VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH NASTY ATTITUDE’S. Poor overpriced service, & God forbid you tell them you want your nails that you’re paying for a certain way they get a nasty attitude & make sarcastic remarks. They’ll file yours nails so hard to the point you bleed & when addressed they won’t even care to apologize. Don’t bother going here you’ll be wasting time & money.

Yesterday I went for the first time to do the eyeslashes, and it was a disaster my eyes were inflamed and they were red the glue was rubbing my eyes inside I could not sleep. I had to go on an emergency to another place and thank God they were able to remove all the bad work. the other place they could make me my eyelashes and my eyes are better. I never return !!!!

I have been a loyal customer for years. Today I went in for a full set since David was on vacation for over a month and I had asked if he can put more glue on my nails since they only last less then a week with just the smallest dab of glue he puts on. And I also pointed out that one of my index finger was very narrow and smaller because he filed it too much. He thought nothing was wrong with it. After he puts first coat on it, told him same result.. Still small and narrow. So he grabs my hands and cuts all the nails off, toss my refund on desk and goes on a rant in his language. He took it apon himself to just refuse service and refund me when all I wanted was one nail fixed. I will not be going back. Very disappointed in this place. Please save your time and $ going somewhere else where they appreciate your business.

I walked in, was greeted, and went to where I thought I had been directed. Presently an employee came and wordlessly have me to remove my boots while sitting. She was competent but not one for casual conversation. For that you must find a good barber. It was just a pedi with some abrasion. She was nice. Really not much English anywhere, but probably a Union thing. I have no reason to complain.

This place is a sweat shop for nails. The employees in here are ordered around by one person and they actually yell at one another. I also did not see any cosmetology or nail technician licenses posted. The woman who did my nails was very fast and did a good job, but I felt rushed. It was inexpensive, so I suppose you get what you pay for.

Ive been here at least 5 times. Its a hit or miss. This last time was a big miss, I got a pedicure done. My nails werent filed correctly & the nail polish was very streaky. Its very affordable but for the $16 I paid Id rather go buy my own nail polish & I can do a way better job.

I always pass by here and decided to go in the other day. It wasnt crowded at all but they have plenty of stations available. Its located in a small parking lot that looked like it may get crowded on the weekends but the place is easy to find if you arent familiar with the area. The guy on station 12 hooked me up. Ive never seen my nails so straight/even !

I like the location and technicians. I love the atmosphere sometimes. But they are not very clean anymore. This is the second visit within 2 months I have been greeted by a roach. The nail stations are dusty. Under the nail stations are old fingernails. The drying area is dusty. :-( Sad I have to find a new place. I have been coming here for years.

They do a clean,healthy nail service. They greet you soon as you walk in. My second time. I will return. PLEASED!

My sisters and I came to get our nails done for our birthday today. The service was horrible. I was given attitude by all the men working there as soon as I came in. The man doing my full set ignored me the 3 times I tried talking to him. A fight broke out between an employee and a customer and for 10 minutes all the employees were screaming. I told them to please stop screaming in my ear and again was ignored. My little sisters were terrified. They want to charge you and extra “$2” “$3” extra for EVERYTHING. The man doing my nails was so rough while doing my nails and twisted my hands too. Instead of just asking me to move them. I spent $70 here and was treated horribly. Never again coming to this place. So unprofessional to SCREAM in front of customers. Everyone in there looked scared. I can’t even believe this place is up and running.

This nail shop is horrible. I got a gel manicure and it started peeling and chipping within 3 days. I didnt have time to go back up there. There is way too many other nail shops where you can get good quality gel manicures for your money. They are rude and ghetto. i CALLED TO LET THE OWNER TO LET THEM KNOW AND THE GUY HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I will not be coming here ever again

This place is NOT ORGANIZED.They will take someone who came after you before you. They do an ok job. Loud talking all the time when customer should be able to relax while receiving service. Prices get higher and higher everything I come. I do not recommend.

They did a really good job on my nails. The place could be cleaner and they could talk a little less while servicing the customers.

Horrible place! Everything is outdated, their pedi consist of just a small bucket of hot water some soap and lotion afterwards. Super expensive too! Just not worth it!

Been going here for years and they denied fixing my eyelashes because the person who did them initally wasnt present. I got them done on Saturday evening and was back on Monday afternoon. Wendy does not do a good, do not go to her. They only needed to fill in 3-4 lashes on each side and was willing to pay for them to be fixed. I asked if I get a new set would I be able to get a discount and they still denied me. Been going here since I was 17 years old. Im 30 now. Dont waste your time and money.

