Walked in for a full set and pedicure and the staff was very friendly and attended me right away. Cindy did my nails and I absolutely love them. She takes her time to make sure you have great looking nails from all angles. I love how kind and patient she is and how much she pays attention to detail . This was my first time coming here and I will definitely be back.The salon in very clean and well organized as well .

My daughter and I went here based on the reviews it was my first time here and the pedicure was terrible the polish looks bad uneven layers . My daughters nails are very lumpy and when I tried to tell them they acted like they didn’t understand English. They have a sign with the prices for everything but they don’t charge you according to what it says on the price list . I was very unsatisfied with the service

I love the look of the place but their techs don’t know anything here. My friend and I visited this place on Saturday Feb 5th and bought 2 $35 bundles. The ladies are so sweet but their knowledge on nails is very weak. They did not shape, file and properly clean my nails. I was so upset with the service that I went out of my way to write this in the nail salon before paying. I had let the tech know that I didn’t like it a few times and when she had finished she got argumentative with me telling me she did everything I wanted but yet, my nails still are not filed correctly NOR cleaned properly. I have been going to nail salons for many years and understand their normal procedure and can understand when a tech isn’t not properly trained in their scope of work.

I had such an amazing experience! Kristina did my pedicure and she was AMAZING! She was so good with her massage and callous removal. Then Helen did my manicure. She listened to what I had to say and did everything I wanted her to. I will definitely be back!

Cindy was the one who took care of me at the salon today, first time going. their very sweet and i loved her work she did on me!! just as i asked. definitely will be going there from now on.

I rarely get my nails done but since Avalon is next to my local Planet Fitness, I decided to stop by and treat myself. First, the nail salon is very spacious so it would be hard to not be seated immediately. The space is brand new and features the nicest massage chairs I’ve ever seen - I will definitely come back just to try them out.During my visit I got a basic gel manicure and Lisa did a wonderful job. She took her time and had a careful and gentle touch, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with my manicure but I’ll update this review if it doesn’t wear well. I watched three other women get their nails done and it looked like they were also satisfied.The only issue I have is with the word “organic” all over the menu. The “organic” gel manicure didn’t include any special gel polish as far as I could see. This isn’t the fault of the nail techs though so for now, I’ll keep the five-star rating. I would definitely come back!
