happy we got a quote on my Tahoe which has the same problems and scheduled it to be painted.

A friend recommended Russells place to me when I was getting jerked around elsewhere, and I had a great experience. Russell and his staff are sweet and honest people, their prices are beyond fair, and he does not gouge you on labor (if it ends up taking less time than anticipated, he will charge you less labor). I came in and asked him if there was anything he could do to help get me by until I could afford to make the full repairs on my Camaro, and he not only accommodated my request but ended up charging me less than he originally quoted. I will be returning to have him do the whole job and would recommend this place to anyone I know.

After having used Russells for minor paint/scratch items and being very satisfied, we had our car towed there after a car accident. The work was done quickly and the went above and beyond, fixing a minor item in the front of the car as well. I will keep coming back here.

At first I tried to take my vehicle to Dayas Custom Autos in Longwood, but they rejected my vehicle due to it being older than 10 years old. I’m glad they did because I wouldn’t have ended up here if they didn’t. I’ve met the owner at Russell’s and you immediately notice the type of person that cares about customer satisfaction, very nice gentleman. The work they’ve done to my vehicle was fantastic, the affected area on my vehicle (fender/door) looks brand new. The paint on my vehicle was greatly matched. I can’t thank them enough.

Russells does some FANTASTIC work! Repaired a hood that I thought would have to be replaced, worked with me on price, handled my insurance claim and other work simultaneously. Russell cares about his customers and cares even more about the quality of his work! My car is a 2005 GTO and nearly all GTOs have a fitment issue with the driver side corner of the front bumper, Russell had his staff ensure it was perfect before returning my car to me better than ever!
