Steven at the Belmont Shores location has given me outstanding service. I have been in several times and he is always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. He is the key reason I come back to AT&T….fine service is a dying art and he still gets it!
This store was great and clean! The staff was very welcoming when we were about to enter the store. Jennifer the sales rep who helped us was very patient and thorough with us. She made us feel comfortable and attentive. She answered all our questions and explained each steps with the purchase of the plan and went over the new details on new Apple Iphone. I just had the most incredible experience working with Kevin who is the manager at this beautiful store in Long Beach. He made the impossible possible. He had a lot of patience and went above and beyond his call of duty. I thought I lost all my study material and he retrieved when others could not. I will be forever grateful for his expertise and his wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend coming to this store, you won’t be disappointed.
April was AWESOME. She helped us upgrade two of the six phones on our account, get a new Apple Watch and upgrade an old one, AND add Apple TV all with saving us about $80 a month! She took time to help me with my new tech, was patient, knowledgeable, and personable. Great AT&T experience today.

I am making this report because I had such excellent service from someone who works for you named cat she greeted me in a most friendly way and she helped resolve two problems that were worrying me a lot one of them having to do with a scam and she speaks distinctly she doesn’t use any extra words she speaks in a manner that is slow and and she has good iContact so she constantly checking to see if you’re understanding what she’s doing she is helpful and offers to do it for you

Amazing customer service! AT&T store on 2nd Street in Belmont Shore is the only store we purchase phones, accessories and set up our cell service the past ten years. Steven and Victor helped us wi the the best price, set up our phones and answered all of our questions.
I had a perfect and amazing experience in this AT&T store. Celeste M. and Steven M. are excellent, top notch professionals in customer satisfaction, and they know how to get things done quickly and correctly in the AT&T system. I had a particularly difficult problem related to ordering a new hard to get iPhone, and they stayed with me and made sure everything got resolved correctly. In a world where it’s easy to get lost in the crowd, I got treated like a celebrity. Thank you for your kindness and excellent work. I would come back to this store over any other AT&T store.

Hours posted on sign say closes at 7 pm but they closed before 6. The employees saw us out there and waited until 5 minutes past 6 pm to say they closed early at 6 pm. He then proceeded to tell us there was another At&t just a little further down. Walked the rest of 2nd street and no other At&t store. Very upset about being mislead. Horrible customer service.

I always have good service at this story and last week was no different. Robert helped me get a new phone and packaged it with AT&T TV service -- Im now saving more than $80 a month (vs. my cellphone + Charter Spectrum) and have many more channels at home. Robert was also great in helping me get everything set up.
I received exceptional customer service from Jenn, the ATT associate, who helped me upgrade my phone and upgrade my cable service to ATT - and saved a lot of money. She was friendly, patient and super helpful. The entire ATT team at this store was very friendly, informed and accessible. A++ service!

Came in to get the new Iphone 12 an employee named April there helped me instantly she was so polite and helpful she explained everything with full clarity also answered all questions or concerns that I had. Robert (the assistant manager) was awesome and really helpful. Instead of just pushing me through the process, he took the time to analyze my bill and the condition of my current phone and saved me over $50 and got me unlimited talk, text, and data AND HBO Max! What a guy!!!!

Popped into AT&T to check out their on-going Promotion for free iphone trade in when you bring over a line and within minutes Robert, the assistant manager, walked me through the details and I came to conclusion that after 12 long years it was finally time to leave T-Mobile. Robert went above and beyond and switched over 7 lines and was really helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did not try to upsell us and add on a bunch of useless service and accessories like your typical sales person, he was honest and transparent. Overall great in store experience with Robert and his team, but i will say this, so far i am not impressed with AT&Ts phone and online customer support. Go see Robert for your Cell phone need!

Very happy with my experiences at this ATT Store. Today, we went in to get an Apple Watch. Ended up leaving with two watches. Kim was so patient with us, explaining every feature and setting. She walked us through our options and even helped us with attaching the band. She has helped us with our phones on previous trips and, as alway, is professional, kind, and highly knowledgeable.

