Charged me for the services. Didnt give me the code to release the Alcolock. Sat on hold 1-2 hours per day for 5 days trying to reach someone and finally got thru. Charged me double saying they didnt have a record of me calling and that I missed my appointment. The woman who took my payment hung up on me. She said she would email the code. They dont even email codes. Had to call back and wait on hold again for another hour. Dont use this service unless you want to get ripped off and deal with people who barely work.
