I have been in the Custom AV business for close to 20 years now and this year we decided to start our own business. I really have never worked with a company who cant listen, communicate or that is so unreliabe. I have stopped emailing and calling for help. If this was my business I would stop wasting my money on Relidy services. I can do what they do on my own, without any training. So sad.

Clark seems to know what he is doing as a designer, very disappointed with the others on the team. I received a first draft that looked nothing like the design I requested and was loaded with bad grammer and spelling errors. Have sent a few messages to the owner with no response. I have given up on them. Lesson learned and wasted money.
