I needed a Ford 32 pick up truck moved that didnt even have all its tires on and they handled it perfectly.

I called for a heavy toll from Long Beach Tow couple days ago and seems they couldnt do it they didnt have a driver what kind of towing company is that when you dont have a driver I wouldnt refer them to anybody you would think theyd at least refer me to somebody that did have a driver but no just left me stranded

They towed me when I had a car problem. AAA dispatched Local Long Beach Towing Services and Sasson was quick and friendly. I obviously have no idea how batteries work let alone jump them. But he explained how to jump battery which cord goes on first and why it is important etc. They were running an hour late but I was at home and had nothing to do so not a big deal for me.

I have been using Local Long Beach Towing Services for many years. They always have offered great service and pricing and are very dependable. The rate was very reasonable compared to other towing companys. I would recommend Local Long Beach Towing Services to anyone who needs a tow.

Sasson was awesome! Not only was he here in a flash he was quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with. I would absolutely recommend this company because of this gentleman. Our tow guys name was Sasson! He was very nice and made us feel comfortable and even made sure when we got to the gas station, that we were gassed up and safely back on the road before leaving!

I was told the tow truck would arrive in an hour. They showed up four hours later.It was very difficult to communicate with the driver. They mumbled and seemed inconvenienced. The dispatch was nice, but poor service on the tow. Best I can say is they towed the vehicle to the location.

I called because I needed a tow to the dealership and was told they would be here in 30 minutes. An hour later they had not arrived. The person they sent did not speak good English and there was a communication challenge. If you’re Spanish speaking, maybe your service will be better but it was a huge inconvenience to wait that long in the location I was. Don’t boom if you actually need to get somewhere at a certain time. They are about 10-12% less than the other tow trucks in the area. It is worth it to spend the additional money.

James showed up on half the time as AAA had said. He was friendly and fast. And on super bowl Sunday no less. Thank you thank you. We will remember to refer to you guys and call if we need help again. And cant wait to recommend you to the people.

Great experience with Monrovia Towing. I had to have a car towed to a repair shop. Prices were very reasonable and the tow truck arrived fast. Good customer service and communication from the driver.

My car broke down in Long Beach and I needed a tow to the nearest dealership. James was in the area and showed up in 10 minutes after I placed my call. It was so fast I actually wasnt at my car at the time but he got started without me and waited for me to arrive. When I did we quickly towed it to the dealership. A process that I thought would take hours was complete in 45 min.

I unexpectedly had a flat tire. One quick phone call and Jmaes arrived to my rescue! He changed my flat to my spare very quickly so that I could get to my mechanic before they closed. Throughout the whole process, he explained what happened, what he was going to do, and how best to repair the tire. He was friendly and professional. Thank you James!

Came out on the weekend, did a quick double check to make sure there wasnt a quick repair job, figured out a very tricky tow and got me on my way. Super helpful, super friendly and always looking for ingenious quick and cheap solutions to the problem at hand.

Jose is the best and came out with an actual motorcycle pick-up tow truck. He took my irritation for privious tow calls for my bike and didnt get disrespectful at any point. He did is job right and informed me of what i needed to know and was professional the whole time. I appreciate the job thats was done and plan to call on them directly if im in CA and have any bike problems.

Quick tips for using this service-DontI was naive to believe it wasnt a scam business since it had some good reviews but even those are kind of off.First red flag was calling their number and connecting to a decent sounding guy, but in the background the audio was an obviously fake busy workplace recording. The same that foreign scam callers use to seem legit. But i thought maybe since the guy sounded decent itd be alright.I was wrongHere are a couple pros:-An actual tow truck-Car was towed (eventually)---...Cons:-Tow driver isnt equipped with anything to aid low vehicles, or anything really(plenty o damage)-Truck may arrive within a large window of time-Made up fees to extort more money out of you-Wow really an extra mileage fee, whats the point of asking for a quote in the first place?-Really-Lies straight to your faceAfter looking up their website im not so sure if they have an actual business. Cant find any pictures of customer cars or their employees or business. I assume its stock photos and random google images.If you need a vehicle towed for whatever reason, dont use this.Its actually cheaper to hire a few cities over which is funny. Jesus.

