I took my suburban in for a simple oil change. Against my better judgement I took the recommendation of allowing them to install a new battery after the test on it indicated that it was not good and was soon not going to be able to hold a charge. 2 days later the night before I was supposed to attend my commencement, the new battery died and would not charge and could not be jumped. Fortunately I have the 100 mile tow package for AAA and had it towed to my apartment until I could get it to a mechanic to replace the alternator because that should be the first thing you rule out when a battery is dying before your eyes. The manager offered to replace the battery but its still new and now that the alternator is replaced there shouldnt be a problem.

I want to thank Isaac for helping me with an issue i had regarding an oil change. Though, this is something that is currently recalled on the vehicle, i appreciated his efforts in doing what he was able to do. His professionalism is something to be proud of.

I got an oil change on my 2016 f-150 and 10 days later I had a huge pool of oil under my truck. I got underneath and saw that oil was coming from the oil filter. I was able to tighten the filter by over a full turn WITH MY HAND. The oil filters on these vehicles are SUPER easy to get to so their was no excuse for this. I will NEVER return here. There was a reason the Valvoline down the street was packed and this place was completely dead. Should’ve trusted my gut.

It literally took them only 15min to do my oil change, I love it. Definitely gonna make this my spot for oil change.

Went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and now my the light comes on for the doors are open to seat belts and buckles and all you all you hear is bbbbb so I have to take it back today

I came here to get a simple oil change. And right when I pulled into the driveway the employee was sitting outside and out of no we’re had an attitude just because I made a simple mistake I drove into the wrong side of the Drive way. I told him that it was an honest mistake and that I would pull around. I immediately felt uncomfortable and no longer wanted them to touch my car. I didn’t feel welcomed, they seemed bothered being there and when I spoke to one of the employees he gave me his back and walked away, he did t even let me ask him anything. I own a business here in Long Beach and I know the importance of customer service, and this place is terrible. I wouldn’t trust them touching any of my fleet vehicles. I would give the zero stars if possible. I ended up going to valvoline in bixby knolls they had amazing service and also did a great job ant a more affordable price.

I drove up, within a minute Adrian came up and took care of me. Had a oil change and a $5 coupon. They even washed my front and rear windows. Within 30 minutes I was in and out. MY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

They like to pull out my air filter when I come in for an oil change so they can rubs their dirty gloves on it in front of me and it and ask me if I want my it changed cause it’s dirty.

This perhaps is my favorite Jiffy Lube. I always hate getting my oil changed because I dread being told all the additional services I need as soon as possible if I dont want my car to explode.Fortunately, the staff at this location are straight shooters, and honest. I came in for an oil change, and was told all was in good condition, only that my radiator should be flushed, but it wasnt a huge issue and could be done later.I asked if there was anything else, just out of curiosity, and they said everything looked okay. This was shocking to me because normally that question is the green light for you need new breaks, you need new tires, etc. etc. etc. at the more predatory service locations.I even asked about the breaks, because everyone needs new breaks and they said they were fine, and I could do it if I absolutely wanted, but it would be better to wait. They could have easily gotten a quick and manipulative sale through these probing questions, but they chose honesty and integrity over fleeting opportunism, and that is why I will continue to use this location for all my cars service needs.

This manager claimed his guys knew what they were doing after they stripped the drain plug on my new crosstek... 5 hours later after driving around I could smell oil in my car so I popped the hood to find the oil cap left off and my engine covered in oil and over heating.. Tried to charge me double for an air filter when the sign behind the desk clearly says the price .. its like a bunch of idiots locked the actual mechanics in the basement and threw their uniforms on to try and rob people ..This should be a great phone call to corporate

This place was awesome!! I was there and done on a Saturday morning in less than 20 minutes. Location was really great for me. They vacuumed my car and washed my windows too. Just like the dealer but at half the cost. Will definitely be back.

