I rented decorations for a wedding. The day I went to pick up the decorations as I was leaving I was informed that my flower arrangements were sold to another person. I had to come back the next day to get my flower arrangements. The owner said she would be there by 10 am. She did not show up till 10:30 and made us late for the ceremony. Once we set up we were missing decorations for the tables. The lights that were provided were all different colors. When we spoke to the owner she said she would reimburse us for the missing decorations. 2 weeks and we had not been reimbursed. We attempted to call and message the owner and she would not respond to us. I had to go through my bank to get reimbursed and finally 1 month later I was reimbursed. Service was poor and the owner unprofessional. I recommend you go somewhere else.

I would look elsewhere before renting here they arent responsible or professional people let me tell u my really bad experience. I was told and assure tables and chairs to rent over the phone I was given a time to go pick up but when I got there to pick up and pay for them it was closed i called and called and called but they blocked my number, never did they call back to even apologize or anything can u imagine having to look for chairs and tables for ur party at last minute all because the people that said they would rent them decided to not do so and not tell you? Yea not cool so.....if you want and need your stuff assured for ur party dont come here they may do the same to you.
