I called MTS Longmont regarding a job they posted online, spoke to an Austin. He said hed call me back with the job info, start time. I never heard from the dude. Dont know if thats usual customer service or incompetence, but it sucked. I wont contact them again.

MTS Mobile Staffing sends you out every day. Staff is polite and accommodates you with rides to and from work. Work sites vary. 8 hours + on most jobs. No issues with pay. Pay varying depending on experience. Easy application process.

Frank Mastrandrea, Regional Sales Manager, does outstanding work getting my company workers. My company does railroad construction. Its heavy duty work that gets done rain, sleet or snow 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 per year. Frank provided me with men for almost a year and they worked out great. Im very grateful for Frank and MTS for without their help it wouldve been alot more work for me to complete the project.

Good company to work for but the people are unfroendly and rude.

Personally I did not like how they want to help me find a job according to my need.

I am fine in how the company tries to inform its employees regarding occupational safety. But they are not interested at any time in seeing in the conditions in which the workers are in their place of work and much less in internal conflicts in these places being that the company maintains what each worker contributes to their work. .. we are not just money machines.
