They were very helpful with fixing my car. With all of my experiences here I didnt think they were trying to charge me for more than was necessary. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I love this place, shop is clean. All of their technician seem highly trained, fix my car right at the first time. Very quality work, with 2 years and some 3 years warranty nationwide, cant ask for more. So much better than dealer ship. Highly recommended

**Former Employee Reveiw**I have never left a review for an employer and working as a mechanic, I have come across a couple characters owning and operating repair shops in less than ethical ways. While the customer facing side of the business is ran quite professionally, you should ONLY SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS IF YOU SUPPORT TRUMP AND HIS HATEFUL RHETORIC. Sal does.I knew something was very wrong on my first day when the manager show arrived in the company truck with an oversized TRUMP 2020 flag waving in the back, accompanied by a smaller American flag. I powered through because he was professional and respectful during the interview. Shortly after arriving, he began to show his true colors.As the only employee at the time of complaint I was fired a weekend after complaining to the owner(BY)about the managers(SL) lewd conduct, promoting his hateful political ideology, using offensive slurs, inappropriate text messages/calls after hours, and overall inappropriate interaction. All of this took place within one month. Automotive industry is known for its shop talk but this man is a unbearable, speaking of women and less fortunate/ethnic customers in every derogatory way you can think of out loud to a person he just met/hired. All in all, best wishes to LB Walker but no technician or employee for that matter, should stay silent under these circumstances in these times.

After living in the neighborhood for 40 years, finally tried LB Walker Automotive for a smog check. Great, friendly service, tremendous value compared to other establishments and quick. Probably the fastest smog check I have ever had, no hassles, no issues. Best words I can add is that I will be back.

Immediately after leaving a Toyota dealership without any computer error codes, I went here for a smog check. They said my car was not ready and billed me $41. I was suspicious after they upsold me on a $120 investigation fee. I complained but, paid the $41.Thats when it got interesting. I signed the authorization to work, the credit card approval printout but, declined to sign the terms invoice. They went ape sheet, refused to return my car and called the police! Reminder, I PAID the bill!I informed them that it was illegal to withhold my property or file a mechanics lien because they were paid ALL compensation due. Police told them the same. Insult to injury, owner asked me if, I believed in America. Complete idiots

It was okay. Charged me the normal price if $45 for a smog check. Great customer service for sure. But the prices for service were bloated. They tried to upsell me on some rear brakes. $300 for the rear alone is offensive.

Came for a smog test and was impressed with the service. Been living in the neighborhood for 4 years and had not yet tried. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
