I really appreciate them for coming out and taking care of our millipede problem. They also found other issues and addressed them as well. I honestly dont know how many times I told them that I really appreciated them and how many times I said thank you. We have used them in the past too and we didnt have any issues until a few days ago with the millipedes. They are very friendly and explained everything so I could understand what they were doing. We had millipedes due to the recent rains! He also looked at our mosquito eradicators and showed us a film they get that makes it to where the mosquitoes can’t get to the solution. Olof course no where on the instructions does it explain that to you. We will be keeping that cleared from now on! Very professional and friendly! I highly recommend BugBusters exterminators!

This company has taken care of me on a quarterly basis for the past 10 years. They are honest and very reasonable with their pricing. One of the things I love most about Bugbusters is I don’t need a contract for my general pest control. I’ve simply asked for them to please remind me on a quarterly basis and they do, so I call call to schedule on my own. This way they stay on things so I don’t have a pest issue and i know when they are coming and I love it. I would definitely recommend this company.

Bugbusters was referred by close friends. This was for my 84 year old mother who had carpenter ants. They did a sprinkling of granduals and said they would be back to spray. We paid them but they never came back. Ive left 3 messages and no returned call. They didnt complete job and wont return calls. My mom is on fixed income and now we have to call another exterminator. Dont pay these people until job is done but will never use again or refer. Bad experience.

This is our second year with the BugBusters and in fact had them out on the quarterly service this week. Hubby and I honestly could not be more pleased with this company. Theyre educational, thorough and so friendly that I have to watch myself not to keep them here too long, talking.Theres no other pest control service for us.

We have been using Bugbusters for all of our pest issues for the last several years. Recently we had some large ant mounds on our perimeter & they came out & did an amazing job of getting rid of them. We usually have them out every few months but we fell behind due to the holidays. I had called and spoke with Mike, we had a mouse issue due to the cold weather, his son showed up the next day on time and checked under my kitchen sink and then proceeded to place a bait station under the stairs to my back door, payment was made and was told they will return in a few days to check and monitor the situation.( this is where it turns south). After two weeks of no return and three unreturned phone calls. I finally reached Mike, he proceeded to tell me due to the flu they have been behind, but informed me that his son had been in the area( I have locked gates there is no way anyone could have checked the bait station with out me/ my wife knowing) and wasnt sure why he hadnt checked our house. He scheduled a visit that week and I called back just shortly after speaking with my wife to cancel his return and asked for a partial refund( figured a partial was fair since till this point they had been ok) was told Ill have to get back with you since it has been 3 weeks and no return phone calls or even a visit. I still have the bait station..... I paid 128(tax included) for 10 minutes of their time and nothing more! I work very hard and dont rightly enjoy giving away my money for poor results.... use caution and prepare your self when you hand over a check befor the job is complete.... with a great rating from locals love us this is definitely not the level of service I expected...