Cheapest price around!! Here is why🤔 employees talk n scream to each other in their language. RUDE! Everything was so dirty, I hoped the equipment was clean. They were eating in the work area, the lotion is so cheap my feet looked crusty only with nail polish😒 handicap accessible, seen from streets, has ATM, does eyebrows also, no air-conditioning.parking is available.

I always bring my daughters to LT Nails to get there nails fone for a reasonable price. Friendly customers as well..

I specifically asked for a particular color, brought the color to the nail tech. For her to grab another color & tell me its the color I asked for lol. So I let her gone head do both feet & I asked to look at the nail polish bottle...for it to read a completely different name at the bottom of polish had me hot like.. Ive been rocking with this color for freaking years. They asked me to pay I told them after I get what I want tah, wth do they be thinking?For the nail tech to come back to fix the color she was very aggressive with my feet, I asked for someone else to complete the job. Seem like after asking for someone else all of them started speaking in their language loud! I wouldnt suggest anyone go support their business! Not to mention they went up on prices.

Never go here I was just there with my niece had very bad service and they were yelling at me saying I was wrong. I asked the price they said 14.00 for gel I said okay. I asked how much for my niece she said 24.00 for manicure and pedicure with gel. My niece said to me she only has 45.00 after she was done the lady said total would be 45.00. I said wait you first said 24.00 and now your saying 45.00. They think its okay to change prices and try to rip off a 11 year old girl. They didnt even do a good job didnt scrub her feet or my feet they cut my toe nails way to short and left didnt paint my toes nail correct. Have it all over my skin. This place is shady as hell.

Not quite sure what just happened. I walked in and was told there was a 5 minute wait, I sat...waited...after a bit I asked if they were ready and yelling insued amongst the staff. Someone yelled there was a 30 minute wait. I went back to the reception desk for clarification and an older gentlemen started gesturing wildly then shouted that they wouldnt do my nails - - that I should go elsewhere. I asked for a reason and he only repeated that I should go elsewhere.What a bizarre and rude bunch of people.

If there is a no star..I will rate this place as a no star. Each time I go there for a manicure and pedicure...I ended up with a cut either on my toes or my finger tips. Two days later..it got infected with puss coming out. I said...ok... maybe the technician is new...I will give it another chance....I guess when ever I walked in..it seems like I kept on getting the inexperienced ones...

The salon was not very busy at 11 a.m. yet they rushed through my mani pedi as if they had so many people waiting. It was sloppy and I had to have the nail polish redone because of the rush job. I like the fact I when I get a mani pedi I have a little relaxing time but that this was not the case! During the time they offer a bit of Massage, my foot was twisted and my big toe was in pain for 3 hours after that! Also the small massage included a punch in my hand and it took me by surprise! They have the big comfy chairs but I was not offered one of them.My recommendation is to pay a few dollars more and get a good treatment where you feel like you are valued as a customer!

They have the worst service including the owner Tanisha. They need to remember they offer a service not doing me a favor.

Im going to give l&t nails 2 stars only because one of the workers by the name of Kevin saved the day plus hes nice & friendly... on the other hand im a new comer @ this nail shop I have been driving about 15 miles for years too a nail shop in La but my lady has left and Im in search of not only a nail tech that can do a good job but someone who has a pleasent and respectful attitude towards customers.. this shop is close too where I live so I decided to give them a try, on this day I went in for a fill and pedicure as I get to the guy (Tommy was his name) that was going to do my nails he never spoke when I approached him and I asked how much was the fill he said 10 with a snotty attitude and proceeded to snatch my hand, when looking at my hand he then states that the fill will be 11 because I have long nails, Hun??? When I got this set i paid for the shortest they had so how are my nails considered to be long I only wear short nails..yea dont get me wrong I have some skinny long fingers lol but the actual nail is short, so Im like how did u just change the price smh why I say that!!! he then says in a unfriendly tone, Do you want the fill or NOT its 11 and thats the end of that... Im like WoW really I told him YES I Do!!! but not from You & politely got out his chair and went to a guy name Kevin who has a good soul and respect his paying customers..I brought this to the owner attention he seems as if he didnt care smh Im going to go back again because Kevin was my life savor and did a good job I didnt get the lady name who did my pedicure but it was ok I wanted too review this nail shop so people can have fair WARNING about the evil disrespectful guy TOMMY!!! dont do it Im telling you.....just wait on someone else also their not to clean either and this place is a lil hood...
