The most amazing, knowledgable and helpful people. The owner Sam might be one of the most generous and thoughtful people I have ever met. He has truly changed my life. Joey teaches the challenge classes and his style is unique in the fact that he genuinely believes in you and cares about each persons individual needs. He manages to motivate me on even the worst days. Mary Beth is amazing and encouraging as well! The staff is awesome! This gym is truly a family atmosphere were we get excited about each others accomplishments but maintain some good natured competition. You couldnt ask for a more challenging yet comfortable gym! I have made so many gains here!

I cannot say enough great things about our experience at Warrior Playground. Mike was awesome with our kids at the one on one lesson, so fun and patient. We were visiting out of state for a wedding and had to check it out. The course was so unique and adjustable to many skill levels. The kids loved working out in the sunshine with music and fun and patient instructors! What a cool vibe from this place and the staff, you guys made these two little boys very happy! Also we are got cool shirts from the tiger ninja too!

Garrett is amazing with the Mini and Little Ninjas. Our son is small for his age and is still getting the hang of everything. When Annabel and Garrett had the kids do the course the week before Thanksgiving, our son needed a little extra help. Instead of bringing attention to it that he couldn’t do it on his own, Garrett was right there to help him without making a big deal about it and kept encouraging him. In other sports/classes I have watched coaches call out kids who were struggling and humiliate them, so it made me so happy to see how Garrett handled it. He is always so patient (which is amazing with how much energy they all have!) and encouraging with all the kids. He also does a great job of figuring out how to individually make sure the kids are challenged based on their current skill level and not just expecting everyone to do the same thing at the same level. Our son had been begging me for months to take ninja classes. I’m so glad we were able to find Warrior Playground when we moved to Longmont over the summer. We lived in Erie previously and had looked into another gym, but it felt too commercialized to me and like he might just get lost in the mix. I love the community feeling Warrior Playground has built and love that our son looks forward to his class each week.We also just had his birthday party at Warrior Playground. It was such an easy party and the kids had a blast. Glenn was great with the kids and they all loved interacting with him. The entire staff there is so friendly and responsive. I also admire their dedication to giving back to the local community. We are very happy and fortunate to have found and be a part of the Warrior Playground community.

4 of my kids, ages 5 to 13, train at Warrior Playground. We are there 3-5x per week. Sam and the coaching team are outstanding. The classes are reasonably priced, well organized and extremely fun. All of my kids have improved their strength, coordination and balance significantly. We cannot recommend this program highly enough. Try it out!

The staff are excellent and friendly. As well as very helpful and informative with what you are doing wrong and what you are doing right. The build a better Ninja classes are really fun and great way to get a workout in without having to do traditional things like lifting weights. As well as beginners classes and beyond. Overall, its a great experience and I strongly recommend it.

This place is amazing! My son is a huge America Ninja Warrior fan and he loves coming here! The obstacles are well designed and safe, the instructors are awesome, and the patio is from which you can watch is very nice. There are obstacles ranging from the 8-foot warped wall to the double salmon ladder. We love this place and would definitely recommend it to others.

I think the playground is a great place for ninja training and the kids from that gym competed really well, especially the girls. So why only 3 stars? Warrior playground hosted the kids regional ultimate ninja competition which is what we drove up from CS for. This competition was not organized too well -- they allowed kids to qualify in 2 different age groups before they ran the regional competition round. Since we qualified in Colorado Springs a couple of months earlier, we waited about 3 hours in the hot sun (any shade was taken before we arrived at 8:30am) with nothing for the kids to do until our sons run -- some of the kids tried to play on the parts of the course that werent being used during runs, but the warrior playground coaches fussed at them...a lot. Suggestions for next time -- 1. Qualifying runs should not have been on the same day as the actual competition. 2. Provide something for the kids to do while waiting. 3. Put up something to provide more shaded places to wait. 4. Explaining rules more thoroughly after some kids already did their runs seemed kinda unfair and gave later runners an advantage. -- thats why I have only an average rating.

Applied for a position working here. Nearly walked out of the office during the in-person portion of the interview. As a food scientist and exercise obsessed athlete, the concept of engaging and educating youths in proper dietary/exercise discipline really stimulated me. I left a greedy company that mislead consumers where I was making nearly six figures; I was on the prowl for an honest company. The owner of this company however is solely focused on maximizing profits off of customers. I felt disgusted by the end of the interview; it didnt help that he was late to our meeting, answered emails, allowed a person to walk in multiple times, and answered a phone call during the interview! I was, as you should expect - incredibly offended.

Warrior Playground is a ton of fun! A few friends and I visited there today and took a lesson with the owner Sam, and we had a great experience. The obstacles are just like American Ninja Warrior, with some Spartan Race obstacles too. They have the place set up where you can easily connect some obstacles for a bigger challenge, and theyre continually upgrading and tweaking for improvements.Sam was very helpful, humble, and skilled as a teacher and fitness instructor. He was easy-going and ready to help us try new obstacles at our pace, and gave us excellent feedback to help us feel like Ninja Warriors, even at the easier obstacles when we needed it!I highly recommend Warrior Playground for anyone from beginners to advanced. Im heading back there soon to play some more!

This past summer my son went to a summer camp back east for 3 weeks that had a ninja warrior course and came home asking me to put a warrior course in our backyard, lol. Knowing I was not going to do that but seeing his overwhelming enthusiasm, I researched on google and was pleased to see there was a warrior playground right here in Longmont! My son has a mild disability which affects his balance and coordination and he definitely benefits from one on one to learn new skills but on the inside he is a very typical 15 year old boy, loves sports and all things cool. Having failed through the years to find suitable recreational activities that meet his needs and are still fun, I called over to Warrior Playground and left a pretty detailed message about my son and inquired (with little hope) if they might have a class for him. Sam called me later that day and said he would love to meet my son and assess his abilities. We scheduled a one on one with Sam, the owner, who was knowledgeable and thorough in testing his strengths and weaknesses. At the end he thoughtfully explained that my son would probably benefit most from one one one training sessions to build up his strength, coordination and balance. He has been training twice a week with Sam since August and I am in awe of Sams natural skills in training. He spends half the time in the gym doing strength and core exercises and the other half having fun outside on the course. My son is learning skills I would have thought never possible. Sam has never given up, if something is too difficult at first, he breaks it down into steps that are manageable until the skill is learned. He also wont allow my son to say I cant do that or that is too hard. Sam is a kind and talented trainer and everyone else there has been so nice, welcoming and encouraging. I wish I could give a 1,000,000 stars. A++++++++Stellar job Warrior Playground!
