I had a problem with water damage and Allstate was helpful in filling a claim. They recommended a construction company and problem was repaired in a reasonable time.

I cannot speak more highly of this location and its staff. They have been extremely helpful on my good days and bad days. Knowing that they are accessible and willing to help me on making payments or resolving any claims. Very resourceful and understanding team members. Their teamwork is unmatched and I hope to continue to be under their guidance through the remainder of my insurance needs.

We were with Allstate for the past 33 years and had consistently good experiences with them, through multiple car purchases/sales, accidents, and Q&A. They were always polite, informative, and responsive, and treated us like family.

**Purchased insurance and was explained a full detail of coverage, charged prorated for the whole month for two vehicles, then was contacted that one of my vehicles was not going to be covered. Once I asked the reason, there will be no refund or could be initiated. I was lied to and mislead. I emailed to cancel insurance, spoke to the agent and they refused to cancel the policy. They sent it it to collections. I will never pay your fraudulent fees. Do not use this agency . Do not pay unless you receive full details. Your money will be tied up and complete waste of time and worst customer service, I have ever received. I would select zero stars but not an option!!i sent the licensed agent the emails showing that I had Requested to cancel the policy, she was no help and wanted more money .

Made some changes to my policy and my questions were answered respectively quick and thorough.

Great insurance company. I dont think Brenda comes in as much but her daughter and son-in-law are doing a great job. Even my pets got insured via Brenda......really great agent and team
