Last minute shopping for Easter baskets and accessories. Could not find the plastic eggs anywhere, until I came here. There were 2 packages hidden behind baskets on top shelf.Thank you, stranger that gif them there.

I bought under $15 worth of things that would usually be covered by ebt, cashier openly refused to accept my ebt card and made me pay with cash. Cashier told me “we no longer accept ebt”.

All of the ladies are nice. But I miss the ladies that use to work there. Overall never a bad experience! Just not the same.

As expected for a dollar store, but the real review is they recently redid the store layout in a much better way. And they are adding a little self check out soon.

It is convenient. It has lots of things that you wouldnt think in a small store. I enjoy shopping there.

Would be beneficial for the interior or exterior light to be turned off when store is closed. Especially in extreme weather conditions.

The Dollar General, is like the aunt that always has candy, yet only gives you the bad ones. In this particular store there is always one employee, just one (not a particular party either) and I know that they have more than just him/her with a line as long as the door. Yet, I digress theyre always very kind and willing to assist.

This location stays every well organized. The management team is helpful and friendly.I frequent this location because they keep the artificial flowers well stocked. We get them for family graves or I get them along with the pool noodles to make wreaths.

This Dollar General was out of everything Nothing seemed to be in its proper place The store was dirty and there was at least 10 to 12 people in line with one cashier and the other associate was in the back struggling with some totes She sounded like she was in pain

Found what we were looking for at a good price. Issue:. Store was very cluttered with stock that needed to be put on shelves and what seemed to be a overabundant amount of items, such as toys just laying in the floor. Only saw 1 employee (the check out girl) even there. Maybe no one else showed up that day. Not a good day.

Found almost everything I needed. Prices are right

I go here because its close to home, but its always disorganized and messy. Last 2 times I was here the lady working is awful. When I walked in, there was a lady checking out with no one at the register. She told me she just walked off. She took her receipt herself and walked out. I grabbed 2 things I was getting and stood at the checkout for a minute while she had her back to while on her phone. She doesnt wear a nametag, but has longer dark brown hair and black glasses. The whole time she was on her phone with her back to me. The only time she looked away was when she needed to push a button. The last time I was here the same thing happened. She should really get out of retail if she hates her job this much. I kept my receipt and will definitely be making a formal complaint to corporate. I was here on August 12 at about 7:30 p.m. check the cameras for yourselves.

This place is very cluttered and disorganized. A fair amount of the isles are blocked with huge delivery carts and unshelved products in boxes.

Since I am not the manager of this store, albeit some guests think I am the manager, (Im guessing since I choose to wear a tie and woven, long sleeve dress shirt) I dont get to make the decisions for how the store orders, or is put together, or how to deal with customer complaints/comments/concerns. Im working on moving up yall... For those of you that are regulars, I have come to enjoy seeing yall each day and hope that I brighten yalls day as yall do mine. to the ones who steal or to the ones whom I may watch more closely... Theres a reason I do... Either Ive caught you and you put back, caught you, or youre just acting down right suspicious and deserve to be watched. Nothing personal... Just protecing my job. 👀😁💋

I wish I could rate your store with a zero. I lost my receipt. The employee was a woman with long brownish hair and glasses. I believe red. I will find my receipt and do survey. I always have a bad experience here at the Gilmer Rd store. They need to get the girls at Springhill TX location to teach them manners and good customer service! This girl was rude and both girls were definitely not helpful! Store was out of Cokes on sale and the bacon on sale. I was told no when I asked for raincheck. The cooler was out again. I asked for a carton of cigarettes. Was told no do not sell cartons. I said I know give me 10 pks. She said again Im telling you I dont have 10 pks. I said if you dont mind go get what you have! She grunted. Did not want to deal with me at all. Then I put card in wrong. More grunting! She needs to find another job! Shes not happy! I could not reach item on top shelf. They neither one offered to help. I can go on and on but I will find my receipt and finish this on survey. Thats my last visit to your store and I average around a $100 each visit!

They all the time have chocolate covered cherries.

This store is hard to navigate because it seems like they keep all of the extra stock stored between the isles.

Unorganized, carts in the aisles with stuff piled up everywhere. Nothing thats on sale is available and coupons were not appliable. Couldnt even check out because the card reader wouldnt even register that I was using my card. Needless to say after 45 wasted minutes in the store I left empty-handed

Two managers at front check out when I walk in, not one of them spoke or knowledge I was there. Store very messy.
