My car ended up dying on I-25. I haven’t had to contact a towing company before in regards to this kind of incident but Northside was the 4th place I called that was actually nice and empathetic about my situation. They had Steve out to me in about 40 minutes and he was so kind. He wanted to make sure I was safely off the highway so he had me meet him at my final destination ahead of him so I wouldn’t just be sitting on the shoulder. He was polite, considerate, and very professional. I’m glad my first experience with a towing company was with Northside. Thank you Steve!!

The alternator went out on the first day of our cross country road trip. The folks a Northside Towing took care of us and got us to the dealership for repairs as a typical towing company would. But what really amazed me was 9 months later when I could not find my receipt to submit to the insurance company they really went out of their way to help me get the documentation I needed to get reimbursed. Their job was done and they had been paid but they were still willing to do some extra legwork to take care of us. Thank you so much!

My sons car broke down on Main St, Northside was out within 20 minutes and were VERY reasonable on pricing - and my wife said the driver was super nice, as was the women I spoke with initially, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommended!!!

Dangerous driver of this company about ran me off the road and flipped me off. This was today on highway 119. Called the company and reported it. They said they would talk to him. He represents their company on the road and this was not professional at all.

Got a flat last week with no air conditioner on I-25 with my 13 year old daughter on our way home from Aurora and Bryan was out within 20 min to help! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! After a horrible headache dealing with AAA, Northside Towing saved the day!!! We worked with Bryan K, and could not be more grateful for his professionalism and kindness. When my car was towed to Discount Tire after hours and their lockbox was closed, Bryan willingly offered to keep my car safe overnight and drop it off at Discount Tire as soon as it opened the next day (literally on the dot too -- thank you!) I was able to get my tires fixed and back on on the road within the hour:) Excellent service, hands down.

Went to collect dome stuff from are vehicle. And the lady in the office was very respectful amd polite. Byt the dude that was there came around the corner yelling at us as if we had stole or broke something and all we did was walk in the door we were respectful and polite you can be to idk of it was cause the day was over or maybe is his been meglectful something but dont take it out on the customers

Travis from Northside showed up late at night and on time after another service kept putting me off for 4 hours and finally cancelled on me. Travis was there less than an hour after my insurance called him and took care of my classic baja bug. Great service!

This is by far the best towing company ever very reasonable rates & not sky high expensive like most of these companies out here! Harrison is honestly one of the most honest person I’ve ever come across! Towed me fast without no issues, even tho we came across a small problem with my oil pan he offered to help me pay for the repairs. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

Was referred by the local locksmith who was unavailable, technician was there in half the quoted time frame and the entry process was vehicle warranty respectful!

Just had to call for a tow truck unfortunately. In doing so I relied on other peoples reviews to help me make a decision. Northside lived up to, and exceeded their reviews. The driver/operator was very professional, Kent who answered the phone listened very well, and sent the proper driver and equipment to handle our tow with care. This was a slammed very low to the ground honda that belongs to our son. Brian did awesome and we very much appreciated his care and attention! Thank you guys!!

Best tow company I’ve dealt with! I dealt with the owner, he towed My 3500 while it was hooked to My gooseneck trailer with his RAM 5500. Any other company would of sent a C-class truck and charged Me an arm and a leg! Very reasonable and just a cool guy!

We had Bryan as our driver. He was AWESOME!!!!!!!! He got here very quick (like 20 minutes) and was extremely helpful. We didnt go here under the best circumstances in that my daughters car was towed by the community we live in. I didnt get names, but the gentleman that was working on 7-5-19 was SUPER nice. His office lady, not so much. I misread the website saying they were open 24 hours. We got there at 445 and the blonde was real snippy. When I reread the website, it said 8-5, so we were still there before closing.Anyway, considering neither of them had to be nice given the circumstance, it was great that at least the gentleman was cool about it. So thank you for your excellent customer service!! If I ever am in need of a tow, Ill call you, sir.

Horrible towing service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have a rare vehicle and they took horrible care of it. I called the owner to have him look at it, he only made excusses. And then said call the cops. This company has no integrity. Never use them again. And dont recommend. OH AND THE PRICE IS HIGH ALSO!!!