Location was very helpful. They dont accept Groupons. we interacted with this location when our vehicle had a funny smell coming from the engine area. we couldnt figure it out but we needed to get under the vehicle to see. we didnt need an oil change however this location and its staff was quite amenable to helping us figure out what could potentially be the cause and if the vehicle is safe to drive.

First time here. Very helpful. I dont know much about what my car needs, but they explained things so that I could understand. The guy even says, stop by if Im uncertain about the fluids in my car and they will check them for me.

The worker here can’t hear or understand English. Told him the mileage of the car twice. He sticks his head in through the window to look for himself. More expensive than other Jiffy lubes so I left.

This place has the worst service ever! They treat women poorly, do a half job on the services, and try to charge you for every little unnecessary thing. I was treated so badly by the store manager Sami Yaqubi. He lied about not screwing my cap on tightly causing it to leak, then tried to charge me to top it off! When I refused to pay for a top off which should have been free plus his error, he slammed my hood down so hard, gave me a nasty look, and just walked away! When I asked for his managers name and number, he got loud with me and gave me a phone number that I realized later, had a digit missing. I called Jiffy lube customer service and they forwarded my complaint to the franchise owner. He/She was supposed to call me back over 2 weeks ago, and I STILL NEVER heard anything from them! I have been a Jiffy lube customer for around 20 years at various locations. I have been going to this location for around 7 years. They forget to put air in the tires, to vacuum, do your windows, tighten plugs, put your next service date sticker in the window, and other little half way jobs on their supposed expensive signature service. I usually always have to ask or remind them. But this was the last straw! I will NEVER use this location again and maybe not any Jiffy Lube station! They see women and prey on them for extra charges, do shotty work, be mean and nasty, then the owner wont even bother to contact you to try to rectify/apologize for the issue! I tried to give them that chance, but since its been more than 2 weeks and I have not heard from them; now its time to write a review. Ladies Beware of this location!

They are higher than Pep boys, for an oil change. Pep Boys was 106 before a discount... Jiffy lube $160, for synthetic oilfor a BMW. I went back to Pep boys.

My girlfriend and I went when they were almost done for the day. Rudy and the guys were very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile. Ill be coming here from now on.

These ass hats allowed my fully senthtic Car to leave their shop with conventional oil in it, as long as I signed a waver. Seriously, how low will Jiffy Lube go to make a buck? There must be a reason why this particular shop looks like it hasnt been updated in 10 years. Wrote a review to Jiffy Lube the company, and hope the management all got canned. Worst Oil service in town, also they cross threaded my tire valve cap threads.

Worst place you can go to they dont know what theyre even talking about, I went in for an oil change, they told me my radiator was bad, its a brand new radiator. Leaving this place my oil pump no longer works I havent seen any other mechanic but these jokes.

June 25, 2016 @ 01:20. RODOLFO M. DANIEL S. AND JANET C. Service my 1993 Toyota Corolla for a Oil Change. The problem was they forgot to put my DAMN AIR FILTER BACK AND THE LATCHES WERE OPEN. I have pictures of the air filter being left open and my air filter missing as well. I have been a customer for a few years, now that I found this problem Im unsatisfied with the service. Also Im a certified mechanic and registered with the BAR of Automotive ASE. I made a full radiator flush my self just YESTERDAY and they were trying to say that I needed a radiator flush trying to rip me off. I can tell right away when something has been service. My pictures are the one with the engine and filter missing just above this page with my service sticker next to it.

My name is Glendell Moore and Im a automotive technician Ive been doing mechanic work since 2008 I took my car in for routine oil change now my car has a service warranty when I bought it from CarMax so I know everything was working properly I took my car to this Jiffy Lube and now the check engine light is going off this Jiffy Lube will rip you off and they will damage your car I know cuz I had mine inspected before I went they are robbing people and I suggest you not go there

Went in for a transmission fluid change, couple month later... my transmission gave out, cause : no transmission oil and there were no leaks identified.They never even changed the oil, thieves!!!Typical fradulent shop, go anywhere else but here.
