Courteous on the phone,, but did not show up and did not call until after scheduled service time frame. Rescheduled. Did not show up or call once again. I do not recommend this company.

The technician was super helpful. He immediately recognized that I had signs of cockroaches in my house, rather than mice as I had assumed. He offered recommendations and also inspected the exterior of the house to identify any areas where a pest may enter. The cockroach issue is not major so it can likely be handled by a few sticky traps. I really appreciated the honest assessment and Ill definitely request he help if I run into a more significant pest problem in the future.
