I already called and there was no help. You are only open M-F 9-5 when everyone works. Would like to get stuff out of the car and give you the title. But I cant get any help. So I wont be mailing the title in either. And then instead of trying to help I just got a letter in the mail saying it was abandoned. Sad....terrible customer service.

Had my clutch go out on 95th and Highway 52 in the very hot afternoon sun. Called three other towing companies and they were swamped. Would have taken 2-3 hours. Called Hamilton and was out of there in 45 minutes. Very friendly, courteous, and it was a sweet price. My car sits pretty low and they were able to load it up without any scraping or marks. Thank you!

Hamilton Towing is a great small business. I can tell they really try their best to accommodate their customers. I worked for a towing company along time ago, if people only knew what these hard working businesses go through daily. Dominic came to help me with my lockout and got there faster than the ETA they gave me. He was nice and professional and unlocked my car so fast that I ended up making it to my appointment! Their other drivers have helped me in the past as well and they were all friendly and accommodating. Give this small business a break, they’re doing their best to HELP 🙏🏼

Very poor service. Damaged the car and didnt own up to it even when it was witnessed. Showed up late. Used a tow strap to winch up car. Once the strap crumpled the bumper the driver let it back down and switched the angle the car was being loaded. The facility that did the estimate concluded that the damage fit the markings of the improper loading of the vehicle. Some scraps were there because of it being a low profile vehicle. Anyone with a logical mind could see.

He was on time, professional and fast. In and out in what seemed like 20 min. I will call them back every time. And the Dispatcher was calming and put me at ease. Great things to say about this company.

Boat trailer broke an axel in the middle of loveland with the family and the boat loaded . I have a outboard trimmer that sits low was scared to death it was gonna hit had alot of anxiety and wrecker pulled up he boosted her up with wood and shims, trimmer never hit the ground . Extremely happy given the circumstances it could have been worse they put my mind at ease and didnt rake me over the coals. Thank u very much will be the only tow company I use.

Driver refused to wear a mask while in our place of business. When the manager (Cheryl) was called, she made it clear they allow their drivers to do what they need or want to do regarding protocols during the pandemic. She was unwilling to change their approach.An Executive order is law. Masks are law. It more than law, its civic duty to protect one another. Please, spend your $$ with a reputable company, unlike this one.

Everyone that I interacted with here was great! It did take them a couple hours to get to me due to a lot of other tows going on, but not much they could do about that. The ETA they gave was fairly accurate. I had my car break down at Lyons and it was giving me trouble before that, thankfully it held out until I had cell service. I first used them through USAA roadside assistance to get me to Longmont where my roommate met me, and then the driver (Manuel I believe) worked with us and Hamilton Towing to let my roommate use her AAA roadside assistance to get us another tow from them back to Denver to my regular mechanic, without having to spend additional time waiting for them to contact and dispatch a separate tow. Really couldnt have asked for a better resolution to getting my car stuck on the road an hour from home.

My husband was stranded, and preparing to walk home, after our car died. It was really chilly, in the late evening, and he has a health condition that makes it much more difficult for him to walk long distances. Hamilton was very quick and affordable. They got him and our car home, before either turned into a popcicle.

Initially had some issues, mostly on my end, but after talking with them they figured out a way to help me and my kids out after our car was stolen.They even offered to sell me a car, which was very nice.

My cars clutch gave out on the way home from work. Hamilton was quick getting to us and was VERY fast getting my car loaded. Our driver Rick was very professional and skilled with his truck. We needed my car to be put in the garage at home and he was able to navigate our small street and get my car right into the garage from the back of the truck. Ten out of five stars for sure!!!!

Extremely disappointed. The driver removed the bumper off of my vehicle (it was loose & unsafe, so understandable), but instead of bringing it with the vehicle to the repair shop, he left it behind & didn’t bother to tell anyone. Apparently the fact that my license plate was still attached to it, didn’t seem to be of any concern to him. Avoid this company at all costs!!! Extremely unprofessional.

