Marcus really, really helped me out today. Got ready to head home from work, and my car would not start. He showed up on a Friday afternoon when everyone else had cleared out. I work out in the middle of nowhere (40ish miles from home / away from Gulfport), and he was there promptly. Marcus is professional, kind, and a he solved my problem. This is a very dishonest company. My 87 year old father in law got his truck and tractor stuck in the mud on his property. My wife called Sho Nuff Towimg to see if they could assist. The owner of company told my wife he could not quote the job without seeing it but that it would cost between $100 & $500. He also said he would be there by noon. My wife told him to call and confirm the price before doing the job. Sho Nuff showed up at my father in laws property 4 hours late. He then texted my wife pictures of the truck and tractor stuck in the mud and literally 2 minutes later said that he had both the tractor and truck out. He then called her and said she owed him $500!!! HE NEVER CALLED TO CONFIRM THE PRICE OR IF SHE ACTUALLY WANTED HIM TO DO THE JOB. She would have never paid that had he called first. He knew it. The job took less than an hour. This man took advantage of a woman and an elderly man. I would advise you to never use this company. They are not trustworthy and extremely dishonest. We have the time stamped text messages, phone calls and pictures to back this all up.To answer your response below:You are dishonest. You were asked to go look at a job first and provide a quote prior to doing any work. That’s not what you did. You showed up and did the job with no agreement on price then set the price and demanded payment after the job was done. That’s not how you conduct business. If you are such a good business man and have been doing this for so long and so passionate about what you do you would have taken the time to call and explain the job and the price. You should agree on a scope of work and price first. You didn’t do that. My father in law had no idea what the job cost. You didn’t tell him and we haven’t either because he would be even more upset if he knew you took advantage of him and his daughter. And that is just what you did. You took advantage of a situation and two people. A woman and an elderly man. What makes it worse is you justify what you did and refuse to make it right. You’re only answer is to put the tractor and truck back in the mud.You also posted the job on your Facebook page and then took it down once I questioned you on what you did. If you’re so proud of your work and think what you did was okay then why did you take it down?Just because you do something right many times and wrong once doesn’t make the one time wrong now right. It’s still wrong. And maybe this isn’t the only time. Maybe this is the one time you were caught or called out on it. And as I said, what makes it worse is you don’t even admit you’re wrong or try to make it right.Zero integrity!

Marcus is a great friggin dudeSalt of the earth, hard working, and talented! He helped me move a broke down pickup I was transporting to the east coast. He went above and beyond to help me accomplish my mission. Wish we had more hard working Americans like him! Very fair rates, and he loves what he does. One man, one truck. The owner of this company is honestly the best. I called him for a tow because my tire stem blew out and my truck was on the rim. He went and got a tire stem and replaced it for me at 8:30 at night. If that doesn’t show how far he’ll go for customers I don’t know what will. I recommend this company to ANYONE AND EVERYONE!

Sho Nuff towed my car for me and did a really good job. The man was really kind, got to me within 30 minutes and was a very helpful person. Hopefully I don’t need a tow again, but if I do, I would be calling them!

I hit the curb and blew both right tires on highway 90 in Pass Christian. I called Sho Nuff on my cell phone, and he was there within 30 minutes.He towed me all the way from Pass Christian to a tire shop on Hwy 49 in Gulfport, then delivered me to my house two miles from there, all for $105 -- very reasonable!He was sincerely concerned for my welfare (Im 76), capable, professional, friendly, and helpful. Im very grateful and highly recommend him.
