Tell you come in Monday I got more cars than I can handle so I say I will be there while standing up a job you just got one day b4 but u thought this one was worth it. Then I come in and they act like they were scared to hire a knowledgeable experienced tech of 18 years with no monkey on my back or nothing just the desire for instant gratification. They lied to me they lie to u.

I got a wheel bearing and rear drum brakes replaced here. They did the job quickly and to perfection. Also the people were so nice and friendly, i dont know what it is but a lot of shops and mechanics act like they dont want nothing to do with you which makes them kinda intimidating.

I had 2 spark plugs blow out in my work truck. Tried calling around and was told either they couldnt fix it without removing the head or couldnt get to it for a week or more.Kevin and his guys got me fixed up and out the door in the same day.Im a contractor and they knew this is how I make a living so I cant be more appreciative of them.

I have never been more impressed with an auto repair shop. They are quick, professional, and beyond fair. My sons vehicle had some issues and it’s difficult to find someone that can work on BMW/European cars. They went above and beyond to help us.

Fair and honest. I thought I needed new oil pump, they determined oil filter was loose and causing low oil pressure. Very cheap fix.

My car had some serious problems while I was visiting family in Longview. My dad has taken many cars and trucks to Kevins and told me to have mine taken there. They listened carefully when I explained what was going on with it, and they got back to me right away about what needed to be done. I definitely recommend this place!

You know how you do something and say I wont ever do that again, then do it again and wonder why? Thats kind of like Kevins Auto. I have taken a couple vehicles of mine there a few times and keep telling myself I wont do it again, but I do and they burn me again. I took my truck back in October due to a noise on the front drivers side. They replaced the wheel bearing on the passenger side and the noise is still there. I took my car due to white smoke coming from under the hood. They replaced the water pump and told me once I got there (and had already returned my rental on a Friday afternoon) that they found the AC compressor to be bad as well but that they had fixed the smoking problem, then handed me my key. Didnt have the decency to call me to see if I wanted that corrected as well. Here it is Monday and the car is smoking again. Alex at Kevins Auto on Hwy 80 is worthless and he doesnt return calls. If you have money to throw away they will change parts out for you, just dont expect them to fix the problem.

Was having trouble putting on the pickup tube on my m-155 oil pump for my SBC Chevy 350, gave these guys a call and they said bring it in, they pressed it on in less than 10 minutes and I took her home, threw a tack weld on and she went.
