Best service is a joke. Ruby helped me get insurance over the phone. But it was like talking to a 12 year old very unprofessional!!She misspelled my name and I prompt her about it. And she still didnt fixed anything. I called someone else and they fixed the problem right then and there. Its obvious people are working on commission this office needs to fire some people.

They sound so nice on the phone but when an accident happens they dont want to help at all they blame me for something that wasnt my fault at all saying I need to pay 2000 for something that cost me less than 300 somewhere else i had to cancel my policy asap because this place is a scam. Just got this insurance because I didnt want to drive without any worries but I shouldve might as well because this place was no help always asking for money for no reason. They can keep the money i spent with them.

The quote I got was misleading. I was looking to add a driver and a car to my policy. The agent told me he could save me more money by starting a new policy all together. My insurance for my daughter and I and 1car was $400 a month. Titu gave me a quote $510.12 a month to add a driver and another vehicle. I had to come up with over $800 just to get the insurance started. When I received my first bill it was almost $900 and my new payment was $1,080. I had disclosed everything as far as traffic tickets and accidents. There was no reason they couldn’t get me an accurate quote. I applaud you for scamming me out of almost $1,000 but Freeway insurance will never get another dollar out of me!!!!

Great prices! freeway will literally be saving me 1200 dollars a year. I used to have geico with same limits in my policy and they were charging me 240 a month. Beware of this place. The insurance we got and payed of for the whole year got cancelled a month after. We got no notices that the insurance got cancelled until this month when we recieved not even half of what we payed for in a check with no letter or explanation just a check .. This place scams people I was a loyal customer to infinity auto insurance but the price freeway insurance offered for the whole year was unbeatable but i regret going to this place nothing but scammers here ...dissatisfied with this place it deserves 0 stars and to be shutdown before they scan more people

Im very disappointed . Talked to jazmin in the phone she ran my driving record asked for vin numbers and called me back 2hrs after to give me my quote .She called and mentioned that there was a special deal that I i added 3 cars I was going to pay only $95 plus $95 to start a total of $189 .When I got to the office they bombed me with $368 to start and $160 monthly payments . Im upset because they just wanted to get me into the office then work their magic. I understand they are brokers but integrity is what makes a business successful .
