Excellent carpet cleaning. Quick to respond to my carpet cleaning needs. I was able to schedule for next day cleaning. Arrival was right on time. Extra effort was made to address stains that I had not planned on or expected to be cleaned. I am very pleased with the results and the value. Karl at Arrow Carpet Cleaning performed a carpet cleaning on my 800 sq ft rental apartment in Longmont. After the cleaning we found some debris on the floor. When I spoke with Karl about it he handled it like a true professional and returned my check since I was not satisfied. I wont let anyone else touch my carpets and furniture! Carl is extremely helpful, efficient and conscientious in his work. His suggestions as to how to protect our carpet and furniture has saved us an immense amount of time and money, keeping us from having to replace these things since we have cats and light colored carpet. Carl and Arrow Carpet Cleaning are the best cleaners we have ever used. No one else compares with his price and quality of work. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the gentleman did not show up when he said he would, nor did he call. When I contacted him, he explained he was having trouble with the equipment and would be there later. Fair enough. Later in the day, once he was done, I found a substantial amount of water pooled in the bathroom next to where he cleaned the carpets. Had I not seen this, it would have ruined the brand new paint job.

Karl came over to clean upholstery within three hours of an unfortunate coffee-meets-white-cotton-sofa incident in the morning. Due to cream and sugar being in my coffee, Karl told me that he would not be able to remove the stain entirely. He was direct and honest with me, which I appreciated. Karl also steam cleaned 400-450 square feet of carpeting (again, very light color) that my young rescue puppy has had some house training accidents on. The carpets came out excellent! I had emailed Karl with a follow up question about the carpets, and he offered to come back again to apply additional enzyme. Karl is offering a 20% discount through the end of April, so I am going to have him come back to steam the remaining rooms in my house and both sets of stairs. Karl clearly cares about the end product, which is refreshing, and he also prides himself on customer satisfaction. Arrow Carpet Cleaning will be my go to due to reasonable pricing and good, hard work.

Arrow Carpet cleaning is by far the best carpet cleaners with the best prices. We recently moved into our house and the previous owners had pets who had numerous accidents. There was a strong odor of urine throughout our house. Arrow came over, assessed the situation, quoted it much less than we were expecting, and took care of the problem. The odor is gone and the carpets looks many years younger. My wife and I highly recommend them!
