Really clean facility. People working out weren’t wearing masks. No soap in the showers. Friendly staff. The hydro massage lounger was A+. Would lift here again.

Great gym for a great price! The staff is always kind and helpful and there are plenty of machines to go around. Shower facilities are meh - but for the monthly membership cost one cant expect a spa. Its a clean facility and members are courteous and focused.

I’ve always had a great experience at this location! I’ve stopped by from out of town a few times over the last month or so. The staff is friendly and even the Manager Destiny, was very professional and even showed me how to work a few machines and took the time to answer all of my questions. She spent the time to get to know me and my goals and made me feel welcome. Planet Fitness is an amazing gym, but this location will be my go to from when I am in town. I highly recommend it!

Its a decent place to work out. Its clean, and the staff are helpful and nice. I have been doing physical therapy for my back and neck and there is plenty of room to stretch out on the floor. No one steps on ya.

WHY HAVE THE HOURS CHANGED? THIS LOCATION HAS ALWAYS BEEN 23/7. HOW LONG ARE THE HOURS GOING TO BE LIMITED? UNACCEPTABLE. Im being billed full price for a gym that is no longer open during late night hours

Says closing time at 11 on Friday but it was closed at 10pm when I went there. It was the second time and I don’t want to join this place anymore

Great gym, the equipment is generally in good shape and available for members to use just about any time of day. Staff are friendly and supportive. One thing needs attention: the mens showers are in desperate need of cleaning. All 4 showers have a pink stain, likely from Serratia Marcescens, which can cause urinary tract and other sorts of infections. The front desk said management are working on plans to remodel, but in the near term more cleaning is the answer. Ive mentioned this to the front desk but have not seen improvement. Now posting it here in hopes that it will get some action.

This planet fitness is the worst one in the entire area. Staff is unprofessional and the manager as well. They gave us (my husband and I) a hard time because we were overweight and came in before work just to use the chairs. The other patrons were rude too. Its also dirty. Blood and faces in showers eeww! Definitelytdidnt live up to the judgment free zone reputation. Its obvious when they put my 400lb life on the TV every time we come in, only on the TV right where the massage chairs are. My first time at the gym was today. I am a fitness enthusiast, and I want to try all the gyms in Longmont. I was greeted when I walked through the door. The staff helped me get checked in on my phone and then turned me loose to crush a workout. I was able to get in a great workout. I didnt have to wait on any machines, and the staff was polite when asking me to wear a mask. The only thing lacking for me was the free weights, sandbags, sleds, and other functional fitness equipment.See you soon!

Great spot! Lots of workout areas and tons of machines so never really waiting for a specific one. The stand up tanning bed is AWESOME and the hydro massage is to die for. So happy I picked this gym to join!

Planet fitness in Longmont is fantastic. The facility and the patrons are careful with social distancing. The planetfitness app on Android is very agressive : it pushes notifications which cannot be silenced and forces users to check the promotional messages. Please stop that!

How do you make a planet fitness super fan and ruin his experience?There is a semi new assistant manager who is extremely rude,Her name is Alma.I tan and need to cover a majority of my face, so I use me shirt for protection. It blocks 100 of the rays in the booth. She did not like that answer.Her rudeness was palpable.Its like she looks for things to get upset about. So much for being nice and inviting.She also has many times been curt and unfriendly. No smile, honestly, just horrid and mean. As a business owner for over 30 years shes someone you would never want working with customers.I travel and love your places and have been a member for about 3.5 years and generally love your places. I will now move my trips to the PF on Ken Pratt so I never have to deal with her again.

Update 5.17.21: very disappointed that masks are not being unforced for a little while longer or validation of vaccination is being checked. 3/4 of all the people this morning were mask less. MERCA!For the most part it is a good experience. There are a a few stationary incumbent bikes that need work for a few weeks and they have not been fixed. I have also found hand sanitizer had not been filled very often lately.

Got harassed by a gym member since I asked him to wear his mask. Now I come back after 2 months, 8 AM on Wed the 7th, and your dude at the register had no mask and stumbled to quickly don it when he saw me come in.

Its a low cost gym, and the app makes it very easy to discover their equipment and not feel ridiculous. The late night staff seemed less motivated to be there.

The assistant manager was super helpful and friendly. Her name is Brittany. If I ever come back or will be at this location and because of her.

There are signs ip to remind you to keep your distance, the cleaning stations are well stocked and everyone is very friendly!

Im happy to be working out. The Times Ive been there not too crowded. I did ask h9w often they are cleaning the restrooms. 1 x a day through cleaning and touchups here and there. Personally I think it more attention. But glad to be back.

In a non Covid19 world I would give Planet Fitness 5 ⭐️, but since opening, and with the mandate that everyone wear masks I am disappointed that people aren’t wearing their masks properly, and staff aren’t prepared to address the situation. While the manager did listen to my concern, he never walked the floor while I was there or asked which patrons weren’t compliant with wearing masks. If you aren’t fit enough to wear a mask and workout, then workout at home. We all need to do are part. As for me, I’m not sure if I will keep my membership if Planet Fitness isn’t committed to keeping the facility as clean and healthy as possible.I wanted to update my review that I wrote about a month ago. I want to say, “Good job” I have been in PF three times recently, and everyone had their mask on. Today one of the workers walked around and made sure people wore their masks. I really appreciate it! PF really stepped up! Awesome job! 🌺

This PF location is great. Its always very clean. The staff are usually pretty friendly. Its very affordable and its open 24 hours.