I went to buy a different and end up buying a better one. Very cool people to deal with especially Tony what a sales man he explained everything and gave me detail info about the car . I entered in a showroom at the friday late night he stayed even further and sacrificed his weekend for me. The driver refused to wait for me to find a mechanic to help push my car to the street so he did it himself until one of them saw him trying to do it on his own and helped him out. He then took 30 minutes to get to the dealership which is only 8 minutes from the garage I was at. THEN! He told me his dispatcher said hed have to charge me $45 because of the labor for pushing the car or I could give him $20 in cash and call it good. HORRIBLE SERVICE! He was so difficult and rude.

The dispatcher informed me that the driver was on the way, but it took 2 hours to arrive. When the driver finally arrived he was rude and threatening. While they were cleaning they took care of minor Air LEAKS and Assured that every cover, screen and filter was Properly put back in its Place. They were very polite and Friendly and left our Home Clean.We highly Recommend Los angeles airduct cleaners., and are planning to use them for Maintaining the cleanliness in our duct system for the Future.And the best part of it is that they gave us some vent sealer that made them super stars for my wife. I should of looked at reviews more but I need the service! Do not use this company, they didnt explain everything! First that their is a service charge that I thought that was going be all I had to pay. Second that they use a third party towing company so when the guy gets there he hikes the price on labor. If I could rate it lower I would! This is the worse company!

Wasnt an emergency. Called and got a quote for a tow the following day to pick up my truck from the body shop and get it to my house. After it was on the truck, they called and jacked the price up $100.00. They settled for$50.00 but still I still feel cheated. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

My carpets in my apartment were due for a cleaning. Since I live high up on the 4th level in my building for some reason, it made it harder for other companies to assist me with help. I had trouble and spent a couple of days calling around. I never knew this would be a problem but apparently it makes a difference when dealing with a certain amount of equipment. I gave these guys a call, and they assured me they could help me with my carpet cleaning. I was pretty relieved since I finally found a company to help my needs despite my location. And though they were my only option in my area they did a superb job with my carpets at such a low price. Comparing to other companies I got prices from, they were probably my best bet at the end of the day anyway. I appreciate the work they provide and Im glad this company, Ben from Los Angeles air duct cleaners helped me out!

Goodness, the women on the phone is by far the rudest customer service agent I have ever spoken to in my life. When I asked her if I could talk to someone else and I relayed to her that it was so tiring to even talk to her she said - can we start over? and tried to literally start the conversation over. Look, on any other day the charade would have been funny, but I realize she is working a job someone else could be working....someone not as rude. She told me the business didnt start until October 2014, but I have record I called LBT for a tow end of September. She said, we dont have this on record.. yet, she didnt know what car, VIN, color - anything about the car.Whoever is the manager at this location/business I highly highly highly suggest you remove this woman from your phones. Honestly, you can give her a job doing ANYTHING else - literally anything besides talking to people. Please.

Trying to get local towing ended up getting a tow truck from orange county which cost me more then I expected

I couldnt afford to get my car out, I park my car in the same area all the time and I get towed for 72 hour parking! When I called and asked about getting out for cheaper a guy named Larry told me its a necessary evil, sorry. I asked a lot of question because this is my first time having a car towed and Larry just gave rude phone service and remarks. Towing literally can ruin lives. Thanks Long Beach towing.

Horrible horrible horrible. Wouldnt come do a simple car jump because the Long Beach Grand Prix was going on. Said their driver couldnt get here. Funny Ocean Blvd looks like clear sailing to me. Good thing they arent a fire department.

Not sure if they will actually read this review, but I just called them last night about a vehicle that needed to be towed on my private property. This was around 11:52PM - whoever the night guy is picked up the phone obviously inconvenienced that someone is calling him. He says you need to call a private property tow service and then he hangs up!Now I run a fleet of about 600 vans and I have never heard of what he is talking about. So just in case we got disconnected I call him back, and I say I think we got disconnected. With attitude he proceeds to say they only do vehicle service (whatever that means) Im just about to ask him what that means then he hangs up AGAIN!Coming from a delivery business it is almost inconcevable to me that a dispatcher hangs up on a customer! Well... I guess he doesnt want the business which I am fine to oblige - dont think Ill be using this tow service anytime soon.

Horrible Horrible Service. They originally said it would take 60 minutes to get to me. After 75 minutes, they said it would take another 60 minutes. After another 75 minutes (2-1/2 hours total), they CANCELED my towing request!! Now I had to start all over with another towing service, but now it was getting close to rush-hour and the shortest wait-time was now 90 minutes. Horrible Horrible service. And before they respond to this review and say it wasnt them, this occurred 10/18/16 at 11:43 am (1st towing request thru Geico Emerg Roadside Serv.) and I have the texts to prove it was Long Beach Towing.