Update 7/2021 - After 3 months in a row of getting correct bills (yay!), trouble again. Our May/June bills were miscalculated (ATT claims to be aware of glitch) resulting in underpayment by autopay (it is set up to pay entire balance each month). I noticed the May incorrect amount, called, and was told they were aware of the glitch, not to worry, the bill would be fixed, balance added to subsequent bill with no late charges. June bill arrived, had the same problem again, now with late fees, and since I now had a past due balance... autopay was paused and the account suspended (whatever that means, our phones were still working). It took 1.5 hours over 3 phone calls, and making a manual payment, to get things straight. 1.5 hours of my life Ill never get back... so disappointing.Our family moved 4 lines to AT&T from other carriers, and were very happy with our wireless service and our new devices. But our bill was much higher than what we were promised in the Belmont shore store when we placed the order. Despite my having documented exactly what was offered, it took 5 visits over 3 months, and about 8 hours of my time in order to get our bills to match what we were told in the store when we made the move. Every person we dealt with was very nice and apologized for the mistakes, but mostly did not fix the problems. Some promised to follow up and never did. Over the 3 months we dealt with 3 different managers, each oblivious to the history of our issues. Two of the managers did actually fix problems (turns out there were three separate mistakes on our billing, the third was fixed on the phone with the AT&T mothership). Even when we had appointments and the store was empty, we were made to wait 15-30 minutes from our appointment time before the manager appeared from the back office. It felt like they hoped we would just give up and pay the higher bills. For now, it looks like the problems have been resolved, and AT&T has issued credits for all of the first 3 months overcharges. It had been years since we switched carriers, what a miserable experience. My advice: get the agreement in writing and check those bills.

One day before leaving out of state to host my best friends wedding, I updated my phone and the battery got hot and it died!!! Last minute trying to figure something out, Hassean was very helpful in getting me a new phone. He was very informative of all options and got me the best option to accommodate my current situation. ZERO STARS. Awful customer service, management is a JOKE! Sara (Vida) did not resolve any of our issues, she just made matters worse. They will tell you anything to gain your business, all lies!! Nothing we were told (by the manager, who assisted us with opening our account) was true. We should have never left Verizon! After 8 visits to this branch, and multiple customer service calls, still no resolution to our problems. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR ENERGY at this location - or even with this company!!!!!

Avoid this branch like the plague. I went in to simply transfer my plan to a new account. They inform me, “That’s simple! We do hundreds of those a week.” Great I’ll be in and out I thought. Wrong. I was put on a waiting list and waited 45+ minutes as I watched multiple employees walking around and chatting between themselves. When I was finally helped the transfer took multiple attempts. Apparently not so easy. I left the store once that was complete only to realize I now had no cellular service on my phone. So I returned to the branch and presented them my problem. After some lackluster attempts to troubleshoot the issue, they proceed to tell me my phone is broken and I needed to go to the apple store. I have now been at the store for 2+hrs. I explained to them I wasn’t leaving until they fixed the problem they caused. They continued to repeat that my phone was broken. They erased my phone, downloaded updates, and reset multiple settings. After this song and dance the manager walked away from the table a third time and walked into the back of the store with her tablet. She walked back out typing on the tablet then asked me what was my phone working. Well by golly it was. The entire time that they were blaming me and my device for the issue it was something on their end. They had messed my account which wasn’t allowing me to have cellular service. They did not apologize for this game that they were playing and said “Oh I just wanted to give your phone some time.” It’s 3+ hrs. That’s now how it works. I’m on to the game. They new my phone was paid off and they continued to push upgrading or buying a new phone throughout the process. Hold your ground with these people and don’t give in. They are liars, cheats and snakes. The worst customer service I’ve ever received.
I wish I could give this no stars First I have to say that AT&T is the worst company. I got a phone at this location on May 15th. I have been back to this store at least 6 times with problems. Most of the time the sales people were at least friendly and made an effort to deal with AT & Ts horrible billing dept. Today I had to return as my service was shut off due to a credit that AT&T was supposed to post and did not. I asked upon arriving to see a manager, who was on a call the entire 45 min I was in the store. I was then helped by a woman named Lydia who seriously lacks customer service skills. While she did call billing, it took her input of my information 3 times. I showed her an email from Billing Dept. She got a billing rep on the phone to let me know they would TRY to push through the credit today, at that point she just walked away and stared out the front window. OK how about some basic customer service. He ya go Lydia.....thank you for coming in today Sir, and I am sorry for your inconvenience by AT&T. I have done all I could do and we do appreciate your business If you have any other issues or this does not get resolved, please feel free to come in again and we will see if we can help you get this resolved When I got back to my own store that I own, I called to speak to the manager. Lydia answered the phone. I asked the managers name and she said it was Alex. After another 10 of waiting on the phone, I called back to find out that Alex was not in today and I got to speak to the assistant manager who never gave his name and acted he could not care less. I have been in customer service my whole life....this is the lowest level of customer service I have ever seen. So I urge anyone reading this to ....AVOID AT&T!!! They are a nightmare!!! The billing dept is HORRIBLE! They set up plans and do not honor them. They even blamed my billing mess on the store!!! And after today I would not go back to this store, they need serious customer service training! AT&T Just another big company not caring.
Cell phone shops are always a hard sell. Service here was good--once they helped me. It took 5 minutes after walking in the door to a nearly empty store for anyone to greet me or tell me what to do to be helped. But its pleasant and gets the job done. It can get congested because of its popular location on 2nd street. If you must go to an AT&T store, this one is fine, but try to avoid rush hours.

