I have been a happy Farmers client for 25 years always receving great customer service from my previous agent. Since Jessica took over I have been very dissapointed. Calls not returned, I even spoke to her and let her know my frustration thinking she would strive to be better... Well that did not happen... after cancelling my insurance she, knowing my coverage needs, did not even bother to call me and let me know I made a mistake on the date in my cancellation letter, as any seasoned agent would do... but went ahead and cancelled my coverage a day early leaving me without coverage for a day. I had to give one star to give my review but realistically 0 stare is more how I rate her customer service.