Dominic showed up at exactly the ETA time that was given. There was a large piece of my exhaust system hanging on the ground and Dominic spent a lot of time laying on he ground trying to figure out a way to make sure the piece wasn’t sheared off on the lip of the loading ramp.He got it on no issue at all and totally in tact. Extremely nice, very professional. Would look to Hamilton again.

Wish there was a 0 star option.The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced from a tow company in 17 years of being in business.A tow truck driver by the name of Dominic came to our facility yesterday after business hours. He abrasively bagged on out front door demanding that that we open the door. When we didn’t open the door he threatened to leave the customer’s vehicle in the middle of the street. When I went outside to meet him we was yelling so much that another technician came over to see what was going on. He continued to create a seen until he was told that a call would be placed to his manager. His attitude slightly changed when he realized management would be notified and then said that he was acting that way because he was tired and hungry.The following day we placed a call to his manager Cheryl and she seems to have just as poor customer service as the tow truck driver. She even stated to me that she heard about the issue from her driver last night and didn’t understand why she had to hear about it again today.Clearly this is not a company I would recommend to use ever.

We had a difficult tow such that the car was in our garage, the ignition switch was locked thus the car could not be put into gear, and a tight area to maneuver the car out of the garage. Dominic from Hamilton Towing was incredible nice, knowledgeable and extremely professional. We got the car out of the garage and managed to get it started. Bravo Dominic!

I was told 1 to 2 hours, which was fine. At 2.5 hours, I called them and they couldnt tell me when they might arrive, only that they were working on a car on I-25. Okay then. Thanks for wasting my time Hamiltons! It wont ever happen again.Marvs got the business instead. If Id gone there first, Id not have wasted 3 hours.

Car battery was dead.They arrived on time and quickly got to work. Got me to work on time.Friendly and knowledgeable service. Would use them again.

My insurance contacted them through roadside assistance. They accepted the job. I wanted to make sure they would be able to jump our car if needed, so I called. They took that opportunity to tell me they thought I was in another city when they accepted the tow. They didn’t even call me early on to let me know. I only called because my insurance company was unclear about whether or not they would be able to jump my car. Had I not called would they have even showed? Left me stranded? By the time I called it was already close to the ETA provided by my insurance. They should have called either my insurance or me at some point total BS.

I ran over some debris in the middle of 287 in Longmont Colorado they were professional and courteous when I informed them of my breathing issues & the need to get home to my oxygen tank they sped up the service tow. Im relieved knowing they can handle it.

This is the second time Hamilton Towing helped me. My motorcycle got a flat on the rear tire. A regular tow truck doesnt work well with motorcycles so they show up with a flatbed (two thumbs up).A HUGE shout out to Dominic/Hamilton. He was very professional and took extra care of my bike so it wouldnt get scratched. With coordinated effort, we got the bike on the bed and Dominic secured it. He was also concerned that there was help available at the shop as he didnt want to unload the bike by himself. I called the shop, they said they would help.To add to the accolades for Dominic (I apologize if I am spelling it incorrectly), he called me while on his way to verify location and if I would be on site. Needed a tow from a private parking lot, driver showed up on time and delivered the car to my house before I got there. When I arrived Mike the driver, had the vehicle neatly parked in my drive way and was even under the vehicle to pin point where the damage was. Really helpful and professional with me.Thanks again man!

Hamilton Towing was called to tow a vehicle by AAA and they bailed on the tow leaving us stranded for over 3 hours. They made up a pretty lame excuse as to why they couldnt tow our vehicle. I would highly recommend trying a different company unless you have no other option.

Had a flat tire out on Interlocken and was promptly and courteously helped over the phone. The driver, Mike C, was super quick to show up even though I was somewhat off the beaten path. Truly thankful, excellent customer service all around!

I wish I knew the name of the guy that towed me. My entire wheel was off the axel, and he miraculously got it towed onto the flatbed. I was impressed with his kindness and speediness. I am incredibly grateful for having him tow me.

I had my insurance company reach out to Hamilton and they said the driver would be there in a little over an hour, I had to leave my car and go to work. I called the office since I never received any updates and the guy who answered was super unprofessional saying profanities left and right (to himself) and told me the driver should be on his way (so very late) and I called again a few hours later and the guy who answered was still very unprofessional but had the driver call me.The driver told me it took him a few hours but he left it in the parking lot, I was impressed he found my car since I left it in a ditch on a trail road. When I got back to my car there was no damage and everything had been taken care of.