I had a great experience with a kind and funny employee. Also I am happy to say we ended up with two new phones (and one was an iphone) without really paying a penny. Our plan was reduced by somewhere around $50 per month so were actually saving money. Thank you guys.

Had no signal in my home. Went to AT&T Strore seven times to no avail. Dealt with customer service and technicians for three weeks. They informed me that networks change and they do not guarantee they will provide one. I have to sit on my patio to make calls. They told me I need to get an AT&T I-Phone and that would work. How can this happen if the signal does not enter my home. No one seems to know how to help me. Each time I call them I have to tell my story from the beginning. Needless to say I am in the market for another carrier. They are taking my money and providing inadequate service. Has this become the American way?

Hate this location. I had to wait over 45 minutes for them to take my money. I got no help not even a greeting. I drive to a different location thats about an hour round trip not including the time spent in the store and thats still faster and more convenient. This shop should shut down and open as a store that would be of some use. Like I said I hate this location! Not to mention, this last time I was in there a lady had to ASK if there were even any employees currently working. The service was awful, there was no response for this lady. I had to let her know that the employees were working with other customers. I honestly believe that I would get better service from an untrained donkey.
Absurd you need to set up an appointment to return a defective self own car charging device. These companies have gone completely mad or you cant walk in exchange thing and get the heck out in a couple of minutes. They are the antithesis of customer service. AT&T has to read is a minus - 10. Corporate management needs to wake up and smell the coffee be set for somebody comes and Im blows them out on these items. Im not going to buy them anymore from AT&T Im gonna buy them from Amazon where I get quality service and I dont have to spend my valuable time sitting there waiting when I have an appointment to return an over priced $30 car charger for my iPhone

Worst store I ever used, stole my Cingular unlimited acct, then excuse after excuse. Insurance fraud on my Note 4, took imsurance for 26 months after reported stolen, the stated S3 from this store was insured, then after 85 supervisors continued to lie, deceive and pay lip service as both #attcares on twitter, and there President in Arkansas demanded the insured device be paid off, this company believes it is above the law, when I transferred my account in May 17 (see Mr Tsepelis review) they continued to bill the transferred acct that he spoke of, so payment for both our cells were collected, then today they demanded (turned off my cell number although they had billed his acct May 17th) I paid for both cells from May 2nd to June 7th, yet they changed the billing date and acct to Mr Tsepelis and demanded I pay them to July 17th, I also got the email my cell transferred on May 17th, insurance to Mr Tsepelis acct so they continued after I spoke with 8 more supervisors where my credit was, also the 26 months of insurance fraud. If #verizon was not worse we would be there in a heart beat, all other cell companies in America are owned by these two giants and they answer to no one, violate contract law and hide as described by Mr Tsepelis said, giving fake names and pointing fingers to other departments to continue to violate the law or get you past the 30 day customer dissatisfaction they use like all government agencies do, image Medicare fraud by #uc and #vasf or corrupted #sanfranciscocounty if you have any better company I would recommend you stay away from the new MaBell, just added wireless to this national disgrace called #att!
This store is horrible. I will drive out of my way to go any other store. I havent been back in almost two years after they misused my gift card and double charged me for a new phone both without my permission. My issue was actually escalated to AT&T Corporate because the manager and her staff where grossly incompetent.Today, I was literally steps away from this location, and stopped in because of a technical roaming problem with the phone. They were beyond clueless. They didnt know why my service was behaving this way or if I would be charged. They two guys seemed like they had zero problem solving skills or training, and they both have been there a long time now. I quickly left, called ATT customer service and the customer service rep knew and fixed within two minutes.
I recommend going to another att store. Staff was rude. Made me sit through his upsale speal, even though i asked him not to. i scheduled an appointment online before i got there. I arrived at the appointment time. When i got there the place was empty. The staff still made me wait 15 mins before they would talk to me.
When they told me I couldnt pay cash for my pay as you go phone at the kiosk I thought they were cheesy and I just turned around and left.

The manager, Johnathan was very friendly and knowledgable and helped me trasfer my contacts from my old iPhone 3Gs to my new Iphone 4s. He was polite and patient and very well dressed and groomed. I left very happy that I had such wonderful service.
Its not about this store, because theyre all nice but its about the whole AT&T company, they just rip you off, & theres alot of games to get your money & every month I get over charged, If you want unlimited data you have to get direct Tv & start another contract with another problems. I will switch to T-mobile & I will never deal with this company anymore.
