Had to have my car towed to Joe’s to get a new starter and to figure out the source of an oil leak. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time and at a very fair price. What I also like is they did a total inspection of the important functions of the car. He did point out that a part was showing wear and it would need replaced in the future. It wasn’t a safety issue but Joe wanted me to be aware of it. I appreciated the heads up and did end up getting it done while the car was in the shop.I have noticed that some mechanics will take advantage of a persons lack of automotive knowledge, not Joe. He has been honest and professional with me. His shop is not big nor fancy, no free coffee or fresh hot popcorn. What I got was excellent service at a fair and reasonable price. Better than popcorn any day.

Joe’s automotive repair has been a great experience. They have serviced my 2015 Mercedes with care and great communication, for the last 3 years. They evaluate and call to let me know how much and what needs to be done. If it’s just an oil change I can wait or drop off whatever works for me. This was my first visit to see Joes Mobile Auto Repair. I thought I had a problem with my brakes. They checked the car carefully, and discovered nothing wrong with the brakes. Joe completely repaired my car! I had went to several other auto shops who quoted me insanely high and couldnt even diagnose the actual problem. Joe was amazing, our Mazda steering pump went out.of course it was Out of warranty and dealer wanted $1,500. Joe upgraded all wipers, filters and replaced pump for under $900: saved $600 bucks and got a great job.
