First time using McLaughlins Carpet Care. My call was promptly returned and John arrived on time. John was great and very personable. I was pretty astonished at how clean he got our steps and the rest of the carpet looked fantastic. I will be using him going forward. Thank you John!

McLaughlins did a great job on the carpet throughout our home! We probably went too long since the last thorough cleaning, but his results look great. Even the high-traffic path from the dining room into the kitchen looks practically new!

John has cleaned my carpets a couple of times now, and he also cleaned my sofa. He has done a magnificent job, and I highly recommend his services. What I found interesting about John is that he is very educated in his trade. He knows the chemical makeup of the various stains and the best way to address them. He uses a variety of products and techniques depending on the types of stains he is dealing with. Has been on time and is a super nice guy as well. I will continue to use and recommend his services to friends and family.

John is a low-key, very friendly person who did a wonderful job on our white, wool sofa. We had one stain that he couldnt remove at our house, so he took the cushion home so that he could remove the cover and thoroughly wash it. He brought it back the next day looking great. I was impressed by his going that extra mile. When its time to clean our carpets, he will be our choice!

Had a great experience with John. He cleaned our carpets, couch and love seat. My daughter had gotten sick on the couch and the smell would not go away. John took care of this as well as all the stains on the furniture and carpeting.Highly recommend!

We have our carpets cleaned twice a year and time it so we are out of town. Such a treat to come home to 10 year old carpeting that looks new after the cleaning.McLaughlins is always on time, consistent high quality work at a fair price. I believe that the owner himself comes to clean a lot of the time which is an added perk but not necessary.
