I bought a policy from mario who is the store manager about 6 month ago. i paid of the whole policy upfront, and two weeks before my policy is over i call around to check rates. the rate mario quoted was about $40. anyways the pricing was not the problem because everyone wants profits however what really pissed me off is its nearly impossible to get ahold of mario and the ladies work there are really not professional since every words they say oh i have to check with mario. anyways prisma was able to help me, and honestly she is the reason i might go back for business

Rude agents, insurance prices are fine, but the fees they try to throw ontop of them are ridiculous. I can not recommend this place to anybody unless you dont have a license.Just get insurance your self online.

I opened a policy with this company and only had it for 3 but found another insurance company cheaper monthly rates. I canceled the policy on the 3rd day of having it and the insurance agent said i would receive my return in 3-4 weeks. Its been 5 weeks going on 6 and i still havent received any refund. Every time i call the company, i get the run around. No good for business

It is not recommended to pay for assistance on the road and when I occupied it they came out with that it did not cover (open the car because I had the keys inside) and Jessica made us the budget to what we asked Mario the manager wanted to explain at the moment that it was required the service bad experience look for other insurances if this does not respond in opening a car less will do it in an accident