I have never waited more than thirty minutes for a tow. Friendly professional service is spoken here.

This guy was so nice. My car had an incident but seemed fine the next morning. He came out and actually looked at my car and helped me; said he thought I could drive it over. So he led me to the service place and made sure I got there ok. Really nice and really fast.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a towing company. Set up a tow for a specific time and after being pushed out three time the shop closed. Set up a tow for the next day and still experiencing the issue of, well be there at said time, oh he had another job, and Ill be there in ten minutes (stated half an hour ago). Extremely unprofessional and uncaring of other peoples time.

Not set up for backing in vehicles at night here (minimal lighting only at end plus houses are very close together) but Mike had no problems backing up that long dark driveway. Quickly, quietly and exactly where my roommate wanted it. Concluded their business professionally and done. If I could share this as a separate review I would and it would also have 5 stars.

Ive used Hamilton Towing 7-8 times over the past few years for my kids vehicles and mine. Every single time I have experienced great custimer service beginning with the dispatcher - ALWAYS polite, helpful, and as speedy as possible, to the drivers - again ALWAYS polite, careful with our vehicles and skilled at getting the vehicle in/out of tight spaces. Manuel is the best!There have been a couple of longer waits, but that is the nature of the towing business - sometimes there are more emergencies happening at the same time than there are drivers. That said, most of the time they arrive well within acceptable time. In fact, just yesterday we had my sons vehicle towed and the dispatcher told us up front that it would be at least an hour. We were just towing from our home to a shop so no problem waiting. But Manuel was here within 20 minutes!We love Hamilton Towing and wont even bother calling anyone else!

From the person that answered the phone to the technician who towed my Ford Explorer - excellent!! On time, knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably priced. Dagoberto made every effort to get my car started in case we didnt need a tow. He was very helpful in getting us out of a busy parking lot at the local Target store and getting my car back home and into the garage. Highly recommend!!

Hamilton Towing is good, but AAA IN THIS area is HORRIBLE!!!!! I called at noon from Longmont and it was 3pm before my tow arrived. Apparently AAA ONLY HAS one company with one driver to serve Longmont and neighboring towns like Berthoud. This is unacceptable service. I should have used my State Farm roadside service, because they do business with all tow truck companies, not just one. I am giving serious consideration to dropping AAA. By the way, Cody with Hamilton Towing is Great!

Cancelled my tow with out warning or notice. Left me sitting stranded for 2 hours plus another 2 hours waiting for a tow truck from an actual reputable company. Dont trust these clowns with your money.

My car was impounded lady in the office was real rude from the beginning. They kept telling how good they took care of my car that they put it in the garage. When I went to pick it up they told that I would have to drive it. Then I just asked them to tow it to my house. Well, then things got real odd, office lady started getting real rude. I asked to see my vehicle and she asked why, I told her I’d like to take pictures she said ok. Well there was damage to my vehicle I took picture. Well then they told me to get off the premises or they would call the cops. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. If there was an option for not selecting a star that’s the one o would select.

We had Hamilton Towing come out and move a large item for us from the front of our home to the back. Not an auto :). They were absolutely terrific. Came to the house two times. They gave us a quote the first time and seemed a little high and when we called back they took the initiative to think of a way to be more cost effective and came up with a way to cut the price by about 40%. Note we did not ask them to cut the price they did it on their own. They showed up on time. Were extremely careful moving the item. All the guys were super polite. I was out of town and they treat my wife with the upmost respect and discussed everything with her technically. Highly recommend them not only to tow your car but is you need something else large moved also.

This place works directly with the city cops, Im guessing some of the beautiful rate of $ 200-300 can be re-directed towards them. My brother had a accident yesterday, a first towing company sent was rejected by the cops since they charge less than 100$ then they called these people in when my brother was helplessly looking for a helping hand, and going thru hell and no money to spear. They are changing their words overnight when a clear paper trail is seen, all junk head here.

