Best staff ever!!! I dont live here but was here for work and woke up to a flat tire. I needed new tires anyway, and the guys here were able to get me in and out within 2 hours...without breaking the bank I might add ;) Definitely coming back to this location for all my tire needs when in the area. See Mr. De La Cruz Sanchez....excellent customer service!

I got my tires rotated, a tire patched up and oil change. Left the lot going North on Lakewood Blvd into the left lane turn. Mid turn onto WIllow Street, my right back wheel flew off. Was able to pull over to the right lane and park safely. No idea where the wheel went. Two people stopped to help. Thankfully one saw the entire thing happen. Notified the manager what happened. Sent the employee who didnt seem to be too concern what happened. Long story short, they did not seem too concerned this happened. Thankfully no one was hurt or accidents occurred. Theyre offering to repair the damages at no cost but I dont trust they will do the job correctly, taking shortcuts. They also werent able to get a rental car which seem kind of sketchy in reasons why.

Very surprised at the level of service provided by American Tire Depot. Never expected such personal and professional service from the guys at Am Tire. They asisted with what I needed and did the job in a timely and professional manner being friendly and knowledgeable. What a great crew. Hats off to the boss for running a clean and trustworthy shop. Will be back should I need any repairs in the future.

Ok I don’t really ever write reviews but I feel I have to on this one. I had a big screw in my wife’s Mercedes. Started to drive to my usual tire shop when I heard the screw come out of the tire. I pull in to American tire depot parking lot and noticed my tire deflating quickly. I went inside and I told them what happened. The gentleman at the counter told me to leave it and that they would fix it. I left because they were busy and it was going to be a little while. I got a call about 1-1/2 hour later that my car was ready. When I get to the counter, the gentleman says “ok your all set”. I was like how much? He says “no charge. You can tip the mechanic that fixed it if you want”. I was blown away by the level of customer service. I had never been in their shop before. I tipped the mechanic and left happy. They earned a new customer today. Thank you so much.

Had squeaking breaks took it in for an assessment and just like I taught I needed new breaks. However, they went above and beyond to walk me through my concerns and others issues my car might have. After the walk through of my car, I choose the work I wished to have done. When my car was ready, I took it out and I could already tell the difference in performance. I was completely happy with the work despite the whole in my wallet, which wasn’t too bad. Therefore, I 💯 recommend this location.

Took advantage of my wife by charging her $100 for an alignment that they admittedly DID NOT perform. She got 4 new tires in 10 minutes, which doesn’t leave time for an alignment. They admitted to this and offered to do it for me after I called them on it. If you want to get taken advantage of QUICKLY this is your place!

I was told my tires would be available the next day, but they ended up taking a week to arrive with no updates provided in the meantime. Each of the 3 times I called to check on the status, I was told “I’ll call you back in 10 minutes”, but I never received a call back.When the tires finally arrived, I was told they would take 1-1.5 hours to install. It ended up taking all day.When I came to pick up the car, there seemed to be some confusion which car and tires were mine, but the guy who helped me eventually figured it out.I understand this is a busy location with many customers, but some simple follow-up and better communication would go a long way.All that said, their prices are very good compared to other tire stores in the area. They also did me a favor by plugging a hole in my tire when I was in a rush.I’d still recommend them because of their prices, but if you go there, expect a long wait or be ready to pick up your car much later.

This place is constantly busy but the service is excellent and the staff friendly. If you are not aware Tire Depot fixes flats FREE for anyone!!! I go out of my way to go here for all my tire needs. (Flats and all!)

This American Tire Depot Location is Outstanding, the Manager(Joe) has 30+ yrs of experience, during these time w/ the Pandemic, my employment-business didn’t survive. My vehicle needed a Set of new Tires, Joe explained every aspect of what the cost it would be, (I had a budget) he also realized I was a veteran without me stating I was. I am truly impressed with the entire staff that works at this location, the safety measure regarding C-19 was on display. I felt safe! I am definitely returning to this American Tire Depot for my car needs!👍🏽

Customer service was amazing! They said it might take up to 45mins for my oil change but it only took 15! They moved as fast as they could, gave me discounts when they could, and even when their computer systems went down for a bit, they were still very accommodating and respectful! Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

I had a good experience with may I think her name was, she was cordial and patient and the manger frank was helpful also, I was disappointed I didn’t get the price match may told me she would honor. $1255.00 was a price match may told me she would give me as americas tires quote, this included my veteran status. But I ended up paying $1287.00 for the tires.

William was a great help. Was really knowledgeable about my Electric Vehicle. Everyone at the shop was helpful when getting updates. Was also given a good price for my tire when it couldnt be fixed.

This is my first experience purchasing from this location and am very satisfied with the service. Joel whom helped me, was very knowledgeable and kind. He also was very friendly(which you really don’t get from service men). I have gotten tires from this business several times. Today I bought 4 tires, installed & wheel alignment. These guys did a great job. From the minute I drove up they were great. Mr. Joe listened intently to what I need it told me how they can help me and proceeded to provide great customer service. Al quickly changed my tire and was engaging and friendly and wonderful and helpful. I had a flat and they had to special order my tire they put the spare on and when I went back the next day the customer service and graciousness was even better. The price, was very comparable. This is going to be my go to place as it is around the corner from my house and I feel very confident and grateful.

