I have lived here for 4 months and really enjoy living here. The units are made with quality and the builder did not go cheap on materials like you see in a lot of other places. The property looks nice from the outside and is well maintained. I feel very secure here with interior parking in the garage and nobody can just walk in the front door and come up to your place. Within walking distance you will find shopping and restaurants. If you enjoy walking or riding bikes all you have to do is step out your front door. The building also has an exercise room if that is your cup of tea. If you ever want to downsize your living situation this is the perfect place.

I have lived here for 6 years. Its a great place to live with great neighbors and a great location! The common areas and condo units are beautiful. I appreciate having a secured entry to building and secured garage for my car. The river and wildlife on/near the river are very enjoyable.

Very nice place! My grandmother lives here and shes really happy. The condos themselves are lovely and the building has a few nice perks, including a beautiful backyard, with a view of the river, and a well furnished common area upstairs.

Living at River’s Edge Condominiums is a wonderful life. After spending time visiting with friends who live in the building, I decided to make River’s Edge my home a well. The building is very secure, great parking, well-maintained grounds and building. The condos are well-built and quiet. Everything is top-notch. The location is great, close to everything I need and enjoy. Sunrise over the river is beautiful, but the sunsets on the west side are just as lovely. The residents are very nice and I’ve made new friends very quickly. I’m blessed to call River’s Edge Condos home.

We absolutely love living here. The view off our balcony never gets old, sunrises are the best! Inside the condo there is a ton of storage space and plenty of counter space in the kitchen for those who love to cook like we both do. We have a monthly social that anyone who lives here can attend. It gives owners the opportunity to get to know the other people in our small community. The building and grounds are always kept up and if you have any issues our maintenance team handles them quickly. I love that the building is secure and have always felt safe. It is a wonderful place to live.

My daughter and I purchased a condo in 2016. We love living here. The building is well kept, secure and clean. It has been wonderful watching the sun rise over the river in the mornings. It has been fun meeting others who live in the building.

We have had the pleasure of working with Rivers Edge Condominium for their HVAC needs for over 12 years. We installed, perform maintenances, and repair the heat pump systems at these locations. You can tell their residents satisfaction is their top priority. Their buildings are beautiful, well maintained and clean. They have a maintenance person that is able to be reached by phone and very responsive to requests not only made by the residents, but contractors as well.

We have lived at Rivers Edge for 18 months and love it. The building is lovely and well-maintained, and we feel very secure and safe. We also enjoy interacting with the other residents. We would recommend this building to anyone looking for single-level condo living.

This is a very nice place to live. We looked for a place for my mom to live ever since last summer. We finally came across this place, shell be moving in next month.im so pleased!

Rivers Edge Condominiums is a true jewel in the heart of Longview. Everything from the views of the local river, to how well maintained the community is to the high level of service is top-notch. I have been very pleased with my time spent at this beautiful community.

Premier construction, very quiet and well maintained building. Residents are cordial and friendly. Very good atmosphere.

My girlfriend lives here and we love it. Its a nice place and the people are quiet. There are a few younger working career people here, many middle class career people, and many retired people too. I like that its a secured building. I also like its convenient location near town (both Longview and Kelso) and its within 2 miles of 3 major highways. I recommend it to anyone thinking about moving in.

Well maintained condos in Longview with secured access to building and garage. A few of the amenities are workout/cardio room, roof top terrace with awesome views of the Cowlitz river, gas connection for outside BBQ, carefully maintained grounds, and inviting outside gazebo area with fire pit for those cool evenings. Additionally, the cleanliness of the common areas and units for sale is superb. Of the five home purchases Ive made through my years this is the ONLY one that was truly spotless and turn-key. Another nice feature of Rivers Edge Condominiums is the Vista room. This common/lounge area is nicely decorated and open for residents use. You can reserve this area for birthday parties or other family functions.

We have lived at the River Edge Condos for 6 years and have been very satisfied, the whole facility is well managed and well maintained. We would be happy to recommend living here to any that are interested.
