Took my car in for an alignment and change of Brake fluid. Eddi helped me and he was very helpful! They went above and beyond to help me get these services done along with helping me understand what was going on and any other services and problems my car may need done in the near future. I went to these guys to get my suspension checked out and was told it was an alignment issue which was but was told my suspension was pretty good and drivable I went to discount tire center and they showed me underneath the car of what needed to be repaired and it was my struts and shocks and also the sway bar not sure as to why I was told by Orozcos auto shop that my car was fine but never coming back here again

I whent in to this place and left with malfunctions on my windows. They fixed nothing and charged me so much for cheep parts not even good quality parts. they took the dust off of my car gave it a rinse with only water and said the car wash was free. In doing so they chiped the clear paint. My car had mad watermarks all over. On top of that they sent me a text saying that the price was like nearly $1,000 dollars in repairs but then apologized and said that the msg wasn’t meant for me. That nearly gave me a heart attack I replayed. I feel like they love messing with their clients when they feel like they have the upper hand to do so. When they sent me a text saying my car was ready I went on to pick up my car but the car wasn’t ready at all. They told me to move the car from one end of the lot to the other end so that they can continue to work on it. Of course I’m a polite person so I went ahead and did so. But I won’t be coming back here. Beware people

I needed my car fix I found them online read the reviews took my car there the staff was so polite they didn’t have my part so I had to wait the next day I told them I had a Dr appt they guaranteed me it would be done the next day by 12pm it was done they communicated everything before they did the work even gave me a ride home the first day they did a awesome job i recommended everyone use there service oh and as a courtesy they washed my car I felt like a Queen the way they treated me and my vehicle excellent service not expensive either met my budget I give them five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.... The staff are detailed and thorough when explaining the problems. It was a step by step process for having the repairs completed. They were in constant communication before, during, and after the repairs. They made it easy to read and review what repairs were more immediate, and what to look forward to for other repairs. Im disappointed. They are very friendly but other than that I was not happy with the service. My cars brake system was producing some odd sounds from the front and rear. I was assured that their diagnostic check would detect any issues. The tests were run and I was given a list of issues. I agreed for the repairs to be made. 1k for labor plus 1k for repairs. My car was ready the following day. My brakes were still not working well during the week. Coming here was a disappointing and expensive mistake. I would think they would do a test drive and notice the noise as part of their diagnostic test.I took my vehicle to another mechanic and fixed the issues with my brake system.

1-8-2021I took my car to Oroscos to find out what repairs might need to be done on it, as it had sat without being driven for nearly a year. Eddie advised he would diagnose it and get back to me with recommendations. After speaking with him, I decided the investment to repair the car would not be beneficial. The staff was very professional and thorough. I hadnt been to the shop in many years and as usual, it was and always is very pleasant. A great place for auto repair. My car was overheating so I new I had to get it checked out. I payed for a basic inspection and they got back to me ASAP and always explained what they thought was going on with it. Thankful they had the right diagnose and I feel confident with the repairs they did.

A mechanic actually referred Orozcos and I am all the more grateful. They were determined to pinpoint the problem and they did! They also gave me a list of other things that should be taken care of and listed them in the order of their importance. Ill see you guys in a few days.🤗

Went in for transmission issues. They had the car 6 days. Charged me 492.00 to replace the alternator then told me they didnt have the know how regarding transmissions and asked me to tow the car out of there. Straight up rude AF. And a rip off. Wouldnt give me the old alternator. Worst experience ever with these bozos.

Clutch wouldnt compress. Had my clutch replaced (around $1,200). Got my truck back and the same thing happened the next morning(clutch wouldnt compress). Towed it back and when it got there nothing was wrong. First gear was difficult to get in afterwards, 2 month later it wont go in... Clutch works fine. So they did fix the problem. Whether or not they created another, I cant tell. But they were very helpful, considerate, and tried there best. Thanks Orozcos!

Great service all around. From the front desk to the mechanical shop. These guys are friendly & helpful. Been coming here for years. I usually call around for estimates, always end up with what Orozcos has to offer. But, then itll be cheaper then expected. Service is usually fast, Ive dropped my vehicle off in the morning & it was ready by noon. Just in time for me to go to work. Unless its something major where they have to order a part. Every services Ive received here, I havent had to come back for the same problem. They always explain to you what theyll do before servicing your vehicle. Thanks for the great service guys! Btw...since I was late picking my vehicle up, they washed it too! Awesome!!!

I must say that the professionalism of David was admirable when it came to servicing my Ford truck. Now it is running without issues after having the radiator repaired.

Biggest mistake in my life by far. Its too long of a story to write on here, but long story short. I had an issue with my 2002 toyota Camry they gave me a diagnoses. It had a lot of work, it ended up costing me nearly $4000, exactly one month later engine needs to be replaced. And I dont recall me getting 36000 mile warranty, they gave me 24000. Now i have a useless car that has just been repaired with brand new tires installed by them, so i go back and they offer me a used engine with 106000 miles on it, now with that and combined with labor it would have costed me about $5000. Now answere me this, how does a mechanic shop like orozcos can do something like that? You would expect they would really try to help you out after you come back barely a month after they repaired your car, but they just want your money. To me they didnt even show any interest of trying to figure out my problem. That is why I am never going back there. I did believe in them my first time going there 3 years ago and now they pulled this. I am now left with a debt that I have to pay with the credit card I used, and not just that, I now need to look for another car thanks a lot orozcos

Friendly but pricey and expensive. Id rather go to Hyundai Auto Service Center and they would take care of my Sonata under less cost plus they will do free inspection besides wash and vacuum my car.

I accidentally put power steering fluid in the breaker fluid container and they went ahead and bleeded the system and fixed my truck and they caught that my suspension was failing and i could have got in a accident. I asked for a estimate to fix that as well and they gave me one. They are very nice and helpful. I loved that they checked my whole truck 40 different things and sent me a link of what they checked and what didn’t work or needed changing. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
