There should be NO reason to request a DL to rent 4 tables & 17 chairs especially whenthe person actually renting has valid state ID. I can understand if she was trying to rent a truck or some kind of motorized equipment.

So I rented some tables and table clothes with lace over lays. It was a windy day and some of the corners of the lace were blowing up onto the tables. We used a handful of safety pins to pin them down during the party. Apparently some were left on the tables clothes and now they are stating that the table clothes are no longer useable due to pin holes and charged me $216 for damages. Safety pins are for cloth!!! So now I own 5 table cloths with lace overlays.. what a SCAM to make extra money. Will not use again nor reccomend.

Places like this can get bad reviews from angry customers because they dont follow the agreement. I found my experience to be very easy and fast. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was in and out in no time. When I backed the trailer up to load everything, I fully expected to have to load everything myself, but their staff pretty much did all the labor for me. So next time I have an event, I will be using them first.

I have used you for 19+ years and have always been pleased. Today, not so much. I attempted a call at 11:40 am as well as 11:45 am, 15 minutes before you officially close. I simply wanted info on whether or not you will be open on Monday.

Customer service needs to be worked on

Margarita Machine takes 6 + hrs. To be ready to serve frozen drinks! So I finally had margaritas as my guest were leaving. Also the chiller on the Champaign fountain, I was told is not supposed to chill. Ok?!
