Best service I’ve ever experienced, on time very nice and polite I’d recommend this towing company to anyone thank you for the help 😊

My family has used this business on multiple occasions over the years( twice in the last 2 months). Our most recent experience was yesterday. Albert, the owner, as well as the other drivers have always been very courteous and professional. They arrive fast and their prices are very reasonable.

He was recommended to me by several trusted colleagues. When he arrived there was a little more work involved than I was able to tell him but yet he didn’t complain and did not up charge me either. He was very professional handling my situation. What really makes him stand out besides his super low pricing, is he was very clean and made sure he stayed that way. I will definitely be calling his company for any of my big rig needs from here on.

The tow truck driver was amazing above and beyond. Helped me move my firebird was fast and did more than had to. Would use again

Alberts Towing I have found to have the most economical prices/cheapest. I called to have a car towed in town and they were $15 cheaper minimum than anyone and was here within 35 minutes. Ots the 2nd tome I have used them and I will call them again. From the call and chat to the tow truck driver...they were super cool and I am impressed. I encourage everyone to call Alberts first.

I am a Texas native, but work out of state, in Colorado. I contacted Alberts to move a large 5th wheel RV for me. I could not be there.The owner of the company, personally performed the service for me.It required retracking the slide-out on my rv, service disconnect, etc. A Full disconnect and relocation. As any RV owner will attest to, this is not a quik-n-easy process.The office personell asked numerous questions, to ensure that all aspects of service and safety were covered, to ensure safe delivery of my property.It was delivered and unhiched without any issues. They even called to verify the address, as they arrived. They even accepted a cash payment, promised at delivery,from a customer a 1000 miles away!!Again, I was not present for any of the process.I give the entire staff of Alberts a 5-Star rating... I lost a wheel on my ski boat trailer going home from the lake and had a truck load of kids. I called three other wrecker companys and they could not help. Alberts was there in 20 minutes and did an awesome job with loading a one wheel trailer with boat and not even a scratch. Great service and Great Price!!

Car broke down and was towed. Though I couldnt afford to get it out and though i havent been able to get there to get the remainder of my property from my trunk as they have the key and are in kilgore not longvew and im having to find a way from hallsville, they were very accommodating in lettiing me retrieve some of my belongings.i was unable to get everything in he one trip ive been able to make so farBeing told some crazy story about there being sex toys and lube all over the front seat and them knowing the contents of my bag in the backseat though was slightly disturbing and I would like to know who called to have it towed because it was not abanded nor left unattended. I was there everyday trying to repair it. Thats why i had originally given a 4 star review. But i will change my review to 5 stars because theyre good people and actually some of the nicest ive dealt with as far as local towing companies in Longview are concerned. Hopefully i can go get the contents of my trunk before my car us disposed of because all of my tools are in there.

Very unprofessional people to have tow for you, they blame you when they damage your vehicle that they are towing, they also try to get a lot of people to give them 5 star ratings when they get bad ratings, Albert also has a fatality lawsuit on him from one of his ex-employees causing an accident that I’ve heard about...

Used Alberts towing for the time. Service was excellent. I was given an estimated time of arrival. He called me to give me an update before he arrived. He called after he dropped it off at the automotive repair place to let me know it was unloaded and safe. Would definitely use again.
