Was very pleased until my girl left. The next person to do my nails was awful. Nail did not even last 10 days

A bit pricey but then again you get what you pay for. I was serviced by Nancy...she is quick yet thorough. I was in and out in an hour and a half. I had a nice experience. There wasnt a lot of speaking in their native language while you are being serviced which was nice. Not that I mind but it is nice when that aspect of customer service is acknowledged. Everyone was friendly and greets you upon entering. Covid precautions are observed. They have you wash your hands as soon as you enter and sanatize the seats after each customer. You can walk in or make an appointment. Spa chairs are nicely distanced and mask are still required. They use plexiglass as a partion between you and your nail tech. Very clean and plenty of colors to choose from. I will return again and would recommend to anyone looking for a new salon.

They asked if I wanted to get my foot scrubbed. I said no and my friend also heard me say no but they tried to charge me for it. They also tried to charge be so much extra to take off my existent polish that was left on basically three of my fingers. Places shouldn’t be scamming you and trying to upcharge you on basic manicure things. They also were short with my friend when she asked for another coat because the polish looked thin. Just felt unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend.

Alex did such an amazing job on my nails. I would highly recommend Polish’d nail spa to anyone. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years now and was in need of a new nail tech. I came across Alex and was amazed by his work and great customer service.

Terrible. First time here, came in for a pedicure. They were busy but they said they have someone to do the pedicure. Put me in the chair and left me there with my feet in cold water for about fifteen minutes. I asked twice if someone is coming and they said yes. Person who finally did my pedicure cut my toes in about four places, something I didnt notice until she cleaned my nails with alcohol right before she was going to put on the polish. I told her to stop at that point. Skip this place. Not worth the pain. Hopefully I wont get an infection where they cut me.@Polishd responded, offering to fix it and asking if Id like my nails done. How do you plan to fix cuts to my toes?!? You obviously didnt bother to read my complaint.
