I’m usually really critical of my nails, especially because they cost so much these days… but these nails came out FLAWLESS. This will definitely be my new favorite nail place :)

I called this morning to make an afternoon appointment and was able to walk right in and get a chair!! The ladies are all incredibly nice and the shop is well kept!! They have the chairs and tables separated by plexiglass and everything is wiped down after each use. I got a full set and a pedicure and feel like I am in heaven now!! It was very relaxing and the 2 ladies did amazing!! Will definitely be going back!!!

I love this place. We’ve been going here for years. All the manicurists are skilled and very professional.They do a terrific job and the prices are affordable. A very safe place to get a pedicure during Covid too.I thoroughly recommend.

Dont get your eyebrows done here!! I asked her to clean them up she made them so skinny, or should I say she made one so skinny, since they are so completely different, they dont even look related... Im so upset right now

If you are black or an African American DO NOT SUPPORT this shop. They are racist. They won’t deny you their services but they will have you wait so long that you end up leaving on your own. Mind you, ppl who come in after you with no appointment gets served within minutes. Don’t mess up your day sis with their foolishness, try somewhere else.

I made an appointment at 3:00 pm, I came at 3. She came up to me and said I dont have place for you now, can you please come at 3:15 pm. I came back at 3:15 pm. She said well wait wait for other few minutes. And the way she said made me mad and go off on her that why I suggest if you are going to them double check with the time, other wise they are good doing their job.

Called 15 minutes before I walked in. They were able assist me right away. Both technicians were very nice. I always travel with an essie nail polish in my bag. However I decided to try their nail polish. Mediocre selection of colors but the polish was a pretty on! Will be back again. Plus everyone there was super friendly!

Clean, friendly place. As with any business in the beauty industry sometimes it will be busy and other times one will get in at the appointment time. Ive never waited more than 15 minutes. Theres a Marshals, In-N-Out, FlameBroiler, and Pollys in the same plaza. Ross, Panda Express, Starbucks, Vons etc. across the street. All small businesses prefer cash, but QT nails does take cards. A tip can not be added to a card payment so take cash. I get a spa pedicure, my daughter gets a gel pedicure, and my youngest has her eyebrows waxed--all great services.

3rd time I m here ...You know how comedians joke about nail techs talk smacks about the customers if they think you dont understand their language ...Its true here ...my manicure person demanded payment before putting on polish on...Then made a face when I didnt have cash ...I usually pay with card and give tip in cash. The manicurist made a comment to the pedicure person in their language that I didnt have money so no tip thinking that I wouldnt understand. At least the pedicure girl was nicer ...She didnt say anything . .By this time I was too angry. Then when I accidentally ruined the polish the two middle fingers ...The nail tech made such a fuss while trying to fix it and made me feel terrible...In top of that she did such a half a$$ on fixing those two that I was so determined not to give them any tip. This place ...The last two times were also not that good ...But this time u m going to tell it like it better is. If you dont speak their language. .You know for sure they are talking snack about you Infront of you. Such disgrace. Never coming here again.

The service is alright although the can make rude comments. The person who did my nails cut them way shorter than what I wanted without asking....
