Don’t come here. I got the Super Deluxe Package for $19.99 and pretty much got water sprinkled on my car which I could’ve paid the cheapest option of $13.99. When I pulled up, Raphael the manager asked me if I wanted to run my car in the machine or get it hand washed. What?! I’m confused. Isn’t that what this HAND WASH sign is for? When my car went through the machine... it didn’t spit out any Rainbow Triple Wax, Sealer Hot Wax or Clear Coat Wax that was included in the package. It was all WATER. Worst place!

Pay for a detail and was from Groupon and my windows are dirty, armor all in the tires are not put well. Plus it took them 4 hours to bring my car that wasnt done well. I guess I should it read the reviews before buying the service. Not worth driving 30 minutes to wash my car 😐

This Place is GROSS!!!!The Equipment inside the WASH AREA(S) DONT WORK !!!!All The Brush Dont Spin The Brushes on the Side DONT WORK.. The Brush at the bottom DONT WORK ... or The Big Brush at the top for the top of the Car DONT WORKThey had to Drive each Vehicle(s) Through wash area because the track DONT WORK!!!!Inside the gift area.. wow SUPER DUSTY!!!... You can see the Greeting Cards are Old..Faded out hump over etc.. NASTY..Moslty the Items for sale been there for MANY MANY YEARS you can see the packages turning YELLOW from Clear...1st Time and NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!!!!!

Wow. They did an amazing job with my dirty car! Was worth taking a ride here. They was great and very helpful!!

Waiting in car then walking around for over 10 minutes before an attendant shows up. No cashier. During that time Im asking the people who are already working on cars for help and the best I could get is the person will be back. As Im driving away he finally shows up with absolutely no apology to the customer. Decided to give it a chance and chose the top option which was $20. I understand spots inside might be missed but why does one side look like it was never washed. I cleaned it myself with a paper towel then had to vacuum inside the car when I got home. Waste of time and money

Had a great service every time. I cant complain at all. They were fast, friendly and did a great job :)

I asked for the $17.99 package and the guy told me he won’t be whipping my car down only vacuum it from the inside and he won’t add shine BUT my boyfriend came first and paid $15 for what he was trying to charge me $25 RIPPING ME OFF because I’m a girl . first time here and never coming back again

Horrible customer service. Took my car here to get it washed after I got my hair cut. Drove in and so guy walked up to me doesnt even look like he works there and he asked what I wanted. Told him, got a receipt and took it in to pay and the manager rung me up so I waited. Took about 25-27 mins. As I see the car come out I see something wrong and all the workers did too but didnt say anything. So I go over and investigate and I see the grill of my car is broken. So I go to the manager he comes out and he told me You come here to wash car, something breaks and you blame me? I said yeah you broke it so how are we gonna solve this? He tells me Go to the dollar store and buy zip ties or glue. I told him he has horrible service and how can you run a business blaming customers? I left ending up having to fix it myself because he was an ass. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

If the 2 star overall rating hasnt clued you in, maybe this will:I have taken my car to Crystal auto spa a few times and gotten barely acceptable service for the price each time. Today, however, was an atrocity. The crew who vacuumed my interior ripped my floor mats out of their clips on both the passenger and driver side. When I asked the manager what he was going to do for me, he said (in very broken English) we not responsible for cosmetic damages. I said yes but YOUR crew caused the damages, and he shrugged his shoulders. I said Do you think its acceptable business practice to damage your customers parts during service and not replace them, or even apologize? Again, he shrugged and walked off.So here it is: Crystal Auto Spa is a shady establishment with substandard services and unethical business practices. If youre going to come here, just know that they might damage your vehicle and do nothing about it.

I have been going there for years and have seen it going downhill. Last month I let the guy talk me into Armorall against my better judgement. It was on the windows, the steering wheel and all over the place. Since then every time I go they try to get me to buy Armorall. I keep saying no, and they dont do it, but yesterday in spite of my protests, when I got my car, every surface had it! The guy who took my order was nowhere to be found! My steering wheel was slick and my windows greasy. U had to take my time and money to go somewhere else and have it cleaned off. I wont go back.

Horrible place. I had to leave after waiting 20 minutes to get my car washed. I told the cashier I needed to leave and he flat out told me I can’t have my money back, not to mention I included a $4.00 tip because I didn’t have cash. I asked for the manager which he said was John but gave me a bogus number for him. Finally after he continuously was verbally aggressive towards me he agreed to give me back my tip. Then said I was taking away money from the guys he hired to work. He showed me a receipt for the $4.00. I called my Credit Card company and they advised me he added an additional $4.00, which brought me the total of a whopping $31.00 for the delux package/carwash which I never received. There were no signs posted nor anything on the receipt which stated that I could not have a refund. There was no sense in me calling the police because it would be considered a civil matter. I had just came from having a procedure done and I wanted to go home after seeing my car was sitting in the same spot for over 20 minutes, and there were no vehicles going through the wash. I wouldn’t even give this place one star, but I had to in order to make this post. Save your money an aggrevation.

Cant read the sign, charged more, misleading and attendant started to drive my car with myself putting stuff in my trunk, didnt look and pay attention. All this Today, they took forever and forgot to vacuum👎.

This guy working here is drunk my truck sat for 45mins without going into the wash and drunk dude tells me dont worry about it it takes 2hours. He then gets his walking papers for disrespecting me and goes across the street to the liquid lounge, a bar.

Big NO ...The guy in front paid for wax ...He didnt get it ..Went and told the manager and they ran his car through again for the wax ...I ve been here 38min ..My car still has not been washed ..I m going to watch them to make sure my car is properly washed since I ve seen cars going through and the washing wheels were not on...So Never again...Short staff ..Machines not functioning properly ..While they still try to get you to pay for more services they may not be able to render...Stay away! If I can rate a minus I would. Its 1hour ..My car is barely vaccummed ..So I left ..After giving the manager a piece of my mind...And yes I want e ery one to know the way they do business here. And yes I had to wait 10 min before any one shows up at the register.

My 5th time here, searching for a new wash. Very disappointing, even more each time. The wash is under staffed and very slow and its not even a hand wash. I dont recommend. Put job with old equipment that is falling apart.

Came to get the spa package at 11:30am and was told they didnt have time . Then my car was pulled in after like 3 other cars that came in after me. Then the car wash broke and they hand washed my car. When I asked if the thing broke one of the guys said no😏. I would bring my car here again. I asked for a fee amor-all and they had the nerve to be hesitant. SMH

A 25.00 wash, one would expect at least clean windows.My windows were streaked, center console was as it had been when I got there.I noticed as I drove away. Called back, was told there was nothing the attendant could do, if i wanted to speak to the manager, i had to go look for him, as he was very busy.That is horrible customer service.

$9.99 basic car wash, an extra $2.00 for air freshener and tire protection.

I watch them run my car through the wash, no soap, no wax came out of the sprayer. Was charge $19 to wash it with plain water. BS...

This is the worst car wash Ive ever been to. They dont do a good job washing your car and the staff is absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Price at the wall is 24.99 the man charge you 25.00 the worst experience in this car wash 2 hours waiting
