I called around Sunday afternoon and Art with Affordable Towing was the only company available and willing to come pull me out of the sand in the middle of nowhere, Skamokawa. He arrived faster than expected. Got my car out fast. He went above and beyond helping me take a look under the hood to be sure the sand was all out and stuck with me while i drove a bit to be sure that everything was well. His customer service and experience is excellent. I have never been so satisfied with a tow! He literally saved my weekend. The guy who owns affordable towing have me a tow the other day. He was very nice. I rode with him to drop the car off. We talked the whole time. Didnt feel the need to pick my phone up at all. He is very careful with your vehicles.

Affordable, i have had to call twice now and the guy was so helpfull i asked before we started moving the car if we could try a jump and quick and ready said yes, didnt work but still.he was so helpfull, took me home then took my car for me to the shop.i had no ride no one i could call for help. I called After sitting on the side of freeway. In A Real dangerous spot and two other companies said they I had to get the car moved up more they couldnt do it . Im 57 weigh 127lbs I was driving 97 4x4 alone Motor blew theres no way I could push this truck up even a few inches let alone 1blck .Affordable came right out within 45mins of my call Scooped up the truck flatbed right from the same spot the motor blew up at didnt need anything more and on my wayThanks so much affordable

Not really helpful wouldnt come get my truck it was only 2 blocks away from my house not mad just disappointed. open 24 hours a day unless he doesnt want to get out of bed

They are not helpful at all. Dont call them if your car troubles are at random times because theyre never available when you need them most

I called at 12 am because my car locked with the battery on/key in ignition. I live right off of the main road 15th ave and he said he couldnt do it. 24/7 my a**. My battery was literally draining. Horrible.

I had an emergency and reached out to other companies before I called Art (Owner). I had never talked to him before but told him I had an emergency that needed to be taken care of as soon as possible. Art showed up immediately before we were even ready for him. Called after 10 in the morning, sounded like I woke him up. Asked if I could get an estimate on having my motorhome towed from the Toledo, Wa. area & he said that he couldnt tow it that far??? What kind of lousy service is that?

At the crash scene he told us we could come get our stuff out of the car anytime so we showed up at the business(didnt even look like one) and called him. He was very rude and said he wasnt there, he was at home. Didnt really help at all.
