I think Jen is amazing. I’ve never really felt a need for a therapist in the past, but I have a blended family with 7 children and a big job and was fairly stressed. I found myself dumping it all in my best friend, so I decided to dump it on a neutral third party instead. She is beyond fantastic. I’m pretty articulate, but she puts things into words in ways I never would have thought to and she’s spot on. If all therapists are this good, we should all be going weekly, but I suspect she’s pretty special.
