Very bad customer service, I do not recommend this place. Especially Angelina and Maria the supervisor who are supposed to be there to help the client and explain about the contract. They said that they send me an email with the details of the reservation, an email that I never received and Angelina and Maria was arguing with me saying that I did received it, Maria raising her voice at me and my sister because were looking for answers..... No way!!!! I think that definitely they shouldnt do that to their customers because we paid, we should of received at least respect because without customers this company is nothing!!!!! Thats how this company treats their customers. And now theyre saying that they could give us a discount for a future reservation ... No thanks!!!!!!.... Better rent somewhere else with better customer service.

Worst company ever they do not take the time to explain the contract nor explain to the customer when making reservation angelina who i spoke with never explain and now she dosent even take what she said or not MARIA IN other words she is very inconsiderent nor take the responsibility of her employees not explaining how the contract works !!!! Never again i will rent here worst experience ever !!!!!!!