I was diagnosed with Lupus in early Sep. When trying to cancel my membership I feel as if I was thrown through a loop hole. My first step of action was through the website. And you cannot cancel through the website, I think that is rather unfair. So I called and was told to write a letter or come in. With my recent diagnosis I decided to write a letter. Then came October where I was charged my annual fee and monthly fee. I then called again. Was assured my membership would be canceled due to medical. Not only was I told this, but that last payment I was charged over drafted my bank account and I was charged an additional $31 with my bank. I then tried to contact corporate, but was on hold for over 22 min. So i took the charge as what I thought would be my last payment. Come November, I am charged another monthly fee. I was pretty upset and tried calling corporate yet again and was on hold for 17 min and 37 seconds. 2 time calling with no success. I then went into the Planet Fitness in Louisville, where the employees were extremely kind, and was told I would have to go to my main gym location. I do no think it should be this difficult to cancel a membership and it should not be this difficult to contact corporate. I cant even lodge a complaint about my home club because it goes directly to the person I am trying to lodge a complaint on. Im now out over $100, sick, and trying to cancel my membership. I call my home club, the first women I talk to on the phone is very pleasant, apologetic and understanding. The manager I talked to second was not. I finally think/prey my membership has OFFICIALLY been canceled but it should not have been that hard or taken that long. Im very very un happy with your set up. That it took this long, that I cant speak with corporate, that Im out this money.

This morning I asked if they had spin bikes and the guy at the counter told me to go look for myself. Real nice. Planet Fitness is good for the money and thats about it. Its cheap so its worth it. But thats about it. No frills.

Not a bad planet fitness. Not as big as the many ive been to coming from the east coast but its fits the area for the locals.Usually not busy, most of the time I can hit all machines that im working on hitting that particular body section. There are some variations of machines compared to other planetfitness not all locations are universal.Staff is friendly havent inquired about personal trainer or knowledge of staff in regard to fitness but Ill keep posted..covid restrictions and requirements are enforced great for us that know covid is real and deadly.Ive been maxing out on most machines gonna end up doing burnouts to further define all muscle groups.

Fine until you need to cancel. My housebound hospice care parent called multiple times and was held to a requirement of going in person to cancel membership or go to post office to send a certified letter. Both obviously not possible, To add insult to injury, they do not return phone calls when they promise and they just charged them another annual membership fee. The behavior is not service related and completely unreasonable. They should be ashamed.

I like this location, not too busy, dont often wait on machines/benches/weights, near local shopping big lots, dollar tree, king soopers...this comes in handy...Masks ARE required, so dont be that guy/girl...

Love this place but they do not have enough free weights. Also, there are several a-holes that just hang out to try to hit on girls, occupying equipment without actually using it. The deals there are unbeatable regarding their membership. Get the $20 one, its the best.

It is a clean planet fitness, the staff is friendly. The devices are all or almost all brand new, very nice to see.Just the customers should better check the rules again and clean the devices after the exercise. Feels like they do not see all devices are new. Locker room an shower could be cleaner.

Great place and friendly and hard-working staff

I’ve never had a pleasant experience with ANY of the staff. i’ve been trying to get a refund for not even using the facility for awhile and it’s so annoying playing phone tag with everyone. the facility isn’t clean even prior to the pandemic and i never actually felt safe or judgement free whenever i went into this location specifically.

I love the freedom of an anytime gym. But, if my guest wants to try out a tanning booth or utilize any other part of the Black Card Membership, they are denied. So you cannot try before you buy on any of the percs of the Black Card Membership.

At the loveland location, they would be cleaning nearly every time I went. And I go at random times during the week. I have not once seen staff cleaning the machines. Thumbs DOWN

If you like people grunting and groaning, having phone conversations throughout the gym, and the occasional pet working out with you, this Is the place for you, and the reason for my rating. In a positive note, the equipment is clean in great shape, although not a a large enough weight selection, especially in peak hours. There are plenty of cardio machines are available no matter when you go

This gym is clean, staff is great and the equipment is always in good working order.It would be nice to have ten less treadmills and one more pull up / dip station and hyperextension station. Also, there isn’t enough floor space for mat core/yoga work. It seems these are always the busiest areas.

I really like the layout of this location but when you get all set in the shower to get cleaned up after a workout it would be nice to have hot water....or even warm. I told the lady at the desk that it was out and all I got was an oh well, there is nothing I can do about it. One shower stall has caution tape around it and in another, the light is out. We travel all over and this is the first location we have had trouble with. The mens room did have hot water so I had time to write this as my husband enjoyed a hot shower.

Having a 24 hour gym is great . Planet fitness always seems clean and there is good energy inside. Very large and spacious so if you need space you can have it . I dont necessarily like that certain plans they lock you into on the bussiness side. I forgot my pass one day and the employee was nice enough to sign me in as a guest on his.

