I was scheduled to have Labor Finders to come to my residence at 8am November 4, 2019. At 9am when no one showed I called their office and left a message since no one in the office answered my call. I also emailed Alejandra Hernandez my initial contact person informing her that no one had showed at 9am. Around 9:30am is was evident that no one was going to show, no one had phoned me back and no one and sent me email. I found 1-800-GOT-JUNK who are at this very moment taking care of my needs. I phone Labor Finders at about 10AM to inform them there services are no longer needed. The woman answering the phone acted surprised that no one was here. I guess she hadnt read email or listened to voice messages. One would think if your running a business someone would have called me at 8am this morning to make sure their employees had shown up.This company is horrible and not reliable. I would have given it zero stars but you cant do that. Everyone gets a star these days even when they havent earned it.

Have worked for the Longmont Labor Finders for the last 3 winters after my summer job ends. Tommie and Alex are the best. Always looking out for the people who come daily looking for work. Wouldnt work for any other daily job place in Longmont.

They dont have much work when I come in but at least I have a good history there. Whenever Im out of work I come here. They treat you right they give your check in that same day and off you go.

This company is incredible, clients offer jobs to Labor Finders employees often, the company offers reasonably priced health insurance, the repeat jobs are fun. If you get bored, ask to be reassigned. Did I mention overtime?They have bailed me out of a pickle a number of times.

I have worked for this company for 9 years. i love the work the people the flexibility. this is one job i have been happy to come to work each day.

Tommi and Alex are very professional, and all employees they’ve sent me were very respectful and hardworking, I’d recommend this brach to anyone whom can use some extra hands

If you are looking for labor heavy lifting of flagging this is the worse agency to go to.. literally every employee does meth or heroine so expect to be working with those type of people and the work that they give is horrible worse jobs ever they pay minium wage on every job they have no jobs that are skilled labor because they are a small agency full of drunk meth head workers. They will give you a ride to the job sites but if you get a ride from them their will be people smoking meth in the car the driver doesnt know most of the time but doesnt care either even when the meth heads knock you out and take money out of your wallet. The driver wont care or feel bad for you because the meth heads are homeless and the driver is around those guys everyday so they are all friends. Not a place for work only a place for drug addicts. The only safe agency thats not like this at all is MTS mobile Staffing they will pay you daily more money actually skilled labor jobs they pay flaggers up to 16 an hr. Labor finders is a joke it will be the worse agency you ever go to or one of the worse never seen lazier office people then them so lazy and pathetic retards.

They have inexperienced workers that just text on the job, and they damaged my vehicle by holding a stop sign and smashing it into the side of my truck. They have horrible management who are untrained. Do not hire this untrained unprofessional company.

The worst staff ever,alot of safety concerns, mainly with uninsured and unlisensed drivers.
