Tracy picked up my work van and hualed it 30 miles or better. Im thankful that some companies are still hiring quality people instead of just bodies to fit their budget. AAA sent them but I would refer JRs to anyone that needs their service.Thanks Tracy and stay safe out there.

My husbands truck quit on him, left him stranded on the side of the road during one of the hottest Texas days this summer! We contacted JR Towing, their driver Tracy responded and was there within 20 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, quick to get the truck loaded without any damage to the vehicle. Very helpful place. We had a flat in Longview and it was late so there was no chance at getting a tire so we had the car towed home and I got it fixed the next day. Everyone was very helpful, courteous and the price was affordable.

Scrappy “Tracy” was so sweet to us. He was fast and furious and knew exactly what he was doing. He made my daughter feel safe and secure. He is outstanding and we will tell everybody we know about him!!!

Our driver came to help us rather quickly, and was pleasant in the face of our predicament. Getting towed is never fun, but for the speed, cost, and friendliness of our tower getting us back to town with our car, we recommend them highly!

I used JR’s today to remove my vehicle that was stuck on a culvert. Once I called, they responded quickly. The gentleman who came was so friendly and kind. He took excellent care of my vehicle to prevent any damage. The fee was a very fair price.

My towing insurance called this company for me. When the driver called me I was told I would owe an additional $121 copayment. I told him I wasn’t aware of a copayment and I wanted to call my insurance first. Found out the tow exceeded what my insurance covered. No problem. I called JR’s back and they said they wouldn’t tow my car because I cussed them?! Never happened. I was very polite but did question the cost. Guess you can’t ask a question about cost without being lied about.

Friendly service. Fair price. Driver seemed professional. I had to have my car towed from my house to the shop. 3 wks later when i picked up my car, the back suspension is completely shot. Either the wrecker service or the repair shop ruined my car. Stay away from kia of longview as well.

Called a different company at first because JRs was busy. The other company drove all the way to my vehicle, looked at it, didnt even get out and said they couldnt get it and drove off. Called Jrs, they showed up, hooked up, and left within 10 minutes. Great service.

This place charges way too much!! My truck got impounded and the same day it is costing me $275.00 and in the morning they add $21.50 which will be $296.75 to get it out...they are horrible disrespectful people who will not even work with u on paying part of it then paying the rest later..they are a horrible towing service.

My dads truck broke down on the side of the rode on a Sunday. My dads 72 years old. He called wrecker service to tow him but instead I done it with my pickup because the LAZY AND RUDE people of Jrs didnt want to work on a Sunday. I will he contacting BBB about how horrible the service was.