Best place ever. Been a member for several years. Love the equipment and the results you get when you keep at it. No Judgment is true at every single one.

Its a good place to work out.I dont like the old dudes waking in the bathrooms naked and barefoot.Theres a couple (big guys) who think they deserve the world.Other than that earplugs on 🎶 work out and ignore the world

I was going to sign up for the first time at planet fitness. but when they asked for my checking number and my routing number. I immediately denied and left. I rather go at the rec center. why would i want to give my banking information to a third party company taking over my bank account and i dont even know if a can trust them with it. Great policy you have planet fitness.

Its great when there isnt too many people there which is when I go and I wont tell you when that is. I just wish the machines werent broken so much and they would get on people to actually wipe the equipment. There are a few people who seem to think its okay for them to occupy 2 or 3 machines at a time and everyone else is left hanging. Other than that the staff is friendly

This gym is great value and really great to go to at about 8-9pm. Lots of equipment availability at that time. Nice and friendly staff.

My boyfriend and I just joined. We have only been twice but both times have been great! When we went to sign up Alex was very friendly and helpful, told us everything to know and was great at answering all of our questions. We went to work out last night and even though it was during their busy hours, there was plenty of equipment for everyone. Also, the equipment is in great condition, updated, and offers all the bells and whistles. The facilities are very clean and I have no complaints. I am excited to get back in shape!

I have been to other Planet Fitness locations and they have had more and more varied types of exercise equipment. If they added some barbells and/or enhanced their equipment I would give them a five. The staff is friendly and the personal training is top notch.

Since my last few visits from 2017 to 2018; theyve replaced all of equipment with newer and more modern technology for measuring an individual workouts. Theyve removed the walking track. Updated and added more free weights to the floor with benches. My next time at Planet Fitness will involve earlier workout times to engage any morning workout classes during the week.

Helpful, courteous staff. Wish there were more cardio options for people with restrictive weight bearing and range of motion. They need hot tubs and a pool! Then theyd be perfect.

Theyve taken away the personal customer service experience by making check in for services by the computer which still obviously has allot of kinks. Couldnt even tan since they were unable to set up for me in a timely manner, 10 mins later I gave up.

Incredibly disappointed with this location and specifically the new manager Isaac. My mom, who is so sweet to everyone, recently had her membership terminated because she came into tan after 18 hours instead of 24 hours. This was never a problem in the past 5 years. After it happened a second time, Isaac was incredibly rude, labeled her a lunk, and terminated her membership. Not to mention the way Isaac treated her with his snarky, rude, condescending, power hungry attitude was absolutely disgusting. It is insane that he is allowed to treat customers (or any human being), in such a manner. A lot of the staff that works there see her often, know the bed she uses, and even the time, he started and there are problems. He is the problem. And management/the owner did nothing about it after their meeting. Absolutely crazy and I would never go back there and will be telling everyone about the terrible treatment of the customers (particularly Isaac). It is a shame because most of the staff is great and sweet, but Isaac is a problem, he should be fired and I cant believe he hasnt been yet, not just for the treatment of my mom, but after hearing she is not the only one he treats this way. Crazy. Not the way I would run my business.

Nice gym. Staff is friendly. Lots of cardio equipment. A decent amount of free weights. If your an average person trying to stay in shape its a great gym at a great price. If your big into weight lifting and bodybuilding its not the gym for you.

Fix your billing scheme! You guys are making tons on charging people who no longer use your gym. Will be in to once again try to get you to stop taking my money. I view this as stealing, and the fact that you have to go in to the store to cancel is shady. You guys are thieves. Taking advantage of your customers for your own financial gain. Never again will I sign up with you guys. If you guys are truly an honest business, you’ll be in contact with me and issue a refund.

We started going to this planet fitness a year ago when we moved to the area from Denver. The gym is great but for one guy that seems to sit on one particular machine for about an hour doing several reps and then just sitting there occupying it for 10 or 15 minutes before doing another set or two of 10 reps. Since this machine is the only machine of this type in the gym it is rather frustrating to have to wait for this guy or simply miss that particular exercise. What makes it worse, is that the guy doesnt even use the machine correctly.

Nice gym. Lots of equipment. Senior friendly. I just dont get the company policy of letting male staff into the womens locker room during operating hours. So after experiencing this twice in less than a week I quit.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming. I feel comfortable everytime I go here. They stay very clean here. I recommend everyone to try this place. Best Gym around!!!

I have been at Longmont PF for 7 months and I love it.What you get for $20 a month (with the Black Card) is phenomenal!After working out, you get to do the Red Light Therapy, use the massage chair and Hydrotherapy Bed, then tan- you CANT complain about that deal! Love the big locker room

My roommate, the employee, and I were the only people in the whole building at 0400. I remove my mask *while running* and the employee comes within 2 feet of me to tell me to put my mask back on. The paper towel dispensers were empty, sanitizer spray bottles empty, and only two customers in the whole gym, but my mask took precedent. Unreal.
