I moved to Longview recently which comes with many responsibilities including but not limited to: finding an honest mechanic, changing my address with USPS, credit cards, debit cards, getting license plates and tags, and finding a barber.Nathan was fastidious in responding to inquiries, has a great website for booking and deposits to ensure apts dont cancel, and is attentive to a customers needs on the customer service side of small business. That was all great!On the flip-side, however, despite multiple visits I never quite got what I was looking for in a cut and shave... true, this was partially because I dont know the terminology as a client and partially because of Nathans style as a barber. I feel hes 1-dimensional and my hair is hard as hell to cut. One can see every snip and clip and after multiple visits it was clear the cuts looked choppy and nonuniformal.I ALWAYS give people a chance in these industries because people have bad days, so thats fair. Even the best places on Earth arent perfect all the time, but after several visits (5-6), it just wasnt vibing.Im giving 3-of-5 stars. Id give 2.5 at middle of the road for Nathan because hes a chill dude to conversate with, and customer service and website are good on the front-end. The product didnt work for me, sorry bruh. Had a 1st date out of town in 2 hrs. But I was straight shaggy. Couldnt go to my regular barber because it was out of the way so I hit Nathan up on my mini roadtrip.Was there finesse? No. Was there delicate hands? No. Was there a fresh cut that made me a confident man and caused the lady to fall in love? Yes.

Been going to Nathan for over a year. Always quality fades. Never left unhappy. The guy will always make sure youre happy with the cut before you leave.

Nate is the fade master. Hard parts are his specialty. I always love the results!

Went in to get my haircut was told he only booked by appointment. Went to his website to try and make an appointment there was 3 spots open for that day the website then froze. I then reloaded the website to make an appointment but all 3 of the spots were gone this is because he didnt feel like working so instead he just got rid of those open spots. Great way to lose a customer that you dont have yet 👌 Also the shop does not feel like a barber shop, super girly enviroment very disappointed. Plus two girls just talking to eachother which I can only assume are his assistants, or the reason he got rid of his open appointment blocks 🤷‍♂️ Ill never consider this place again which sucks cause Im sure you could do a good fade ✌
