Needed work done on my dryer. Appliance ER was able to come out that day. The problem was taken care of rather quickly and at a reasonable price.

I bought a refrigerator from Appliance ER. It was working fine for the first day and half. Then it stopped getting cold. Now he wont answer the phone calls or return my phone calls. DO NOT BUY

Brought a refrigerator from this man it stopped working after 1 day. Currently in the process of pressing charges against this company! DO NOT BUY!!!In regards to your response.Stop it. I have screen shots of us reaching out. The guy who has been in contact with you for the longest is a cop! You knew the DAY the refrigerator stop working your grandfather,/dad can vouch. He said you dont pick up and you have been doing that! Funny how you respond now but i havent heard from you since may 26 sir. You are so unprofessional and i warn anybody DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY KENNY!!!! I do believe the business was a decent business before you took over, but now you are giving it such a bad name which is very sad!

My washer wasnt working right. I called them this morning and told them was going on. He said I think I know what the problem is. They came out today. He was right. My washer is fixed.I am a very happy customer.Thank you guys so much.

They were able to find a way to squeeze me in the same day I called. Very friendly. Though they were running late, still kept the appointment. I must admit, I kind of expected them to tell me theyd have to postpone, since they were running well past their closing time.
