Rob and his team at Rainbow International were fantastic. We had two unrelated water issues in our basement over the course of about a month, and they helped us through the whole process. They communicate well, their team is timely and courteous, and they do excellent work. Rob was also very helpful in navigating the insurance claims process. Overall, working with Rob and his team made a very unpleasant situation in our house a whole lot easier to manage and bear. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

Rainbow was instrumental in getting rid of the hazards in our basement in Loveland after a flood this spring. Under the circumstances, it may not have been our preferred way to meet, but the company and team made the experience less stressful.

When I discovered water in the basement, I called Rainbow International of Longmont. The owner, Rob, came out right away. Rob and his crew went right to work. Every precaution was taken to ensure that my home was free of mold before and after the restoration. Rob was clear on the restoration process and kept me up to date on each step. He communicated with my insurance company, which made the paperwork flow smoothly. Once the tearout work was done, and the final mold testing/air quality testing done, I was relieved to know that my home was safe from mold and healthy once more. Rob and his staff are great. Rob always kept my husband and I informed as to what was happening with the mold remediation. They did a great job. I know they removed all of the mold. I feel very safe knowing that we no longer have any mold.

Rob and Ross are true stewards of the community. They both went above and beyond in fixing the water damage that was caused by a leaking sink. We submitted a purchase agreement on a property we really liked subject to the findings of an inspection service. The inspector found a problem with a water leak and suggested we call Rainbow for an accurate evaluation of a mold potential. Rob came out within 24 hours and spent a lot of time with me investigating several areas that had shown previous water leaks that had been concealed or patched. He was very detailed in his findings. His accurate analysis resulted in our not purchasing the property. With my complex health concerns, it was unwise to proceed with the purchase.

I have a new puppy and potty training is taking longer than expected. Rob came out and gave me an estimate for cleaning all of my carpets, and it was much more reasonable than I was expecting. He was on time, very conscientious and personable and did an amazing job. He even got a permanent marker stain out of my carpet. I could not be happier with their service.

My basement was flooding. We called around 3PM. They were at my house by 6PM. Same day, and I live in a rural area. They came everyday to check they equipment and see if there was anything else they needed to do. Always called ahead, wore masks, cleaned up excellently, gave me a referral to have damage fixed, and they were very friendly and helpful. I would 100% use them again!

Rainbow Intl Longmont were willing to come out during our water leak emergency, late in the evening on a weekend, and did an excellent job drying the walls and subfloor in a timely and professional manner. They went above and beyond by ensuring that their machines were absolutely clean before being installed on our property. Highly recommended.

Rob and his crew were great. They explained all aspects of the repair job, were professional, and even brought my daughter a little care package as she was recovering from an appendectomy while they were doing water mitigation (yes, she got appendicitis the same week our hot water heater flooded the basement). I hired Rainbow International of Longmont to come in a clean my moms pet stained carpets and when I say pet stained, that is an understatement. She had been sick for a bit and was unable to clean up messes. (Not to worry the animals were well taken care of :) A month of accumulated messes had left the carpets in terrible condition. Rob and his team came in and scoured the place. It looks like new. He also treated the carpet with something to break down the enzymes that linger after the stain is gone. Rob was very professional, prompt and thorough and offered to return to retreat any stains that appeared after the carpet had dried, but that has not been necessary.
