Best place for a pedicure. Extremely OCD conscious. Very sanitary. The full set acrylics were not as great. They were crooked, too long, and I asked for something similar to a coffin shape and he gave me square. Manicurist is also unfriendly. The lady who paints the nails is sweet and adorable and friendly and the pedicurist is friendly and professional, but the manicurist had one comfort zone of long square tips and anything outside of that frustrates him and he spends 5 minutes aggressively letting you know it frustrates him. The photo with the yellow and green sweater is what I got, and the photo of the pink nails is what I showed him and asked for. Note the crooked middle finger nail on my hand 😭. Prices are amazing. Pedicure is amazing. Depends on what youre looking for with your manicure.Edit: 4 weeks later and the full set has yet to peel or break even a little bit. HIGH quality acrylic sets, but again, not the shape I wanted

I was in Long Beach on vacation from Texas and Ashley worked me in to her busy schedule. She did an AMAZING fill on my lashes! She is very talented and the shop was extremely clean! Go see her for your lashes...she is the BEST!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cute Spot, very clean. Have gone in a couple times and as many chances as I give something always ends up wrong. First, dont bother making appointment its not respected. Second, got spa pedicure ($26 value) a couple times and yesterday 9/14/17 girl did the most basic pedicure didnt use any sort of separation on my toes when painting them and now I have chipped toes. No cleaning of toes nothing. Nails were gorgeous got a bright yellow gel, and realized my nails are full of dents. Not sure if product being used doesnt work or why they end up this way a day after.

Never will come back here ever again they messed up my eyebrows also I asked for my nails a certain way and got the total opposite I always come here so I let it slide but the next day passed and I have a blister on my foot after getting a pedicure yesterday this is horrible never coming here again !!

They are fantastic! I would never go anywhere else. They are nice and friendly. The prices are good. I am always a happy customer.

Love this place!! They always do a great job, its always clean, theyre super friendly, and they even do brows and lashes (I havent done either of these yet, but its nice to have a one stop shop). The massage chairs are comfy and they use hot stones on your calves when you get a pedicure!!

I love how Ashley does my eyelash Extensions. I tried going to 2 salons near my house and the technicians were nowhere near her expertise. I went back to Ashley and it was like going back to an old friend.

AMAZING.My mom and I went in on a Saturday morning as a walk in. They immediately accommodated us and we both got manis and pedis done in just over an hour. They spent so much time carefully cleaning up the cuticles and Ive never had a better gel manicure. Prices are very reasonable and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

The man that does nails does them so good. Eyebrows are done very well too But apparently appointments always come before walk ins so i suggest you make an appointment or else youll be waiting for at least an hr

This place is a joke. Stay far away! Spent 2 1/2 hours for a pedi and fill... some how decided I wanted my nails removed. After finally explaining I needed a fill i had to wait over an hour for someone to do my fill. Mind you they were not busy. Finally past 7 PM i was still sitting there, jacked up hands and no one coming to finish them. They kept telling me to wait for the one person in the salon who already had a client. Ha ing no time ledt dor this nonsense I left with seriously jacked up hands and too late for another salon to be open to fix.

I’ve been here several times. Ask for Trish she is my favorite, the older lady is good and so is the guy. It is very clean. The thing is that they don’t hold to their appointments - so double check before you go bc it gets busy and they up-charge to do your mani and pedi at the same time which I think is unfair especially if you go early and it’s dead.

I was going here when they first open and I like the job that they give you have to give respect in order to receive especially when theres people working on your hands and feet. They also do good eyelashes and the service is over all or extremely fine.

I will never come back to this place again. I got SLS on my nails and the top coat chipped the next day. I went in to get it fixed and they had the worst attitude.They redid my nails really chunky and thick and walked away and didn’t even clean up the polish. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER GO BACK

Oh nooooooo never again!!!!They were very rude and told my daughter they were busy all day with 3 people sitting doing nothing. Instead of me taking that as a sign I went anyway because its directly downstairs.I felt like a 10 year old sis my nails and when I complained she did nothing at all to fix the issue. Oh and I got my nails done on Monday today is the following Sunday!

The manicurists give a terrific hot stone massage. Their work on natural nails is professional and fast. I would recommend this establishment for nail service.I also received eyelash extensions at this establishment. The eyelash professional is named Ashley. Her work looks good. In addition it lasts with proper maintenance.So why am I only giving 2 stars? Because 2 weeks after my first eyelash appt I booked a refill eyelash appointment and I booked it via text. So there could be no confusion about the time of my appointment because it was there in writing. It was for 10am Friday 10/13/2017.I arrived at 10:01am and Ashley and the other staff members of the shop pulled up slightly after. Upon seeing me at the door waiting Ashley told me she thought she had booked me for 11am. I showed her my phone with our text correspondence wherein TWICE I stated I wanted 10am. Her response was Ill be right with you.Right after I sat down another female walked in. The female asked staff to tell Ashley that she had arrived. When Ashley came out of the room I said Ashley, you double booked? Ashley confirmed that she had indeed double booked and that this other female had a standing appt. Now I arrived first but Ashley asked me if I could wait 30 mins. I said okay .During my wait the other staff members apologized. One male staff member even said I will talk to her. I accepted the apology because we are all human.But there is nothing spectacular about this salon. It does not compete on price, location, or services offered. So it HAS to compete on customer service. And in that way it failed. I was never offered a discount even though it was Ashleys fault I had to wait. No one ever said Well while you wait can we give you a free manicure? (even though the nail women had no customers the first 27 mins while I was waiting) That, to me, is what GOOD customer service would demand. I even showed the staff member who did my nails last time (the one in my uploaded photo) my first review here on Google maps. She thanked me for the review (which had been 5 stars) without seeming to realize Oh, this is a customer that actually leaves reviews, maybe we had better step up our customer service game.This was in Friday morning Oct 13, 2017. If I did not have a wedding to attend Sat Oct 14, 2017 I would have walked out. The servicesare good but the customer services needs to improve.
