This guy was very rude. I called and specifically set up an appointment for two. He only put us down for one. He rushed through my haircut, did a very poor job so he could get to my brothers haircut. I asked him to fix how he cut my hair. He looked up to my brother and said. Im not gonna have time for you now that he had to do a 10 second fix on my hair. The guy acted like he had a big line waiting outside when no body was there. Very Poor customer service. Smh if you hate being a barber then quit your job bro

He was very polite and courteous and wonderful with our kids which is a big thing for us and my husband wasnt cut his hair like 10 years just like his haircut so thats a big win

Richard is great and Im sure the rest of his barbers are. Great and relaxed atmosphere, personable for good conversation but also doesnt try to awkwardly force it. Well priced for the level of skill used as well. Richard was even able to fit me in one morning for a quick haircut I needed last minute. Highly recommend and will keep going to him for a long as he is open.

Ive been taking my twin boys that are 6 years old to local hairdressers that had basically screwed their hair - the owner can do any professional mens or boys cut and being in that barber environment is just wonderful! Been there for 23 years youd be silly to go anywhere else...

They take appointments only but they were very nice and took my 90 year old dad in for a haircut. The place makes you feel like you just stepped back in time!!

So I went in wanting a haircut and requested gloves for him to wear. And he said no. Which is fine so I was leaving but then he added that he never heard that before and laughed and it Felt Dismissive. :/. If a groomer wears gloves gloves, I think of them as like more hygienic through I know they spray clippers and keep a good hand hygiene.

I have taken my son here since he was 3 years old. He is now 20 and in the Army. When he comes home he waits to get his hair cut here because they have always been amazing with him. My husband also goes to them. The barber we go to always chats with my son and husband about their experiences in life and are always friendly. The only downside is no cards only cash. Totally worth the stop at an ATM though.

Brought my guy to this Barber & was not disappointed. He doesnt take credit or debit, so be sure to bring cash. He took us 20 minutes to closing. He had a great attitude & got the fade exactly how he was asked. Were really thankful to have a decent barber experience. Well worth the 14 bucks, & well be back.

I just moved to area and found this place for my son who loves Flat Tops. Rick took such great care of my 10 yr old and did an AWESOME flat top. If you want a real mans cut Rick is outstanding and the customers waiting just love him. Great service and atmosphere.

Nice people, nice shop. The reason for two stars: Poorly cut hair. Felt rushed. First time I went, I asked for faded sides blended into the top. Left with a military style high top, no blending whatsoever. Came back because they are so nice, emphasized that blending is important. Same thing, choppy straight lines with absolutely no blending. Hard to tell in the shop lighting but perfectly visible at home.

Just tried going here and there was 2 barbers only one customer. The other barber told me he had an appointment that should be here any minute. 15 minutes went by no show. 2 more customers come in the store and wait. The barber that was waiting wanted to take one of the other customers that had came in after me instead of allowing me to get my hair cut. Horrible way to run a business

I have been going there for years, Maybe 20 plus years. I would hate to think I would have to look somewhere else now. Bob was the original owner for years. The past year he ran into medical problems and sold it to a new owner Richard. He is as good as you will find! His Dad was a Barber for years in Longview so its in their blood. There is a few women that go there and does a nice job on them also. There is a woman Kim that is working there now to help with less waiting time, She is also good! Give either one a chance and you will find your barber that you have been looking for. I try to be first in the mornings and have got there 20 minutes early and Im 4th in line but Im still satisfied with the wait. :-)

Lets just start with wow and not like wow I am impressed wow as in I cant believe how unprofessional this barber shop was and rude to me on the phone even! ! I called to see if I had to make a appointment or just have my son and husband walk in the barber said just walk in ... I explained that my son has trichotillomaina witch is a anxiety disorder where someone pulls their hair out . I said that it has grown in but still can kinda tell where it was missing from him pulling it . Id send a picture in with my husband to show them what my son wants done and to do something as close as they could at least ...not expecting perfection! The barber was extremely rude and told me he was tired and that this just sounded way to complicated and wouldnt even talk to me and hung up !!! Worst customers service ever !!!

Butcher job on 2 simple kids styles. Bad blend. Sloppy lines. Long wait. All around disappointing experience. Overpriced shoddy work that will need to be fixed at a different shop.
