We live and travel in our 45 ft. Motorcoach. Our worst nightmare happened when our coach had to be towed from Fort Collins, CO to Transwest in Frederick, CO. for immediate engine service. Reliable Towing was called. Within 2 hours their driver, Kevin, arrived to start the process of prepping our coach for towing. Kevin was very polite and experienced in towing motorcoaches. Kevin took his time and was meticulous in his preparations. He even decided to take another route back to Transwest that was much smoother avoiding some congested construction areas on the interstate. Please do not hesitate to call Reliable Towing if you need your RV towed.

We are beyond impressed and grateful for our service with Reliable! Ciaran was our guy. We were 4 hours away and he kept us updated about his ETA which was seriously helpful. He arrived with the right equipment to tow our 37 foot motorcoach and he knew how to do it right. This is our home and we have heard horror stories about harming coaches in tow. That was certainly not an issue with Ciarans knowledge and expertise. On top of it all he was friendly and truly a great guy. We highly recommend Reliable!

I was rear ended during rush hour on the diagonal. We couldn’t pull completely off the road to exchange info. Reliable towing driver, Kevin, just happened to come upon the accident - pulled up behind us, turned on his lights and kept us safe from approaching traffic. He also helped the woman who hit me bend her wheel well so she could drive away. All this just because he cared about keeping people safe. That’s the kind of person Reliable Towing hires and sends to you when you are in need!

Definitely would not recommend. Was in a pinch and already under a tow truck from Wyoming when a different plan was made. Called these guys for advice as to where to park and he refused to help me. Definitely not the type of people Id want helping me. And no I do not have the wrong location. We were trying to get advice on a parking situation in your area. It was 100% your employee. Very unprofessional to refuse to help someone out just because we didnt use your company.

Reliable towing sure did save our day. We had someone hit our slide in truck camper that was on a bumper pull trailer on a stand. The camper got knocked almost off the stand. Fast arrival great customer service

Absolutely horrible service, stay away from these amateurs. My truck broke down in Denver, just wouldn’t stay running... and instead of putting it in neutral and pushing it out they tried to start it and revved the engine which cracked it causing a loud explosive pop which frightened everyone outside the apartment complex. They proceeded to tow it to my fathers shop and didn’t say anything. We discovered the broken engine shorty after and I had to purchase another vehicle. This company probably hires amateurs to do their work and they obviously don’t care to do a good job. I’d recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Our travel trailer broke down on the side of a highway in the middle of nowhere. After a terrible back and forth with our awful roadside assistance, Reliable Towing had our back! We were able to follow up with the request our roadside assistance put in and spoke with the driver, Ciaran. He was fantastic! He gave us correct and accurate information and was understanding, friendly, and DAMN good at his job! It was quite the ordeal getting our 30 foot camper up on the bed of the truck and he did it very professionally and with precision. He saved our butts that night! Thank you so much!

As a former heavy duty tow company owner--I am very appreciative of the help today when I needed it. Im back to driving OTR and needed help after getting stuck in the mud and snow at the place I was loading at. Very quick response time, polite, and knew what they were doing. I was shocked at the price because I was expecting a much higher amount but they are very reasonable and would for sure use them again if Im ever in the area and in need of services. Our company truck broke down over the weekend. We called Reliable Towing for help. They answered quickly, were very polite and gave us a price over the phone prior to booking their service. Upon arrival, they were very clean, took delicate care of our large box truck and parked it neatly at our office. All of this on a Sunday with only an hour notice. Awesome! They came quickly- I rolled a trailer on its side by cutting a corner too tightly and hitting a rock. They were really careful with the trailer as they rolled it back over, and went above and beyond by helping me reload the trailer before leaving!

After the flooding this year, I managed to get stuck in the mud (dont ask how) and Reliable Towing came to the rescue to tow us out. My nephew recommended Reliable Towing as the best towing company to move a shed from our neighbor two miles down the road to our place in our mountain community. Many people had tried to move the shed with various equipment and were unsuccessful because it was in a tough spot to get it from and very heavy due to improvements that had been made to it. Reliable sent the right equipment for the job and the right man, Ciaran. It took awhile and many adjustments of the chains and equipment, but he was successful! It was a stressful job and he handled it perfectly. Id highly recommend Reliable Towing. In reading the reviews, of course people who have had their car towed are going to be unhappy - duh! But Reliable was very reliable and did a great job!

Horrible towing company!! totally opposite of what the name not reliable at all. Was quoted an hour and a half and it’s been 3 1/2 hours and still no truck and was quoted for $400 just called Aguiar towing 250 flat rate same distance. Reliable towing is a crock !!

This place makes a living off screwing people over. They towed a car 1/2 a mile and wouldnt let us remove the car until Monday morning. Upon getting to the tow yard Monday morning, they decided to charge us a weekend fee. They tried to tell us to pay them $100 AND sign over the title and they would waive the fee. These people are a bunch of crooks. Call literally anyone else if you need a tow. This company will only take advantage of you.

Never answered phones after multiple calls. I kept hoping they would call back but they didnt, which left me sitting by the side of the road for over an hour. Finally had to call another tow company who immediately answered and sent a truck out.

On Monday, January 8, 2018, Kevin came to tow my Newmar Kountry Star to Transwest. Because my chassis batteries were dead we couldnt start the coach to move the unit, release the brake, etc. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable he aired up the chassis via the airdryer, removed the driveline and was very careful attaching the towbar to the front axle. He took extreme care when driving to the dealership slowing at each expansion joint on I25. I was very impressed. Thank you Kevin.

Reliable fast and friendly thanks

Hate this place so much. Very difficult. They are screwing me over far worst than I ever been. Making me pay someone elses towing bill so I can get my phone, hygiene bag and tuxedo for my best friend wedding in 1.5 days then moving out of state the next day. They are rude on the phone when I try and explain the issue. Plus i Walked into the office and 2 drivers were using drugs (cocaine) with a couple empty beers near them. Trusting High and drunk people with your car is not the best idea. Good luck Wit them. This is not Brad Stirling but a friend of his and im experienceing all this right now!!!!!

These guys were there in the morning, when I needed it. Fast, easy, and cost-effective, these guys have it all.

We broke down on our way home near Glenwood Springs with a tandem set up. Our car trailers wheel caught on fire and we were left with only 3 wheels. While trying to figure that out our F250 lost its tranny. We had to be towed to Longmont so I called Reliable Towing and they answered right away. Within a half hour they were on their way to rescue us, our truck and the car trailer. We made it home with no problems and had a great driver, the owner of the company, Ciaran. He was super friendly and he went out of his way to help us get us back safely. The tow truck was nice, well taken care of, clean and comfortable for a 4 hour ride back home. Great service, friendly service, affordable service. I would highly recommend this towing company if you are ever in need.