Workers couldn’t remember my name and kept calling me different peoples names, told me my car was done but then left my car sitting in the air for another 45 minutes and I was extremely late because of them, they didn’t complete work that I specified I would like done, every time I looked at the mechanics they were talking about unrelated stuff and just wasting time. They kept turning people away saying they were too busy when there were tons of mechanics and hardly any cars because the mechanics wanted to stand around and talk

I have been going here for years. They are my go-to when it comes to getting an oil change and other mechanical issues. Pedro and David are both very friendly guys. Everytime I stop by, even though they are busy fixing other cars, they will stop and do my oil change. It has never taken more than 20 mins for me.Both are knowledgeable so you can ask them anything and they will provide you with tips on how to take care of your car!

I took my rims to get new tires installed that i purchased online, took my tuck in on a Saturday and didnt got my trucl back until tuesday. They broke 2 wheel studs and bad customer service. Never going back to this place, they also messes up one of my rims🤬

My car started misfiring so I asked a coworker if he knew any legit spots in our area and he suggested ATD. I dropped my car off at 8am to get the spark plugs and coils replaced, engine compression checked, fuel injection cleaning, and an oil change! My car was ready by 4:30pm running as smooth as when I first got it! Honest people doing quality service at fair prices!

I got a flat tire and needed an immediate repair. I called and was told if I got in by 4, was 3:30, they could have me up and running by 6. I slowly drove over and true to their word out by 6.Thats all you can ask for. An honest quote. And an honest time frame. Highly recommend. Will be going back.

I normally do not post reviews, but great trustworthy service deserves to be recognized. Took my car to the Norm Reeves Honda dealership in HB get an oil change and check out my tires because the low air Indicator was on(car was still under warranty). They relayed to me that I had a nail in my tire and it was not patchable, saying I needed a new tire (211$ because they are bigger tires). I took my car to American Tire Depot and they patched my tire for free!!! They also did a break inspection for free, letting me know that I still have more life in my break pads. If you want to take your car to a place you can trust, you should bring your car here!

Joe, Al and the whole crew were On It. Best price, excellent service (they were slammed but still kind and courteous- Covid-19 compliant 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻). I was there at 2pm on a Wednesday and the service time would take about two hours. No worries because there’s a nice sushi restaurant across the way. I had an excellent lunch and my car was coming off the lift as I walked up. Perfect

My experience at American Tire Depot was beyond my expectations of excellence. I ended up going to the location on Lakewood Bl and Willow, upon referral from Long Beach bl American tire depot, which is where I normally go. It was 315 on Christmas Eve when I hit a small medium or curb and popped my tire. I spoke to Chris and he checked on my tire size and invited me to come over, and get there by 330pm because that was the latest they could take me. I appreciate Chris for his professionalism, amazing customer service and genuine concern and care that he showed towards me. He really is great at his job, but it felt like it came naturally to him. I’m positive he treats everyone he deals with in the same manner. Thank you again to Chris and all the great team at American Tire Dept.

I arrived today with a nail in my tire and had forgotten my wallet. They offered to fix it for free. I felt so bad that I didnt have any money to at least tip the guy who helped me. One of the managers, I believe his name was David, lent me $5 so that I get tip his employee because he knew the guy deserved it. I insisted on sending him a Venmo to repay him and then some but he wouldnt let me. I figured the least I could do was write a positive review about my outstanding experience.

I am amazed on the service I received at American Tire Depot! They are all about the customer which I was thankful! They are helpful and do not put any pressure on you as a customer. Erlando was great and had my car ready at the time he said it would be done! I give them a 5 Star rating because they are there to serve the customer. As hard as it may be for them working from a bay as there office due to a remodel, it does not hold them back from taking care of the customer. Joe at the Long Beach store was great. He hunted for and obtained a set of 4 BFGoodrich All-Terrain TA KO2 tires for my truck. Apparently, they were not easy to find, and I needed them quickly. I was leaving for a long stay in the mountains where it might snow, and the tires that were on my 4WD truck were terrible in snow. Joe made an extra effort to get the tires before I left. I was also lucky to be able to take advantage of a promotion: buy 3 tires and get the 4th tire free. All in all an excellent experience considering my need to buy 4 new tires.

I was told my repairs would take one day. I was called on the same day that I dropped my car off, to say my car was ready for pick-up. I really appreciate them getting my car ready the same day, seeing that I only have one car.

I am so glad my husband told me about these guys, so cool, they explained perfectly as to what was wrong with my car, the wait was not too long, they checked to see if I was ok several times., very organized auto shop, now and then I would hear someone singing, made me smile, they took care of me!

I stopped at American Tire Depot because it was the first place I saw when my cars tire popped a few blocks away. I didn’t expect much from them, I was expecting to buy a tire and have to have my car towed, or buy a jack kit and spend a few hundred dollars trying to get my tire fixed and on my vehicle stuck on the side of the road. However, when I walked in I was met by a gentleman named Ernesto. I explained my situation not expecting him to be able to do anything about it but sell me a tire. THE HOSPITALITY I was met with was unreal. He went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed. He let me borrow their jack and his personal tools to get my car tire off and the new one back on. What I thought was gonna be an all day event of running around trying to get the proper tools for this ended up being only 2 hours. Not only did he loan me the tools for free but I purchased the tire for an incredibly low price, with labor included. I was truly surprised and blessed to have gotten this help. Ernesto is a great employee and I would recommend this place to everyone!
