I was searching for insurance for our condos at Beachwalk in Long Beach Ms. I met Spencer and asked Spencer to give us a quote. Keep in mind we had a bad experience with our last agent. And, we experienced Hurricane Zeta in which we had a lot of damage.Spencer was able to help us get property coverage and flood coverage. He spent a lot of time working on this coverage for us and made sure we were covered correctly. The customer service has been great and we feel very satisfied with the choice we made.The office staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help when asked. I would recommend Spencer and his group to anyone looking for Insurance needs.

I always appreciated the calls to remind me of renewing my homeowners and flood policy that I received under the John French agency. That led me to feel a loyalty to the agency and has made me hesitate to shop for better rates. Id recommend calling shooting the ....breeze a little when renewal time draws close.