They rescued my husband and I from the side of the road when our car broke down. The guy sam..I think he said his name was. He was so awesome. Really appreciate it

I’ve never used this towing service, but was nearly driven into a barricade by one of their trucks last night during a forced merge by construction on Santa Fe. I had no choice but to merge and their driver sped up even with my blinker on for quite some time. If they don’t even respect their own vehicles enough to follow the law and not be in an unneeded wreck, how can you trust them with yours?

If I could give a worse review I would - very unhelpful couldn’t give me accurate estimated time of arrival. Called for help and the lady hung up on me. Terrible customer service

I am extremely disappointed with Hamilton Towing. When I called to get my car towed, I was told that the tow was $85, plus $15 if the driver had a difficult time loading my car. He ended up charging me $165! He added $40 because he had to put two wooden planks under my wheels to load my car onto the truck (I’m no expert, but I don’t think an extra 30 seconds and two wood scraps are worth $40), and another $40 because it was a “difficult load”. It took him 5 minutes to load my car, with no issues, so I don’t know how it could have been any easier. The driver was incompetent, rude, and kept asking me to say that any damage caused to my car during loading was “on me” so as not to take any blame if something happened. Once he towed my car to the mechanic, I needed to transfer some money into my account, and he threatened to impound my car, which he has no right to do. At this point, I’m considering either the driver of Hamilton Towing to small claims court, as the amount I was charged was almost twice what I was told over the phone. Unless you like being taken advantage of, or have no issue paying $165 for a tow, avoid at all costs.

These jokers are unbelievable! I had my insurance company get me a tow, and gave me an estimate. After waiting a half hour after the original estimate, I call their dispatch who told me that my company y didnt send them all the information, and that he took another call and would be there in 10 minutes. (why he didnt just call the insurance company y for the info, I dont know.) after waiting another half hour I called my company and they called and was told they would be five minutes. A other half hour... I call my company, had them cancel and get a new service to come and tow me. And in 5 minutes, who shows up? Hamilton towing, scratching their heads. Didnt get out and clarify with me, just took off all mad and speeding. Then I get a call from their dispatch lady saying their guy was looking for my car. When I told her I had canceled, she yelled at someone (who I assume worked there) and then said sorry, have a nice day, and hung up on me. Never, NEVER use this company.

Truck was 10 minutes late called dispatch to find out that it would be at least another hour. No attempts were made to contact me and let me know. Dissatisfied with the dispatcher.

Took another call that came in after ours before us, gave 3 different ETAs and missed every one of them, showed up an hour and a half after the original ETA and half an hour after the final ETA after we had given up and canceled to find another service. Dispatch called saying the guy was trying to find us even though he pulled up right in front of us, we told her we canceled and she yelled at someone in the background and said ok sorry and hung up. Rude, inconsiderate, incompetent, and cannot keep to an ETA. DO NOT USE THEM!

Today was the last day to get my car towed and they never showed up, then said I cancelled. They made excuses for 10 mins. 100 percent will never use then again to save my life.

The driver, Mike, was friendly and was very careful with my mustang GT.

Dont ask these people to tow your car 40 miles on a sunny, day after snow day. They wont even call you to cancel. You will sit for 2 hours wondering if theyll show up.

Being new to the area and kind of in between homes, ive been staying in my explorer. That is untill the brakes went out.so I needed a tow from Hayes auto to king supers parking lot to work on it and cuz thats where ive been staying and the lady just said no we cant help we can only tow it to your home...which I dont have!

Agresive drivers, cutting people off speeding. No business being on the road these guys cause more accidents than they fix.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They damaged my classic car while towing it, then refused to take responsibility! After sending them pictures and having the insurance company call, they admitted damaging the car but will not file an insurance claim. They didnt even apologize.

They always tell me 75 minutes but in reality I wait typically 4 to 6 hours for them to get less then a mile away from them NEVER USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM

Says they are open 24 hours, but wont allow me to pick up my vehicle because they have no staff today, yet Im being charged $30 because I wont pick it up today.

One of their drivers basically just extorted me.
